Ich habe dieses Boutique-Hotel Zimmer mit viel Inspiration von spektakulären Stränden geschmückt, um einen tropischen Touch auf Saint Louis zu bieten! Unser wunderschönes, gut gepflegtes Apartment taucht seine Gäste in eine stilvolle Umgebung ein, die historische mit neuen, modernen Annehmlichkeiten und vielen persönlichen Dekorationen rund um die Wohnung verbindet.
So viele der Dekorationen wurden von mir und meiner Familie geschaffen, gesammelt oder gebaut! Ich ziele darauf ab, Ihre Erfahrung mit meiner Gastfreundschaft, Annehmlichkeiten und Sauberkeit zu individualisieren. Ich werde mit dir zusammen im Gebäude leben, also wenn du überhaupt etwas brauchst, bin ich Sekunden entfernt und strebe immer danach, deine Erwartungen zu übertreffen!
Sie genießen die gesamte Wohnung für sich selbst sowie eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Garage und Terrasse. Die geschlossene Garage ermöglicht einen sicheren und bequemen Parkplatz. Es gibt einen Schließfach für einfachen Zugang zum Apartment bei Ihrer Ankunft und Abreise!

Nice stay in quiet neighborhood

Nice apartment very close to beautiful Forest Park in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfortable for up to 4 people. Everything was as advertised.

Extremely disappointed with this stay.Before even beginning my stay, I was charged a deposit of 200 without being told about it. When I reached out to ask about it, it took the owner a considerable amount of time to respond and explain.When I arrived and was trying to locate the unit, there was no number on the door to tell me if it was the correct place. I just had to hope I was trying to enter the correct apartment.Upon entering the unit there was a huge pain of glass with paint on it laid on the couch. The table under the tv was broken and had one of the legs laying next to it. There were wall decorations sitting on the other couch. So if we wanted to use the living room, we would have had to move multiple things off of the couches in order to sit down.There was a broken lamp sitting in entrance to the hallway that I had to move to get to the bedroom as well.Only one of the lamps in the bedroom was functioning. The only positives were that the beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean.

Beware

This place is a hot mess. I would not stay here. It's in a sketchy area, the stove eyes were rusty, mold in the bath, old run down furniture. We couldn't stay here, we had to go to a hotel.Stay here if you like those conditions.

It was nice! Just really hot, we had the window units going and it was still pretty toasty. I’m very glad we brought fans otherwise it would’ve been a lot. But otherwise it was a nice little space for one night! We wish we would’ve had a way to see that we had the doors locked at night though, I understand why the smart locks are used, but it made us nervous to not be able to know for sure if it was locked from the other end

This room had a SEVERE gas leak. The smell of gas was making us all dizzy and sick. We had to leave and get hotel rooms. We had a very early morning this morning and got no sleep because we had to go find a hotel. It was an absolute nightmare and no one has responded about this. I am absolutely devastated but this experience. That property is not safe.

The people that lived in the apartments surrounding this one are very loud and the walls were thin, so it wasn’t quiet. The apartment was very nice and the property was really nice as the owner provided plenty of bedding and it was a comfortable room. The decor in the apartment was very nice and there was a lot of amenities. The garage smelled like a sewer.

Avoid this property! The experience was so consistently bad, it’s hard to believe this unit is still being rented out. Not enough room here to cover it all. Nearly every day brought a new issue. Many were serious (health/life/safety) & should never exist in a rental at this price. We arrived to no heat. Told to use a “space heater” which didn’t exist. Replacement didn’t show up until 11pm! Apartment is extremely old & poorly maintained. Floors noticeably slanted, doors don’t close or seal properly, water pressure is barely functional, rugs are filthy, & under bed cleaning hasn’t happened in ages. Mildew in the bathroom was simply painted over. Countless layers of paint covering walls, major cracks, trim, & hinges throughout the entire apartment. REAL ISSUE: a major leak starting Thursday. Contaminated water dripped from the bathroom light fixture in the ceiling. By The weekend, it was leaking again (from the same spot & through the living room wall—creating bubbles & cracks in the paint). Water was coming through the light fixture & toward the main outlet in the living room, a serious safety hazard! It rendered both rooms unusable. Smell was awful, & nothing was done when we reported it (host said, “maintenance doesn’t work weekends and [they] couldn’t move us because all rooms were full”). Walls provide evidence the owner has known of these issues, including the leak, for some time and done nothing but apply paint. Guests should absolutely stay elsewhere!

Decent but not the best place I stayed at

The apartment is in the back of the building so be prepared to walk and carry suitcases if u have them. I rented this apartment due to in town for family reunion and I had to bring a dish so needed the kitchen. The stove did not work so was really a waste of my money. I don’t think the Owner was the one who decorated the Apartment. As we could not get the TV to work in when I sent him a message he was not even aware that the TV did not have buttons on the side of it. The owner also do not know how to let down the futons in the living room whichWe have to figure out in order to lay on it and no remote. The owner stated that there was a Netflix on the TV but the Netflix did not work as none of the apps came on the TV.Overall the apartment was decent but the bathtub is very old and not that clean. There was only one key so if you’re staying with the group of people who have to coordinate on who takes the key in making sure someone’s there in order for you to getting it.This would not be my first choice the next time I’m in St. Louis. I recommend that The owner take a walk to through apartment actually look at everything if he’s renting it so that he’s able to better answer the questions of the people renting from him.

Thanks for the review! The futons simply fold down so we weren't sure what else to tell you as to their functionality when we spoke. Also, we have updated the smart TV to ROKU which we are very excited about as there is just one remote yet several viewing options for guest besides just Netflix. This has been great to use with the smart TV's. The kitchen is fully functional. If you had trouble with the stove then we could have helped you immediately since we live on site if you had simply let us know. The unit is 4 entrances from the secured garage parking but you are welcome to park on the street if you wish. You can also use the back door to get in and out of the garage right below the unit rather than walking to the front. We provided one key that is kept in the lockbox for each guest to use. The lockbox doesn't hold 8 keys for a unit that sleeps 8 guests. However, we have switched to digital locks so that issue has been resolved as well, We do take reviews seriously and have addressed all issues mentioned for future guests to enjoy. We have 8 units near Forest Park since it is such a central location and they are booked almost all the time. Our goal is to make our guest's visit as easy and comfortable as possible. Feel free to contact any time day or night while you stay with us!
