Home was great size and spread out for our group. Great kitched set up and outdoor space. We look forward to returning during the summer months to try out the pool. Nice neighborhood, private location. Will definitely return!

Lots of room, but a bit different from photos

This house was very spacious and was great for my small group, however I feel like the photos may have been a few years ago and don’t quite reflect the current state of the house. Understandably, the furniture within has some wear. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to a target and places for takeout. Also close to the highway for easy travel. Owner/property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Stayed for the Holidays while visiting family in Atlanta

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Atlanta. The kitchen is well stocked with tools and pots/pans to cook, there is even a blender. We have dogs and this was a great house for everyone with the fenced in backyard making it very pet friendly. The neighborhood is nice for a walk/run and feels very safe. If your family is like ours and has many girls who use multiple bath towels, I would recommend bringing a few extra.

Pool was disgusting and couldn't be used

The house was great, but my huge issue is that the pool was disgusting and had mold in it. I swam at night not realizing and when I saw the pool in the morning, I was disgusted! I would like a partial refund because the ONLY reason I booked this home was to swim and I couldn't.

Not worth the price

Could not access prop. Host was not responding. Had to contact VRBO.The property is in a great location. Private off street parking, cul-de-sac. Minutes from grocery store and restaurants.Actually 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths in main house plus a FROG unit with bath separate from house. Was not aware would be separated.When arrived pool was deep green where had not been cleaned in awhile. It took three days to clean the pool but were not informed if safe to use after that. Host never replied to my message. Our stay was only four days. The pool was one of the reasons for the selection.First entered the home it had an overwhelming stuffy smell as if it had been locked up for months.Nine guests and were given one wash cloth and drying towel each. We had to wash towels every day.Two of the bedrooms upstairs had bedbugs.The upstairs A/C and FROG’s portable A/C went out on the second day. The TVs were not setup for service so could not use.The basketball area was unsafe to use do to the broken concrete. Again, part of the selection process.Pool pics attached are from second and third days after treatment.The kitchen was a wonderful size for all nine of us. Spacious island to cook and socialize at the same time. Regular size fridge was perfect for our perishables. Barstools could use some tlc but got the job done. Gorgeous large dining room table. Also perfect for a large group.The home is beautiful. Just a little tlc needed.

Third day after cleaning and another treatment. Still had settlement at the bottom. Not paint removal as initially thought.

Birthday Trip

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I chose to stay here a 2nd time because the first stay went well overall. This 2nd stay went well with the exception of a few things. When we got there day 1 the pool was a mess. We had to clean it ourselves. The next day 2 guys showed up about the pool but we had done 95% of the work already. A lot of the bulbs needed to be changed because the lights weren’t working (i.e the backyard). We did a lot of cleaning around the pool as well (sweeping up). Part of the stove still doesn’t work well (same as 2 yrs ago). The fridge still doesn’t make ice, which wasn’t the worst thing we just went out and bought ice. The kitchen sinks faucet lever is broken. It wouldn’t stay off. Also, there were a lot of ants in the mother in-law suite bathroom. Also there were issues connecting the tv in that suite to the wifi, ended up using my phone hotspot. Aside from these issues, overall it was a good stay. The group was comfortable as far as space and we had fun.

Terrible!

This home was nothing like described. It was a decent house but this is no mansion. The entire trip was just deplorable. I feel like my entire family was duped and we spent over $4000 for 3 nights. Definitely not worth it. There were not enough beds even though it is advertised as having 2 beds in each room. When I addressed this issue with the host, she basically just stated oh we took some beds out and to compensate me for it she sent over blow up beds. No one paid this kind of money to sleep on a blow up bed. Then, the fifth bedroom is not in the house it is outside on top of the garage. We would of liked to know that in advance. Since, my family and I were flying in around 9am I asked can we check-in a little earlier then 3pm. Sara said yes and we agreed that we could check-in at 12pm. The day of check-in I get no check-in information emailed, messaged, or phone call. I had to track her down to get the lock code and did not get it until 2pm. Then we wanted to use the grill but no propane was provided so I had to go purchase a grill that I also had to throw away and waste more money. The only thing nice about this entire trip was the kids loved the pool. That was it. There was not enough toilet paper, paper towels or bath clothes and towels. We had to purchase that too. Also, spider webs were every where. I would never stay here again or encourage anyone else to. They really need to spend some time updating their listing, lowering the price because this is no mansion, and being honest and upfront. Again I will never stay here again.

Solid Standard 5 bedroom

Was nice house, in nice neighborhood but had different expectations bc of word mansion. In my opinion it was a standard 5 bedroom home, clean, medium comfort beds, nice size pools, good grill, great dining table, TVs and internet ran perfect. Things to check on if important to you: Kitchen stovetop needed repair, Sofa bed broken and not a pull out. With the exception of main grey couch and grey chair all the furniture is wobbly and not comfy. I’d bring better kitchen knives, but had ample pans, utensils etc. Overall it’s good deal just align expectations to stay in nice family like house, that’s not fancy.

STAY AWAY FROM HER HOUSES! Her Property Pictures Are Very Misleading-Not Worth Your Hard EARN Monies

I communicated with Sara before every payin 1 dollar. I made her aware that this was a Christening weekend for my 6 months old Grandson. She did accommodate me with a payment scheduling, however once the address was provided to me (5 days prior to check in) I went by the house and was dis-pleased with the EXTERIOR and grounds conditions. I contacted VRBO aftering tryin to reach her via phone but to No Avail! Once VRBO contacted her she informed me that her maintenance would adrress WHAT I was able to see on the outside!..... She allowed me early check in but to my checkin in, I was MORE displeased! The house was NOT and had NOT been cleaned for some time-1.) The refrigerator and garbage disposal needs to be serviced 2.) The steps to Mother In Law suite need to be replaced 3.) Ants are EVERYWHERE 4.) We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean AT CHECK IN 5.) The correct WiFi Information was not given 6.) Cobwebs and Spiders are EVERYWHERE 7.) Dust is EVERYWHERE 8.) We had to wash the bed linen at Check In. After I told Sara that I was contacting Code Enforcement, she THEN offered me a Refund/ have house keeping to come and clean it...BUT shouldn't it had ALREADY been cleaned? I had to make a report with the Rockdale County Code Enforcement because this was unacceptable!....For the amount of monies that I paid for this property, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the condition of this property. Due to my family traveling the distance they did, we DID stay in the house because we were not able to find a house that accommadated us at such Day of Shirt Notice! How fair was this to me and my family? For this house not to be cleaned and sanitized with the COVID Pandemic at hand, Sara really don't care about the health of your guests. She is only concetned about the profit she receives from renting her properties!

it was sometimes difficult to get ahold of Sara. Unfortunately when we arrived the ac wasn't working , the smoke alarms were beeping because the batteries needed replacing and the dishwasher wasn't working! Once all that was taken care of we enjoyed ourselves.

The entire home could use updating. The Netflix has a password for certain R rated shows, it was never provided upon asking for it. They also forget to send the address and entry code. They only sent entry code upon asking and sending a picture of your drivers license. Also, electric trash can did not work. Only two towels were provided per room and no toiletries. I was highly disappointed for paying so much . I truly expected better.
