Diese sehr schöne, renovierte Wohnung befindet sich im Sea Breeze Condo Complex im 4. Stock und bietet Ihnen Zugang zum unglaublichen Poolbereich mit Whirlpool, Grillmöglichkeiten und Außendusche mit herrlichem Blick auf Palmen und landschaftlicher Landschaft. Sie sind nur einen Block vom Port Aransas Strand und dem South Jetty entfernt. Alle neuen Geräte und Armaturen mit einem bequemen Kingsize-Bett und einem Schlafsofa. Ideal für eine kleine 4-köpfige Familie mit allem, was Sie zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten in dieser Unterkunft benötigen. Keine Haustiere erlaubt, Rauchen in der Unterkunft nicht gestattet. Wonderful condo!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for my adult daughter and I for the weekend. Close to the beach. Quiet atmosphere. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and looking out over the gulf.

Perfect

We loved everything about our stay! The check in process was so simple, they texted us the day of arrival and got us checked in early! The property was very clean, so was our room. The bed was amazing and huge! We will be staying here from now on! Also, had a great view of the ocean.

Awesome unit

The place is very cute and provides everything needed with a awesome location to restaurants, bars and beach. Management company was so nice!! Only complaint was hot water didn’t stay hot very long and view wasn’t that great. But those things don’t take away from our overall experience. Highly recommend.

It's roomy, well appointed, has a nice balcony with a great view and, in short, we could not have been more pleased. The only improvement we would make would be to clean the windows because they were quite dirty -- but that's a minor quibble in what was an otherwise delightful rental experience.

Great weekend getaway for Anniversary

We really liked the room. It had a great balcony with view that we enjoyed having coffee on and drinks in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights. It’s really close to several popular restaurants and we walked to dinner one night. The shower needs some attention. The water wouldn’t all come out of the shower head and a big stream would keep coming out of the faucet. It filled up the tub while showering and then we ran out of hot water really quickly. We also wished the tv had movie streaming. There was an HDMI cable and we hooked up a laptop to it to watch a movie though. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd unit we've rented in Sea Breeze because we really like the location. Within proximity to the beach and restaurants. The unit itself will need of updating. There is water sitting on the front door coming from the vent, i think. The porch railing is shaky. The wood is unsteady and may need some fixing. Shower curtain is rusty and will need changing. I would suggest that they stop putting the extra towels under the sink because they started smelling musty. The pool needs maintenance.There are floating insects and fruits,broken branches and leaves.

Bring your own cleaning supplies and bug spray

It’s too bad I have to write this. The view was great. It was nice and close to the beach and it was cute inside. I do t know if they were back to back with renters but the place was filthy. The counter tops were not cleaned. Coffee grounds and who knows what else. Oh and the roaches!!! I could not keep anything on the counters. Everything was closed up in bins and our suitcases were always closed and off the floor. I have pictures. I know it’s the beach and it happens but there were babies and all sizes. I actually had one drop on to my hand opening the door to enter. It’s a shame. I was so grossed out the 1st couple of days. Then I let it go so it didn’t ruin our vacation. We tried to stay away and only sleep there. I hope they clean it up for the next guests.

Great stay!

Great location, gorgeous view, very nice set up! Only issue we had was the bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in but we messaged the management company and they came in to fix it within a couple hours. Loved the balcony / view!

Everything was effortless making your stay that much more relaxing. Location is the best. The drive time to the beach is only 1 minute. The walk to some of the local establishments is maybe 3 minutes. The Gaff being one of them has great pizza, cold beer, belt sander racing and darts. Lots of fun.

The Sea Breeze is great

This was our second staying at this property and we love it. It is a short enjoyable walk to the beach and you can watch the ships enter the shipping channel from the Balcony!

This was a good rental within walking distance to the beach. Fully equipped efficiency condo with pool and hot tub. If the elevators had been functioning would have been an awesome getaway.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here a lot . The experience of checking in was a pain. No flexability to check in early even though room was ready. Office said they would call when it was available. No Called. Since hurricane Harvey the elevator has been down. Carrying luggage and beach stuff becomes very cumbersome.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that you thought our check-in process was a pain. We clearly state that check-in time is at 3pm. During the month of July we do not have much flexibility in that since guests are checking out at 11am and the next one is coming in at 3pm. Our housekeepers need this time to clean the units and then the inspector comes behind them to ensure everything is up to our standards. Once inspection has been completed, then we can check our guests in to the property. We also have a disclaimer on every site we advertise on that the elevator is not currently in working order. This site should have shown it as well. These condos are individually owned and we do not have any control over the elevator and the HOA, we just have to relay what information is presented to us. The fourth floor condos are usually more expensive than the others because of their view, but since Harvey, they have been priced the same as the others. It has taken this long for the owners of the condos and the HOA to come to a settlement since the hurricane. We hope you will be just as patient as our owners have been in this matter about getting the elevator back up in running by this fall. They did not have it to use to remodel and move furniture in and out of their units for approximately six months. Life in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liked the Condo . Was really surprised when we 1st arrived and the elevator did not work and hadn't work in a Year because that was the first time we knew about it. But it was clean n very comfortable and we kind of fell in love with it liked the Balcony . The door sticks bad wife couldn't open the door to the Balcony other than that we loved the unit. we would stay there again.
