Die Kojehalle hat einen Satz Doppelkojen und befindet sich in der Nähe des Gästebades. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Fernseher und natürlich einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf. Bleiben Sie mit dem Wireless Internet Service in Verbindung. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank mit Wasser- und Eismaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Backofen mit glatter Oberseite und eine Mikrowelle über dem Herd. Nice but beds horrible

The property was nice and great location, but when you go on vacation you also want to get a nice night's sleep but not here the mattress are old and very uncomforable. I am sure you make enough money on the property to invest in nice mattresses.

Amazing property

My husband and I stayed here for four nights. It was an amazing property! The chairs on the beach being included was fantastic. We didn’t end up doing any of the activities. Next time, I will bring the kids with us. The activities will be great for a Family. The pools were very nice. We were definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great, kitchen is well-stocked with plates/cups/bowls etc. Can see the gulf from the balcony. Would stay again! Do note that the twin bunks are too tight for adults 6'+ :)

Great Spring Break

Property was exactly as advertised. We had a fabulous time and property management was extremely courteous. Take advantage of the xplore activities and I played three rounds of golf with no additional out of pocket expense. We will be back!

Great place, but the neighbors????

The property next door had an outdoor wedding with reception, which was very loud. Also, the convention center across the street had a car show, so there were loud cars every where. Would check the event schedule prior to staying there again.

Great stay!

The location was beautiful and the access to all the pools was so much fun. I would definitely stay again. They have all the pots and pans you would need. They do not have any spices or anything like that so you will need to bring all that from home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved staying here! The access to the beach was great, the pools and lazy river were all great as well! The room was very clean and plenty of space for all of us. We had two adults, two 19 year olds, 10 year old and 18 month old. We had plenty of room in the condo. Our 10 year old did say the sofa bed was uncomfortable and noisy so she opted to just sleep on the couch and not the pull out.

Great unit and location

This unit was perfect for my family of 5. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We also thoroughly enjoyed the resort amenities (especially the heated pools, hot tubs, and lazy river.) The unit itself was clean and tidy. Everything was in working order.

Cute coastal condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Destin west gulf side! We stayed June 13-19 2021 and experienced beautiful weather and fabulous gulf waters! The view form the balcony was amazing! The kids enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The Alexa in the unit got lots of attention from our 7 year olds! Very nice touch. The decorations were nice and airy and the unit being stocked with everything you need is a huge plus! My only complaints are there were a couple towels that were old and worn and the bunk bed area has no tv. Destin west is a great resort in a fabulous location! Although the traffic was bad at times, we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. I really appreciate the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas but they put them way too close. It was uncomfortable to be so close that we were touching umbrellas with the people next to us. Hopefully they will change their set ups in the future. Overall a lovely vacation!

GREAT LOCATION!!!!

The location in the complex was PERFECT. On the same level as the bridge to the Bay side with the Lazy River/Pools and the elevator was steps away from our door to get down to the beach. The "Beach Set Up" extra perk is AWESOME. $40.00 daily value! We only got to use it 2 times but awesome! We were in town with another couple so the extra parking pass and wrist bands came in handy to keep us all together. The Condo was very well decorated.. Looked like a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make food, I didn't-I was my vacation. Lots of room for two adults and we had another couple with us for a short time in between. Having an Alexa in the condo already negated the need for us to bring our own.. Another awesome perk. They also offered an array of buy one get one activities which we did not have the opportunity to use but a younger resident would eat them up! Something for everyone...we didn't have time. THE PROPERTY was AWESOME. Very well kept, maintenance folks frequently seen coming and going. The staff at the Lazy River were friendly and informative. LOVED floating on the river. All the pools were clean and beautiful. This is just me, but I would have appreciated a few creature comforts: Hand held shower heads, and longer fan pulls. I would rent this condo again in a minute. The Water Pressure during showers got to be a joke. It would be strong for a couple of seconds then wimpy, then strong, then wimpy. It was a test of patience.

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 15 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with The Beach Group Properties. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guest.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (14 y/o) and Jax (4 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat (Mariposa) and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee). We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and of course, Sunday football.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and just be uplifted, give her a call!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm and a motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a complement about how genuine and hard working we are!
