Das Haus "Casa de Vida" ist ein komfortables, charmantes Strandhaus am Sandstrand im Wohnviertel Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City. Dieses Haus verfügt über geräumige Schlafzimmer mit hohen Balkendecken und ist eine großartige Wahl für 2 Paare oder eine kleine Familie. Vom hinteren Deck aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zum Strand, so dass Sie hier wunderbar entspannen und die Wellen beobachten können. Das Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und es gibt auch einen privaten Whirlpool-Raum!

Kiwanda Shores ist eine private Wohnanlage entlang der Küste in Pacific City. Kiwanda Shores Hausbesitzer und Mieter teilen die Sicherheit, den Stolz auf den Besitz und den friedlichen Genuss der Küstenerlebnisse. Ein niedriger Ufersandstrand fällt von den Ocean Front-Häusern zum Meer ab. Der Zugang zum Strand ist für die zweite und hintere Wohnung möglich.
Dieses Haus ist direkt auf einer Sanddüne gebaut, die zum Strand führt. Bei winterlichen Stürmen kann sich der Sand schnell ablagern und um das Grundstück herum ansammeln, was manchmal den Meerblick beeinträchtigt. Obwohl wir uns bemühen, den Sand vor dem Aufenthalt zu entfernen und die Sicht zu bewahren, ist das Wetter im Winter schwierig vorherzusagen, und die Aussicht kann nicht garantiert werden.
Die Belegungsregeln werden strikt durchgesetzt und gelten für das gesamte Anwesen während des Aufenthalts. Zusätzliche Tagesgäste können mit Genehmigung des Managements zugelassen werden.

Another Great Experience at the Ocean’s Edge

This was our third stay in Pacific City. Kiwanda Coastal Properties makes the check in and check out easy and simple. Our only issue was the patio door. The lock on it could use some maintenance. We got lucky and had beautiful weather and the sunsets were magnificent!

Breath Taking Views

Great place on the beach. I mean on the beach in the sand. Was great fun watching the weather and walking up and down the beach. Just a short walk to town and groceries and Pub. House needed a little work but hopefully that is done. Wasn't anything major. Plenty of pans and dishware. Would go back again. Staff was willing to help if needed. Oh and a great jacuzzi tub. Worked great.

We enjoyed everything except the lack of a dresser or storage in bedrooms and no end tables or reading lamps in living room. We don’t watch television and read in the evenings. Had to set drinks and such on the floor. Also FYI.. front bedroom window is stuck open. Needs to be fixed before winter.

Location was great, but we had some issues with our stay

The location was perfect, but we had an issue when a problem arose. The afternoon we arrived, we weren't able to get the gas fireplace to work and called the property mgmt co. They said they would send someone to check. That person never came, nor did we receive any message so we went to the prop mgmt co the next morning. At that point they said someone came by the night before and no one answered the door. That wasn't true because we were there, our car was in the driveway, and I was grilling steaks outside with the garage door open. Someone then did come by and they couldn't get the fireplace to work either. There was also a load in the dryer we had to clear out so we could do laundry.and the windows facing the beach were very dirty (cloudy) and hadn't been cleaned recently.

You come for the view… but the house needs work

You come to this place for the view, not the house. This place does need some updating based on the rate. Here we go…The showers are more to the tune of rv showers so be prepared for that. Highly recommend bringing your own bath towels and dish towels as the ones there are close to sandpaper. We went to tillamook and got our own. Small touches, like the hand soap being watered down and overall dinginess, including homeowners personal belongings in spare closet was tacky. My son was so excited about the jetted tub, however black stuff came out when we turned it on so we reran the bath and did not use the jets any longer. Broken kitchen floor tiles, and broken back sliding door. Asked if I should possibly provide a list to enhance guests experiences and the management and they didn’t seem too bothered. I know Vrbo houses differ drastically, this was just quite different from previous properties I have rented within the same price budget. Bottom line? Come for the fantastic amazing killer view and access, but bring your own personal items like listed above.

Wonderful Home.

The home was clean upon arriving. Furnishing through out the house were nice. Kitchen fairly well equipped with needed items for the stay. Fireplace was a nice bonus. Will rent the house again at some point.

Perfect location house needs improvements.

House is right on the beach and close to the Pelican Pub. Kitchen was not very well stocked with essential cooking and baking utensils. Front and back door didn’t work properly.

The view was as wonderful as the pics illustrated. If I had any suggestions, it would be for there to be some outdoor furniture to enjoy sitting on the deck and an upgrade to the bed in the front bedroom. But the house was awesome, well stocked and very comfortable.

Pleasantly Surprised Getaway

We really, really enjoyed our stay at this house. From looking at pictures of the exterior of the house, it looks nice and cozy with a great location. Once we opened the front door we were blown away by how much bigger the house was on the inside. The rooms were nice and large and the layout of the rest of the house was just right for our young family. The fireplace was wonderful especially on the cold evenings/mornings we had during our stay. The massive couch and TV/Roku setup was a huge plus as well. If we had any gripes there would only be two. First, the dishwasher did not work and second, a few more dishes/cups/utensils would have been nice. Nothing close to a deal-breaker, but it would have been nice to not wash dishes by hand. I would also like to add that the management company and staff were amazing! During our stay, we had a massive sandstorm before we were to check-out. Our car and the entryway to the front of the house were covered in several inches of sand. We called the management company and found out they had already dispatched their team to help clear the driveway and make some paths for us while we checked out. They also allowed us to check out 1hr later than planned. This was a huge relief to us since we were a bit in shock at the amount of sand we had to contest with while trying to tidy up the house and check out. We will definitely be looking into this house for our next beach getaway. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this great beach house!
