Dieses Ferienhaus in Rainbow Bay liegt in ländlicher Umgebung und am Meer. Glen Stewart Mansion und Haynes Public Library zählen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Wer etwas unternehmen möchte, wird hier fündig: Dock von James Cistern und Government Dock. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Briland's Blue Hole und OceanView Farm. Heaven on Earth

Our stay in Eleuthera was heaven on earth, and Pineapple Blues was the perfect place to stay. The location was very central to the island and allowed for easy travel. The house had everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. We will definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful time staying in the Pineapple Blues cottage. Stayed for a month and really got to explore from its convenient mid island location. Snorkels, kayak, and cooler included! We will surely be back

Wonderful

Pineapple Blues is a wonderful cottage. Private and extremely comfortable. Sunset is outstanding. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Melisa is just great. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay in Rainbow Bay

Pineapple Blues was a great spot for our first trip to Eleuthera. It was clean and comfortable and provided a great home base for our explorations. Everything was as pictured and described, and the manager was great with answering questions and providing information during the week. We'd definitely recommend Pineapple Blues to anyone looking for a quiet home-away-from-home on this beautiful island!

Beautiful and comfortable stay!

My husband and I stayed at Pineapple Blues for 4 days and it was a great experience. The cottage is very cute and comfortable. We had everything we could possible need while staying there. The view was also amazing. I loved sitting out on the porch during and just soaking up the views! Thanks so much of sharing our cottage with us. We really enjoyed it!!!

cute + cozy beach house on the hill

We really enjoyed our at stay Pineapple Blues. It's perfectly situated in beautiful Eleuthera in a great little neighborhood with an amazing local beach. The house is really cute - hardwood floors throughout and a great deck with sunset views over the Caribbean. Thanks again Melisa!

Great stay!

Area was serene and very relaxing. Consider more lighting in the back area and the trees in front of the patio can be hedged a little more. The view from the patio through patches of the trees are amazing, imagine lounging their and admiring that view unhindered by trees. Overall the stay was great, house clean and neighborhood quiet. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect for our first stay on Eleuthera

It's not possible to find a better place for a better price. Location is perfect...close enough to stores and beaches to the north/south. It was so quiet, we loved it. The one thing I would say is if you have a bad back you may want to consider a different option as the bed wasn't very comfy. I have a back disease and it sags quite a bit so didn't sleep much.

Charming home, well equipped kitchen, reliable wifi, nice book selection, good hot water. The only change I’d recommend is a comfortable mattress. The bed and box springs also squeaked every time we moved in the bed. Oh, some fluffy pillows would be nice. Everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful & Peaceful

What a beautiful spot. My wife and I were looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat from our hectic lives and cold New England winter. Rainbow bay delivered! The property was extremely clean and tastefully appointed. There are so many beautiful little side streets to walk on near the beach. This felt and looked like paradise to us both. The owner was very attentive and called to check in on the evening power outage. I wish We were still there. We will be coming back!

Lovely Cottage in Rainbow Bay

This cottage exceeded our expectations in all ways. Very modern and comfortable inside and was more spacious than anticipated. Very well kept and impeccably clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer/dryer were full sized (which you may not find even at large rental homes on the island). The location is really convenient if you want to explore nearby settlements (and you should!) - right in Rainbow Bay, and not far from James Cistern and Governors Harbour to the south and Gregory Town to the north. Some of our favorite spots were Gaulding Cay beach in Gregory Town, Da Conch Hut for fresh conch salad in James Cistern, and Receiver’s beach in Governors. Would definitely stay here again.

Being that we had stayed @ this property 4 years ago there were no surprises. Great location, but if you are staying here, you need to have a car. The Rainbow Bay area is quiet! If you're looking for a party scene this is not the place for you. There is one restaurant/bar, The Sunset Cove & Rainbow Room (Previously The Rainbow Bay Inn) that is in walking distance. They have a great menu and are known for their pizza. However, the journey for groceries is not so convenient.

Beautiful Bungalow

Beautiful bungalow. Pleasantly furnished. Open, friendly, breezy. Quiet, safe and comfortable. The kitchen is very usable. The living area is cozy and warm. The bathroom area is clean and accessible with a shower that affords afternoon sunshine. The bedroom allows a wonderful blend of energies from intimacy to relaxing sleep. The porch is a delightful highlight that I used for morning exercise, mealtime and enjoying beautiful sunsets with the sun sinking slowly into Rainbow Bay. The Eleuthera experience was beyond my expectations, and Pineapple Blues made it exceptional throughout.

Paradise!!!

This was my first time to Eleuthera and I will be making this a annual trip, the cottage was just perfect, loved the location, rainbow bay was beautiful! My advice is travel with as much canned food and spices as you can because they are very expensive and not much to choose from. There is a grocery store 5-10 minutes away and Tony the owner was very friendly and had the basics. The fish fry in governors harbor Friday night was a lot of fun! So much to explore on the island, the locals are very kind so ask questions!! Brianna was awesome to respond with answers to questions we had. It’s true paradise! Thank you all!!

The best kind of blues

We really enjoyed staying at Pineapple blues for 10 days. Melisa was easy to communicate with and helped arrange a rental car. This is a quiet, sparsely populated and dark sky wonder of an area. Nearby ocean access at Rainbow bay on the Caribbean side or Smugglers cove and Hidden Beach on the Atlanta side gave us great choices no matter which way the wind blew. Having separate air conditioners for the main part of the house and just for the bedroom was great. We loved having the windows open most of the time but kept the bedroom shut at night running the ac so the bugs didn't bother us. Kitchen is well stocked and the extra herbs and spices were a treat. Eleuthera is a wonderful place and we hope to return.
