The stay was great! The house is located in a convenient location and nicely priced! The host is good with communication and provides everything you need to know about the house and your stay. This is our 2nd time to stay at this house and if we have to go back to Port Arthur we will stay there again! Definitely recommend!

Fishing Trip

Property is close to everything very quiet and clean and spacious. The host is the greatest check on us and made sure we had everything! I will definitely stay here again.

Team Trip

Our team was participating in a competition at the local convention center. Eight adults stayed at the property and it was perfect for our needs. The patio was great given our group dynamics and we could watch the Rangers on the TV!

Port Arthur

The property manager was really great and very responsive. She even had complimentary water and pastries waiting upon our arrival. This is really close to the plants and has plenty of room. Check in and check out was easy. The place was very clean and was appropriately represented in the description.

Disappointed

The host was an Ass! She put us out of the home on Christmas day.. Because of visits that stop by for 30 minute visit.. She came and knocked on the door and said everyone have to leave..1am she came back again with the police, saying she is hearing noise on the back porch, police let her check no one was there ... Police Police warned her to stop harassing this family. And we packed and got out 8am Christmas morning I want all of my money back. I claim again her behavior..

Guest was upset because she broke house rules and vrbo policies by hosting a large party inside the house, in the garage and patio with out my knowledge. Lots of cars parked down the street .A DJ and alcohol. Enough people to rent an event center. Guest did not answer any of my phone calls so I had to go there and end the party.. Guest wanted full refund back but house rules state no parties and booking was cancelled immediately Christmas Eve. Because of the high fog I let them leave at 8am the next day. False statement by guest that the police told me to me to stop harassing her family and why would I cancel for having visitors this was a Big Christmas Party with invited guests.
