Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful except the smell of the cabin. Upon entering the cabin has a foul odor. Like backed up sewage. We checked all the bathrooms and seen nothing. We brought a lot of cleaning supplies and cleaned the cabin. I mean swept, mopped and wiped everything down. It smelled clean for a while. But, when leaving and returning back to the cabin it still had that foul odor.

Family Vacation in Tenn.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Held our family of 17 easily....the amenities did not match up. We are flying in from all over the U.S. so we are limited by what we could bring. House had no coat hangers, a very small grill, hard to feed 17 with a two burner grill. 1 small trash bin for 17 consumers, trash had to be piled up in kitchen. If you want to allow a big crowd, please match the supplies to accommodate them. Overall a great family vacation.

The Most Stunning Beautiful Cabim

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 12 had great time in the 6 bedroom cabin with the wonderful indoor pool. It slept the entire group comfortably. There was enough parking for a van and 3 cars. We enjoyed the movie theater where we watched a thriller movie and enjoyed the grill where we grilled steaks, shrimp, and salmon. The pool table was also fun. The entire booking and checking out process was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Summer Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent a week here with extended family and we had a great time. The cabin is very spacious especially the kitchen/living room. The beds rank up there as some of the most comfortable I've slept on anywhere. Numerous family members made the same comment. The decks offered a great view and the general location of the cabin is perfect- close enough to the parkway so you're not isolated, but separated enough from the craziness. All the kids loved the pool. The staff is always courteous and a pleasure to interact with. We had a small issue, and they handled it timely and professionally.2 minor recommendations: 1) 2nd fridge maybe downstairs could prove useful. 2) maybe some retractable blinds for the windows facing west. I know why they don't currently. Large windows offer breathtaking views, but the late afternoon sun is brutal.

Ultimate getaway cabin

We took our children and grandchildren and had the absolute best time ever! The bedrooms are large and roomy and each has their own bathroom with is good size. The swimming pool was warm and good size. Hot tub was great! And can we talk about the view from the upper deck? The bears walking by the deck was an added delight too! Highly recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is nice, itself. Overall met our needs. However, the pool was too cold to attempt. Theater room cable did not work when connecting our laptop’s for anything (tried to report that and kept getting response back of use these instructions). Hey, HDM cables do break. The internet connection was very poor. Cannot have more than one person streaming or the connection is dropped. Lastly there is no soap holders in the bathroom of most rooms showers, no slip protection in the bathrooms having tile floors and the oven was not cleaned (reported). Understand bears may have broken into trash of past renters but environmentally dirty along exterior between homes. Good bit of loose trash.

Great location and the company we rented from was very kind to us.

Unfortunately upon arrival we came into a dirty cabin. The floors were obviously not mopped or even swept/vacuumed worth anything. There is copious amounts of dust in the kitchen on ceiling and on top of appliances which shows it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Oven was dirty. Laundry room in basement is filthy. washer doesn’t work properly and only washed and rinses in hot water messing up clothing. Even when cold selected. No chairs in bedrooms or shower caddy’s in showers also lack of bars for safety in them. They were also not cleaned well at all. Smoke alarms started chirping at early hours of morning . Maintenance people did Take care of that problem for us and we’re kind and prompt. There were lots of bugs and bees in the house. Dead and alive. Pest control is definitely needed. Also we went to use the vacuum cleaner that’s in the house ( to take care of the lack of from cleaning) and it’s a cheap broken down piece of garbage. Overall I cannot recommend this cabin at all for even a weekend stay. We payed 10k for a week and with that kind of money we expected to at least have a clean home to stay in. The location is what made the stay bearable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No water. No a/c upstairs. Pool was too cold & the water level too low to use. There was a hose from outside running through a window into the pool trying to put water in the pool. But with no water pressure, that wasn’t working. The cabin wasn’t very clean, especially the toilets. The kitchen faucet was extremely loose. The outdoor grill hadn’t been cleaned. The refrigerator had door shelves missing which made it difficult to get all the perishable foods for 11 into it. The management company was very responsive & had us move cabins, but only 1 was available & it didn’t have the same amenities. We’re waiting to hear from them what compensation we’ll receive.

Reviewer Comments: The heat in the cabin did not work properly we couldn’t use the basement where the pool area and movie room was at all the heat in the whole house wasn’t working we had to go get hotel rooms due to it being very cold in the cabin and all management wanted to refund me is $200.00 that’s not no where near what I paid to book the cabin this was the worst experience we every had and it was if they did not care at all I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me and never got a call from them all they care about is you booking with them and once they get your money you don’t hear from them I will never book with them again
