Great location and decor

This unit is beautiful decorated and well located to shops and restaurants, as well as the ease of Baytown Wharf Village. The view of the beach is stunning and we loved the newly renovated pool. We would have like to have a wagon to help haul the provided beach gear, and a supplied air fryer would be an upgrade to help with quick meals, but overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

Clean and efficient

Love the. beachfront location and grocery stores less than 2 miles away. The view from our bedroom and balcony was awesome and the sound of the waves on the ocean at night made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely stay again.

The pool and beach were very good

The bed mattress in the guest room were very hard and the one bed squeaks every time you move. You need more than two frying pans one big and one a little smaller. The stainless steel one was useless since everything sticks to it even with with oil or butter. The garbage bags in the kitchen were very very cheap and useless. We had to buy better ones with ties. The last thing the smoke dector went off on Monday night at 1130pm because the batteries were low. Too late to call maintenace just removed batteries so it would stop.

Quick Getaway

My family of five enjoyed staying at the property. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The photos were accurate representations of the condo. Having the ability to effortless walk to the beach was convenient and stress free. We took advantage of the owner-supplied beach umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie board which enabled us to enjoy the ocean for hours. The dryer does take too long to dry and you must use small loads and consistently clean the lint screen or else it will take hours to do its job effectively. Since, I knew that ahead of time because I read other reviews, it wasn't as frustrating. This is a good property.

Nice condo

We arrived one hour early and the cleaning crew was finished and they would t let us in. Had to wait in the hot weather for about an hour. I get that check in is exactly at 4 PM, but it just seems to me that if it is clean and ready to go in that it wouldn’t hurt to be able to do that. Also, it took three hours to dry a small load of towels in the dryer. Other than that, it was perfect.

Perfect week on the beach!

We would absolutely book this condo again. This was our second year staying in the Beachside One building at Sandestin - it’s a perfect location with beautiful views and dolphin watching right from our balcony. The condo was well appointed, comfortable, exactly as pictured and very clean! We can’t wait until next year!
