Diese sehr schöne, aktualisierte Wohnung befindet sich im Sea Breeze Condo Complex auf der 4. Etage und bietet Zugang zum unglaublichen Poolbereich mit Whirlpool, Grillplatz und Außendusche mit herrlichem Blick auf Palmen und malerische Landschaften. Sie sind nur einen Block vom Port Aransas Strand und dem South Jetty entfernt. Alle neuen Geräte und Armaturen mit einem bequemen Kingsize-Bett. Ideal für ein Paar mit allem, was Sie zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten in dieser Unterkunft benötigen. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, Rauchen ist nicht gestattet. Wäscherei im 1. Stock. Perfect spot. Quiet but close to restaurants and the beach. Home was clean and sufficiently stocked.We didnt have time for the pool but it looked nice and we saw plenty of people enjoying it.

Great place, location - Clean & Fun!

Condo and location were perfect. Very clean! Air Conditioning was not working very well when we arrived. We were able to get it to where we could sleep, We had it checked out and it was resolved the next day.

Nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The first thing we noticed right away was that the floor didn't seem to have one speck of sand on it when we arrived. Not sure how they do that considering it's so close to the beach, but it was amazing. The rest of the amenities were also great. The only issue we had was that they gave us 8 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash clothes. When I inquired about getting more, I received a text that the matter would be referred to house keeping...and then I never received any communication again even after I inquired again. Also, we never received anymore wash clothes. They completely ignored the request. When my wife called them, they said they only give two per stay and that if we wanted more, we would have take them to the property managers office (off site) to exchange them. We were told it was in the contract we signed. I reviewed the contract and it was not there. Pretty ridiculous. Aside from that, the stay was nice.

Nice condo but needs deep clean

Comfortable and stylish but cabinets and kitchen ceiling need cleaning/degreasing. Almost all dishes we used were dirty out of the cabinets with food stuck on them and there was no large spaghetti pot, only small pots and pans. Balcony, pool and hot tub were nice.

Overall great place to stay everything near by. It’s a shame they only give you one and a half roll of toilet paper for what is charged but it is what it is.
