Unser Gästehaus befindet sich auf unserem 9 Hektar großen Weingut Pinot Noir im Herzen der Dundee Hills von Oregon.

Unser großes Gästehaus verfügt über viele Gemeinschaftsräume, Terrassen und Gärten, die unsere Gäste im Weingebiet genießen können. Unser großartiger Raum mit angeschlossener Gästelounge ist der perfekte Ort, damit unsere Gäste ihre gemeinsame Zeit in einer großen, gut ausgestatteten privaten Umgebung genießen können. Genießen Sie unsere "Küchenchefs" für einen wundervollen Abend beim gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen oder nutzen Sie unsere große angrenzende Grillscheune für einen Grillabend im Freien.

Unsere Gästezimmer bieten jedem Paar die Möglichkeit für einen privaten Kurzurlaub. Jedes unserer drei wunderschönen Gästezimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und Fenstertüren, die sich zu einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Weinberg und einer halbprivaten Sitzecke öffnen. Jedes Bad verfügt über eine große, ebenerdige Dusche und unser Eola Amity-Zimmer bietet auch eine freistehende Badewanne.

Fantastic Stay- Will be back!

The owners are welcoming and wonderful to talk with. Breakfasts are amazing and the accomodations are beautifully furnished, clean and maintained. Checking in and out was easy. We were able to get an Uber to and from restaurants in the evening for dinner.

Memorial weekend

Spent memorial weekend at the Balanza Vineyard guest house. What a beautiful location and hosts that quickly became friends. We will be back next year!! Unbelievable Experience - Great Wine and Awesome Food

Phenomenal place to stay in the heart of wine country. The hosts are extremely nice and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. House in the Valley

We had a wonderful stay at Balanza for our 3 days in wine country. Kerry and Chaley really have every little detail covered! The homemade breakfasts each morning were a real treat. We took full advantage of their recommendations for both wineries and restaurants. We also enjoyed their own Pinot Noir and Rose. Unwind in wine country!

It's hard to know where to start with this review as there are so many highlights to call out. From the magical location perched above the vineyards and the valley to our gracious hosts Kerry and Charlie to the amazing food and wine on offer, Balanza does not disappoint. Perfect Oregon Wine country getaway.

We rented this amazing home, with two other couples, for a relatively last-minute getaway in the Willamette Valley Wine country. The house is stunning. From an architectural and design standpoint, it is unparalleled in the pool of rental options. The view from the house and property is breathtaking. The owners were incredibly hospitable, personable, and accommodating. Breakfasts were fantastic—well thought out and numerous menu choices decided prior to arrival resulting in beautiful and delicious morning dining experiences. Our whole group was amazed by the entire experience and vowed to return. Owners were very responsive and delightful with which to interact. Hearing their personal journey into the world of vineyard establishment and winemaking was so interesting and enjoyable. In addition, they have truly stunning wines to taste as well, available for purchase (which we all did). This is a perfect getaway, especially during the pandemic. There is a o much space to congregate with true ease of social distancing with much communal space indooors and outdoors as well.

Our stay at the Balanza Vineyard Guest House in Willamette Valley, Oregon, was exceptional. The house offers charming nooks both indoors and outdoors, perfect for getting away. Each bedroom was clean and well-furnished, maintaining consistent comfort throughout. The owners' hospitality was remarkable. Always available for questions, their homemade breakfasts were a daily highlight. Their winemaking skills matched their hosting abilities – Balanza wines are great. Located in the heart of the Dundee wine region, the guest house is ideal for exploring numerous vineyards, tasting room and towns. ## Highlights - Prime location in Dundee wine region - Spacious house with cozy relaxation spots - Clean, well-appointed bedrooms - Attentive owners - Outstanding breakfasts - On-site wine vineyard ## Considerations 1. Shared Property: Owners live upstairs. Privacy is respected, but occasional encounters possible. 2. Noise Levels: Some noise from upstairs (where the owners live) and the kitchen is audible, particularly in the east bedroom and middle bedroom. The owners are considerate about minimizing disturbances, but light sleepers might notice occasional sounds. 3. Agricultural Setting: Being on an active vineyard means wildlife and insects (notably yellow jackets) are present. Despite these minor points, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. We highly recommend Balanza Vineyard Guest House to anyone exploring Willamette Valley and would gladly return.

Home away from home

We came up to the region for a Labor Day weekend wedding. While searching for places to stay we came across Balanza Vineyard, which had great reviews and seemed accommodating for our group. What we didn’t know is we were getting a vacation in itself. The house is a phenomenal treat for any group and the hosts make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. We arrived to an abundance of wine and cheese with stunning views. We woke up to incredible sunrises with hot air balloons in the distance, followed by a delicious homemade breakfast each AM. Our hosts helped us sort plans for the day and give us direction on what best to do with our limited time in the region. They were spot on with our group. We loved the house and our hosts and will for sure return.

The views from the deck and gourmet breakfast were a 10!

My friend was celebrating his 40th birthday in the Willamette valley and we couldn't have found a more perfect property with Kerry and Chaley! They are the best hosts and so talented with their cooking and wine! The rooms were clean and modern with french doors that open to the deck with incredible views of the valley. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet at night. We had the best sleep. The food was "Julia Child" quality...it was the best breakfast! We will definitely be back and often...

I don’t normally do reviews but the experience was so great I just wanted to share. The location is great as it is in the heart of the wineries. The house had a beautiful view & was very clean. On our second visit to Oregon we bought "the farm" - a small farm in the Dundee Hills accented by Jory soil, a south-east facing slope, and stunning views of the valley. We never before imagined leaving our home in Texas, yet now we could see ourselves "retiring" someday to join the growing community of wine growers focused on pinot noir. We both fell in love quickly, and after planting our first vineyard in 2014 we realized that our hearts and future were fully rooted in Oregon.

Taking a leap of faith, we purchased a neighboring vineyard site and embarked on building our family home with private guest suites for friends both old and new. We love sharing the peaceful nature of Oregon wine country, the inspiring vistas of the Dundee Hills and the day-to-day operation of a small vineyard. We hope you make our home yours when visiting the Oregon wine country.

We were rambling down Archery Summit Road after an afternoon of tasting at some of our the most beautiful vineyards in the Dundee Hills - when we stumbled upon a small old farm. It was only days before a dream of owning our own small vineyard in Oregon became a reality. Both the land and wine community captured our hearts and now here we are.

Our property has 280 degree views of beautiful Dundee Hills vineyards. We enjoy an unobstructed view of the Cascade range from Mt Hood to Mt Jefferson on the east side (perfect for sunrise) and a rolling view of vineyards to the west which set off the sunsets perfectly. We have constructed our guest house, guest rooms and deck to enable our guest to enjoy these spectacular views.

We are also licensed as a winery and happy to share and make available our small batch, locally grown and crafted wines. Please contact for information about adding a private tasting or to arrange a welcome bottle for your stay. We do on occasion host private wine club member pick-up appointments in our BBQ barn or on our kitchen deck. Wine club guests do not have access to the main guest spaces in our guest house.
