Wir haben ein neu renoviertes Haus am Lake Livingston für Ihren Wochenendausflug oder Ihren Langzeiturlaub. Die Annehmlichkeiten in diesem Haus sind endlos, Bootslift (bitte fragen Sie nach), Tisch-Shuffle-Board, Tischtennis, Tisch-Curling, Pokertisch, Hufeisen, Feuerstelle, AWESOME BAR, Wiffelball, Cornhole, viel Schatten am Wasser, hat ein Wohnmobil-Pad mit Elektro- und Wasserzugang auf dem Pad, eine riesige 10-Fuß-Wasserrutsche mit angeschlossenem Kinderbecken, einen kleinen Spielplatz, 2 Morgen gepflegtes Land, bringen Sie Ihr Zelt für eine Nacht unter dem Sternenhimmel und vieles mehr kommen. Wir haben 2 Doppelbetten, 2 Etagenbetten, Futon für 2 Personen und ein paar Luftmatratzen. Sie können kein offeneres Konzepthaus haben als dieses 2.000 m² große Haus, das sich wie 3.000 anfühlt. 3 verschiedene Sitzecken, alle mit ROKU TV. Wir haben einen Bootslift, bitte fragen Sie vor der Buchung, ob er verfügbar ist. Dies ist ein großartiger Kurzurlaub mit endlosen Möglichkeiten für alle Altersgruppen. Kein Ort wie das Seehaus, um Erinnerungen zu wecken.

Spacious Home at Lake Livingston

Wonderful spacious and clean home on the lake. Kitchen very well stocked and enjoyed the coffee bar. Beds super comfy and tons of fun games including full size ping pong table for kids and adults. Great easy parking and electric hook ups for boat/trailer and 10 minutes from Penwaugh boat ramp for easy access to lake. Outside lighted space and firepit wonderful! Owner very responsive and helpful with any questions.

Great Trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for our family, very clean and had a great open floorplan that accommodated us well. Everything was just as described and we will definitely come back again! The only problem… wishing we could take some more time off and enjoy it a little longer! Thank you Matthew!

Fun For All

The house is very spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need except for a toaster so you’ll have to use the oven. Loved the fully stocked coffee bar ! There are window unit air conditioners that kept the house comfortably cool. There are lots of games for adults and children and toys for the little ones which we enjoyed tremendously! There are no views from the inside as the windows are high but the outdoor scenery is fantastic ! We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting outside while the kids played on the tree swing which was big enough for two children ages 5 and 7 . That swing was their favorite! We brought a camping hammock and wrapped it around that large tree and attached it to the large metal pole by the sitting area. Very shady and relaxing. There’s a large barbecue pit/smoker which we enjoyed nightly under the patio lights which are amazing at night! We went down to the dock and tried our hand at fishing. The walk down the hill can be a little slippery if wearing flip flops but aqua shoes are perfect! All in all we really enjoyed ourselves and would come back here again!

Great for all ages! Great owner that cares!

We stayed here for 5 days & our whole family loved it! We have 4 kids of our own ages 3, 12, 16, & 17. We also brought along an extra teen plus my parents. So there were 9 people ages 3 to 77 & we were all good! The weather wasn't very cooperative so we were inside most of the time but that was alright because we had ping pong & games &TV & internet & the teens were even playing cards instead of on technology for a while! The time we could get outside was good too with the play set & the patio area in the back! This next part is just to say, he went to extra lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible & his prompt response probably meant our stay cost him money instead of him making money! We really appreciated that our comfort & having a great time meant so much to him! We did have a small drain problem. Matthew answered right away & got someone out there at 8:00pm on New Year's Eve night! And again to complete the job New Year's day! He even offered to put us up in a hotel for our inconvenience although it was only a couple hours of frustration for us! Matthew handled this greatly! He was really on top of this! Thank you so much Matthew! We look forward to visiting again & sending folks your way!

Comfortable

This house is not fancy, but it is comfortable. There are two sleeping areas on either side of the main living area which can be closed off for privacy. The tile floors were great for the dogs as was the big yard. Having a washer/dryer was a plus. The ping pong table and nerf guns added to the fun. Matt, the owner, was very receptive and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about the house was the high windows as I am slightly claustrophobic and like to be able to look out the window. I did feel that being required to buy a damage policy and pay a damage deposit was redundant. The full deposit was refunded in about a week and a half.

Property was huge and lots of land!

Very quiet and peaceful! We found the share lake portion of the property and all my boys caught a fish! The house was just right very stocked with pots and pans enough silver wear etc... and Matthew the owner was tentative, responsive and kind. He even allowed us to stay one extra night! Enjoy your stay! Thank you.

Awesome Getaway Weekend!!!

This was the perfect weekend getaway!! We will definitely be back!! The house was very clean and well taken care of. Absolutely love the open concept of the home. The beds were very clean and comfortable. I adore the open kitchen and dinning area. There was more than enough room for everyone. Everything we needed was available. The owners thought of everything. It was great to be able to dock our boat where we were staying. There was plenty of other things to do when mother nature wasn't cooperating. The nurf guns and shuffleboard board were a lot of fun. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting by the fire pit. No complaints at all. This is definitely a great place to stay! Thank you for sharing your home and hospitality with us.

DIRTY Terrible!

We should get our cleaning deposit back!!House smelled very musty.Before we unpacked we had to clean house.The home was dirty, full of dog hair, spider webs.The kids did not want to sleep on bunk beds due to spider webs we had to strip bed sheets and wash afraid we would get bite.The celling fans had 2 inches of black dust.We had to spray toilets due to poop stains left in bathroom.No toilet paper,we had to run to store to get some.The bathroom door was stuck we had to force shut for privacy. The canal was over grown and infested with spider webs.Not easy acess.No way a boat could be put in the water. Boat lift looked like it had no been use in years and was in need of serious tlc.We carried our own trash home because no key was left and owner wouldn't answer our call until hours later. It was way over priced for what we got.We took pictures of the house due to filthy conditions .

Amazing place to stay!!!!

We took 10 17&19 year olds for a long weekend and this was the perfect place! We had more than enough room...this place is huge! And any place that leaves out nerf guns loaded and ready is awesome! Don’t overlook this place! The kitchen is fully stocked, sheets, pillows and blankets were soft and clean. Washer and dryer worked great. No complaints what so ever!!!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. Plenty of space for the kids to explore. More than enough room for a family of 5. Just minutes from the Indian hill boat launch, restaurant, and boat rental. We will definitely be back! Thank you all for the hospitality
