Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our third visit to this cabin. Overall experience was good. We like the location. A couple of things were unexpected: both propane tanks (grill and fire pit) were empty when we arrived so we could not use either of them until staff came out to replace the tanks. Also, the electric space heater tripped a breaker, so we had to move it to the side, and use a different outlet, from it was supposed to be. The screen door took two hands to open and close (the rollers were missing), and the conventional coffee pot was dirty (had coffee residue in it). These are details that we think could have been taken care of prior to our visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin for a nice long weekend away. The cabin was perfect - it had everything that we were looking for and made our whole trip that much better. It is very conveniently located to both Unicoi State Park and Helen - any kind of activity or adventure is so close by. The relaxing atmosphere of the cabin and the hot tub made the evenings calm and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! In addition, the staff at Georgia Mountain rentals were amazing - checking in before and during our stay, communicative, and helpful.

You can’t see your neighbors from your deck that has 2 chairs, fire pit thing, and a HUGE hot tub! The WiFi and service was spotty, but we came to get away from that so we enjoyed it. We are already looking at dates to return!

Could have been cleaner, chairs on porch outdated and not durable. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Dust everywhere. Fridge is small. TV is pretty small. Ceiling fan doesn't work without leaving the fan on.

Always a great time

This is absolutely a great cabin. Last week was my second time staying here and I enjoyed myself thoroughly each time. The property manager go above and beyond. while staying here. I will definitely be returning again next year for the third time

Hidden in the woods...

I enjoyed the location and setting of this property very much. After an outing in Helen for the Oktoberfest celebration it was so relaxing to have the peace and quiet of being in the woods. The cabin was very clean and had everything you would need to grill or cook

Hair was on toilet and in shower,table was dirty,trash from 4th of july was in cup on table. Shower water didn't stay hot long,ac vent was broke and someone put cardboard in vent to hold open.Being charged over $100 for cleaning fee was crazy. The bed was awesome and pillows were great. Very easy access and great location.Grill was a plus for cooking.
