Roomy, yet cozy home!

This house is in close proximity to everything! It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and a really nice size. The hostess, Kathy, is friendly and quick to respond. She made sure that we had a great stay. I highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a family getaway.

Las Vegas Business Trip

The overall property was great and we all felt relaxed and at home. Although the downstairs shower leaked onto the floor, it was easily remedied with an additional towel; recommend the shower doors be resealed. Although the beds were (relatively) comfortable, few of the mattresses should be replaced as the coils could be felt on 2 beds. The owner was very quick to respond with an e-mail when I had questions and felt confident that issues would be resolved as soon as possible if necessary.I would highly recommend this residence for large groups and will consider staying there again.

Just right!

This 4-bed/2-ba house was just what we needed! Description was very accurate, very spacious and clean. We needed the kitchen but this time, we didn’t need too many kitchenware/utensils. One suggestion for improvement, since it’s such a big house, it to have enough dishes/cups/utensils, kitchenware in general for 10-12 people. We sure recommend its for the value and we hope to be back! Owner was kind and helpful.

Amazing

Amazing to stay in a place that had everything we needed, at every stage of our visit. Very clean, cozy with sufficient linen, blankets, towels, kitchen wear and a lot of little extras that makes a stay smooth and stress free. Once your family needs 2 hotel room, get this place instead. Mother of adult kids approved. And not so many rules it crushes each day. Blessed to stay here!

Great location

Location was great. We were in Vegas for a tournament and needed four bedrooms. This definitely fit the bill. Plenty of space for six of us. The property was pretty basic and could use some updating but, at the price point we paid I definitely am not complaining. Couldn’t really find check out instructions. So we left the property the way we usually leave a VRBO. For the price we would stay again.

Roomy, Good Stay

I had booked one house, but it turned out not to be available, so I contacted the host, Kathy Chen, and she promised another. She came through on her promise. We had six adults in our family visiting together, and the house was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is an easy drive to downtown Las Vegas, if that's what one is after. We were there because it was a convenient meeting place coming from three states, especially with Covid rules eased in Nevada. The inside of the house we ended up with was recently redone. Anything we needed from Kathy she was instantly available to answer. Thank you, Kathy!

Great Home in Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay so much that we chose to extend it. The property we were in was taken and we were fortunate enough to find another property from the same property manager. Such an incredible and responsive property manager, could not have asked for a better home or easier time.

Convenient but a bit worn

Location was convenient for us but lots of homeless people in the area. Floor tiles were cracked and damaged. Didn’t love that there were personal items in the bathrooms and food in refrigerator and cupboards. Large home. Fenced yard

Beautiful Las Vegas Home

The house is in great shape and very comfortable. The property has just been renovated and has everything you expect in an upscale modern family home. The owner was a dream to work with. Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful! There was ample room! Pleasantly surprised to find and extra lounge area, as well as a walk in closet in the master bedroom. The owner responded to any and all questions that we had in a more than timely manner. She was extremely helpful.

Enjoyed my stay!

In my humble opinion, the home was clean, quiet neighborhood, close enough to the strip, stores and everything my wife, 2 friends, and I needed nearby. This was my home away from home.
