Dies ist eine geräumige, möblierte Wohnung, die mit meinem Haus verbunden ist. Großes Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, Wohnzimmer, Essecke, Küchenzeile und Bad. Sowie eine private Auffahrt für 2 Autos und einen privaten direkten Eingang in die Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist weniger als 5 Meilen von Dover Downs & DSU, weniger als 3 Meilen vom Wesley College und nur wenige Minuten von der Dover AFB entfernt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Ausfahrten der Route 1

Great stay

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at Delaware turf fields and this was clean and convenient to the fields. Had a good night stay and saved money instead of staying at a hotel.

Perfect stay

Though we could only spend two nights due to a change in plans, we had a great stay here! It was everything one would need, and the little touches (a snack basket that our boys happily raided, coffee, bottled water, plenty of extra toiletries) were greatly appreciated. Location was great to be near the speedway, close to the highway, and just the right amount of attention and guidance from our host. Thank you so much Nikki!

Very convenient and affordable

Communication with Nikki was excellent; place was tidy and well-stocked with snacks, water, towels and bath amenities (great touch); for location/neighborhood I gave it 4 as the location in southern Dover was convenient, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Just what we needed

This was close to the location of the event we were attending. The property is clean, comfortable and Nikki is great to deal with. She made sure we had everything we needed and the snacks and bottled water on our arrival were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay for a Weekend Lacrosse Tournament

This place had everything we needed. My wife, son, and I loved the coziness. We were very comfortable and Nikki made sure of it. She checked in with us at least twice a day to make sure everything was good and that there wasn’t anything else we need. We had one small issue and Nikki took care of it immediately. There is great access to key routes as well. We will be back if we our back in the area for lacrosse again.

I was visiting my son at the AF base, Nikki’s home is close and everything she described. This property is clean and you won’t find a more accommodating host. She is very attentive, you can tell she wants her guests to feel at home. I couldn’t have asked for more.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and it was a great distance away from the DE turf fields. It was nice and clean and well appointed with little snacks for our use. No complaints here! Thank you for the stay. We will check back at the next tournament.

Promising little oasis

Stayed 2 nights while traveling through the area. Very nice little place, perfect for our needs and super clean. There was an issue with the door not locking, but the owner was very responsive and helped us resolve the issue. Had a lot of thoughtful extras like individually wrapped toiletries, bottled water, snacks, etc. The owner is really sweet and made us feel very welcome. An upgraded mattress would be great, and am sure that's in the works as this host clearly cares about her guests. If traveling on a budget and need to stay in the area, it's a good option.

Exactly What I needed!!!

When I arrived I felt just like I was at home. All my basic needs we're met and even when I opened the fridge there was water and I was so glad because I had forgotten to stop on my way in. Nikki was awesome and was in constant communication with me the entire time and was extremely pleasant with every interaction. I've already told her that I will be coming back to her property whenever I am in the Dover area.

Convenient & Cute!

This property was not only convenient to everything that we needed but it was super clean and cute! Nikki, the host, was amazing! She thought of every detail: (which were very much appreciated after a day of airplane delays!) toiletries, snacks, fluffy towels, creamers for coffee and waters cooling in the fridge. She was considerate, kind, and truly just a wonderful host. She checked in on us and made sure everything was exactly what we needed. Thank you for everything Nikki. We will be back!

A Nice Stay at Edi's Suite

I stayed at Edi’s Suite for 2 nights to do birdwatching at Bombay Hook NWR and nearby sites such as Port Mahon Road and Little Creek WMA. The location of the suite provides easy access to all these areas. The suite met all my expectations and more. Everything shown in the photos of the suite was there, so I knew what I needed to bring, i.e., a toaster for my morning bagel. Nikki, the host, was very nice and even took a break from her work to come by and show me how to use the streaming services she provides (Netflix and Amazon) because I’m an oldster who only has cable and didn’t know that all I had to do was press the Netflix button on the remote! I recommend Edi’s suite to anyone who wants something more than a hotel room and wants to do some visiting or traveling in the area.

Edie’s Suite

My son had a baseball tournament, was a perfect place for us. Great place for us to chill-out after the games. Very quiet, slept like a rock. Nikki made everything so easy with check in. Place was very clean and Nikki had some snacks set up for us and waters in the fridge and even coffee. She provided toilet trees which was awesome because I forgot my toothbrush and it saved me a trip to Walgreens’s. It is close to everything and good local and national restaurants close by. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming would always wave and say good morning. If your ever in the need to visit the Dover Delaware area. I would highly recommend Edie’s place. Nikki, Thanks again.
