Tranquil Beach Home * 🇺🇸🇬🇷

My home is decorated with a unique coastal theme. When I purchased the home, I had to put my own twist on it. Everyday I am adding my own flare to it, so that when you walk in I want my guests to feel welcome.
I am new to this VRBO so bare with me as I learn the ropes. This beach home is located right on the bay, and just 2 short blocks to the beach. Upon entering there is a huge sectional that can sit 10 people comfortably.
There are 2 bedrooms located on the first floor as well as a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a twin mattress in closet in case the little one wants to stay in your room. It can easily lay on floor for them.
The eat in kitchen is also located right off the living room. Washer dryer and pantry are right off the kitchen.
Upstairs you have a oversized Master Bedroom with a king size bed that over looks the bay with breathtaking views. There is also a full private bathroom in the master. An additional sofa with TV in master suite to sit, relax and enjoy the peaceful views. An additional table and chairs to drink your morning coffee. Mini fridge and single keurig pot included.
There is another bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out twin size mattress in closet if needed.
The third bedroom on the 2nd floor has a full size bed and a twin size bed in it. There is also a full size bathroom with tub on the second floor, as well as a linen closet and mini fridge in the hallway. Total of 3 full bathrooms in the house.
Outside you will find a large Grill with a side burner. There is also an outdoor shower. 10 beach chairs and beach tags included.

So many more amenities to list it’s endless. Just ask me and I will make sure if I don’t have it for you, I will get it!
I want your stay to be pleasant and relaxing.
There is a nest doorbell located on front door for your safety.
There is also 3 nest cameras on the home facing the dock so that I can monitor the work that I am having the workers complete.

Family reunion

We enjoyed our stay. The house has nice views and is located in a quiet neighborhood. House decor was very nice and inviting. Property is very well stocked with kitchen supplies: spices, dishes, utensils, and appliances. While we brought our own beach chairs and towels an abundance of these were available for our use.

Exactly as described - lovely in every way

From the initial message received from Effie we felt that she was happy to have us enjoy her beautiful home. She was an excellent and attentive owner and wanted to know we were fully satisfied. We had every appliance and luxury you would like to have for a great beach vacation. The beach was beautiful, morning, noon and night.

Loved it and loved the house

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 kids under 4 staying at this house. The home owner was super communicative and helpful the entire trip. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us and not feel like we were on top of each other. The house was clean and had every amenity you could ask for. I would recommend this house to large groups or large families and definitely would stay here again.

Great house

This house was just as described in the listing. Pictures were completely accurate and the house itself has any amenity you may need! Loved that every bedroom had a TV! We also loved the fact that there was a grill as we decided to grill and hang in one night. A big bonus for us was there were two rooms with king beds as we went with one other family. I feel like that’s always impossible not find in a beach rental. Great property!!!!

Beautiful home comfy for 10

This was a great rental and perfect for a large group Very comfortable and seating for 10 everywhere kitchen area outside seating area all was great and plenty of room So many owners skimp on trash can size and when you have a large group you need multiple big cans not this rental This owner doesn’t miss a thing she has it all Will definitely be back next year!

Perfect week at the Beach

The tranquil beach house in Brigantine was just that, tranquil and quiet. Despite the depleted beach we never had problems finding a good place to park our party. The walk was very doable for our adult group especially with the wagons to transport our gear. The house was fully supplied with everything we needed and the backyard oasis was appreciated after a long day on the beach. Rain was no problem as we took a day to try our hand in AC. Effie was very easy to communicate with and more than willing to supply our every need. Would highly recommend this property and consider it again.

Almost like being at home but we were at the beach!

Our stay at this house was almost like being at home but so much better because it was at the beach. Plenty of room for all of us, and with having 4 children under the age of 6, it was a huge bonus to have an enclosed back yard. We were able to send the kids outside to play and know they weren’t able to go anywhere. There was a well stocked pantry and kitchen, and the bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses and pillows. The large sectional in the living room fit everyone, and was also super comfortable. The homeowners were also quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, we had an enjoyable week and would definitely go back.

An amazing experience

Our stay at Effie's house was wonderful. Our group consisted of people ranging in age 5 months to 61 years old. Our family was able to make wonderful memories; the amenities were abundant and the location was was perfect for us. First, about the amenities. The chairs, umbrellas, wagons and towels were top quality. No need to bring your own. There are two refrigerators and all top quality baking tools. There were two storage rooms to keep the living area clutter free. Next, about the location. The house is located on the corner, right by the bay. Beautiful for sunrise walks. We put 3 children under 6 in a wagon and took them too the beach which was lifeguarded. It was just a short drive to various stores and restaurants. Finally, about the host. Effie is the first host that called me in advance. She asked about my group. I sent her several texts and she responded very quickly. I believe she care about her guests and wants them to have a memorable visit. I would definitely recommend this home. I hope to stay again.

Wonderful home to rent

The communication channels were always open and responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms and the property manager who lives down the street came right over to help us even though it was 10 o'clock at night. That attention was very much appreciated especially having an overtired toddler. The house had EVERYTHING you would need. The extra chairs and towels were great to have and the outdoor shower was helpful to have. Being able to fit 3 cars in the driveway was wonderful but the neighborhood is not a busy one (we rarely saw anyone so it was very quiet and peaceful) so parking on the street is very doable. The view of the bay was lovely. Bed was VERY comfortable and quiet too which helped me be able to put my son down and not have him wake up when I left...these things are huge to a mom. Having two refrigerators was really great and convenient. Lots of games for all ages too! It would have been nice to have a little more shelf space for our food that we had brought/bought for the large group we had but we managed. Also, and this is not something the owner could impact, but there were a lot of the biting flies during day time so we couldn't spend much time outside on the property---kinda had to run to and from the car but that can be the case on many parts of the island. We enjoyed our week and appreciated the warm hospitality of the owner and property manager!

Anne and her family were a pleasure to have as guests. The house was left very clean and tidy. I’m sorry about the green heads, they are only around when there is a land breeze. I try to have every kitchen appliance needed for everyone to have so there is not as much storage space. I will work on that for next season for sure. They are welcome back to our home anytime. Beautiful home

We had a great time at this house for the week. We had a group of 9 and it was plenty big enough for all of us. The owner has supplied anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including a grill outside. The house was very clean. It was quite far (we have little kids) from the beach 3-4 blocks. But it was a short drive. Great house! I would defiantly stay again!

Family Memories

This home was very clean with a tasteful and relaxing beach decor. Due to our large family, we enjoyed the living room area and the spacious kitchen for meals Because we ate in, the appliances, cooking essentials, including grill were great. The outdoor space was good for games and/or hanging out The quiet neighborhood is a plus.
