Nice Property

This was a nice property with an attentive host a short drive from everything in Myrtle Beach. It was nice to be away from the boardwalk to stay but yet easy enough to drive in when we wanted to go there.

Golf vacation

Location was perfect for our golf trip with so many golf courses close by. Property was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Would definitely look to see if the property was available next time we are in the area.

Outstanding Location and Amenities

Stayed at the house for a golf trip and worked out great. Centrally located in MB and three parking spots was great. Already looking forward to booking again next year. Communications with owner was great and check in, check out all smooth as could be!

Lovely Beach Home...Great Location

We were in Myrtle Beach for a week. The home is beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Central location made it easy to get around. Great restaurants in the area! Good Wi-Fi connection and cable TV. I highly recommend booking this house....the owner is wonderful about communications!! We would absolutely stay again!!

Myrtle Beach Bike Week

Everything was great. House was very nice. Only complaint is we had no hamd soap for upstairs bathrooms no dishwasher soap, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 days no baggies or foil wrap, and a half roll of paper towel. Other than that had a great time. Will b back and will tell our friends. Thanks for a great week.

Hi Brian, thank you for staying at my house. I’m glad you had a wonderful time. I wished you reached out to me if you needed more toilet paper and hand soap I could have brought you more. I left two rolls for each bathroom thinking that will be enough for just for you and your wife, I didn’t think that you needed more. There is extra hand soap and dishwashing liquid under the sink in the kitchen. I could have told you if you’d brought to my attention. On my welcome message I ask that you reach out to your me as soon as you get in if you need anything for the stay because my goal is to make sure your vacation great Have a wonderful summer and thank you again for staying in my house.

Perfect!

We were very amazed how nice and clean the house was when we arrived. The picture's do not do it justice. The house was beautifully decorated, the home had plenty of towels and extra sheets. We were close to pretty much all the attractions at myrtle beach, broadway at the beach was literally only 5 mins away. The host was always avaliable to answer any questions that we had, and she even last minute let me bring my dog :). She was very sweet. The home had plenty of space for all of my family. I would definitely stay here next time I come to Myrtle Beach.

Fantastic Vacation House! Highly Recommend!

My wife and 2 young girls rented this house so we would not have to share a timeshare suite with family and it was an excellent decision! The house is very nice, spacious and minutes away from the beach, attractions, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. The owner Ardiana responds immediately to any questions or requests that you have. The house has a great beachy feel, very clean and felt like a home away from home. The house has a great kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. The washer/dryer are new and worked great. When the family chooses Myrtle Beach again for vacation we will look to rent this house again. Thank you!

Ardiana’s Review

Our stay here was fantastic. The house was exactly as it was represented online and was perfect for our group. Ardiana was quick with any needed communication and when notified of an issue, was willing to have it resolved immediately. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet in the evenings. It was a quick 5 minute ride to the beach, perfect for us when some in our group wanted to leave early or go down again during the same day. Check in/check out was easy and Ardiana has ample materials available for anyone still deciding on their daily activities. We had some ideas planned and made some adjustments thanks to those materials…and we’re so glad we did. We had a blast! Thank you, Ardiana for being such an accommodating host!

Great house Great location.

This was a great place to stay for our vacation. The host was amazing she kept in touch to make sure everything was good. She was accommodating to a few oops that happened on our part. Really nice to work with nice people. The house was clean and had the conveniences of home. Plenty of linens that is always a plus. We were able to make coffee each morning and have a little breakfast before we ran out . We were hoping to grill out but ran out of time, it was nice to have this option. The house also has a 2 car garage that worked out fantastic as we were there with some special cars this weekend. The location is also great, close to the Boardwalk of Myrtle Beach and the convention center. It was also just a few blocks from a supermarket CVS and fast food for the last-minute snack runs This was a winner for a place to stay..

Vacation saviour

We had originally booked at another location. Upon arriving at that other location (Sand Castle up)WE were horrified to see the dirty, mold infested site. we immediately started to search for another house ,last min. The owner of this house( Ardiana Nati) said she was not expecting anyone for this week but was able to get it set up for us in a couple hours. Her house was in a great location, and very clean and quite. She saved our vacation. we will be staying there whenever we go to Myrtle Beach. Thanks to Ardian Nati for letting us stay in her beautiful new home last minute. You should all book this house . you will not be dissapointed.

Good with some caveats

We really liked the location and the house overall was okay. We loved that it was only a 5 minute drive to a great beach away from the condos and hotels. Restaurants, shopping and Broadway at the Beach are all very close. We did feel that the house could use some help. The carpets need shampooed and there were roaches in the garage and near the trash. Other smaller issues like uncomfortable beds, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and not enough silverware for our size group. Also this may not be a big deal to everyone, but for us a table to eat at would have been better than just 4 barstools at the counter. Again that's just a personal preference. The owner was very nice to deal with and very prompt in answering our questions. Overall if those few things were addressed we would stay here again.

Hi Adrianne. I wish you addressed these issues with me because I could have bought more silverware for y’all or address the palmetto bugs in the garage and around the trash with Terminix who goes there monthly. Liking the beds it’s a preference choice unfortunately. The house has AC I didn’t e think Ceiling fans are necessary and there are plenty pictures that you can see there is no dining table in the living room. A lot of guests ask for things they need before they book . I wish you could have talked to me and I could gladly accommodated you for the things I can control..

Amazing Experience

My family and I stayed in this home during the Christmas holiday and everything was absolutely wonderful! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was spacious with an open floor plan. I was able to cook and monitor my children with ease. The location was ideal!! We were minutes away from every attraction. Ardiana was an amazing host. She was available to answer questions and she was very hospitable. Let me just say, the pictures does not give a true depiction of how beautiful this property is!! It's simply gorgeous! What I appreciated most was there was a television in every room and the washer and dryer appear to be top of the line (most parents would appreciate this when you have to constantly do laundry😊)!!! Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing stay! It is in my opinion, it doesn't matter if your planning a family vacation or a friend's trip, you can not go wrong with reserving this property. My family and I plan to reserve our stay for next year!! Thank you Ardiana for making our experience unforgettable!!

Location! Location! Location! Wow!

We really enjoyed our stay here, this was a perfectly centrally located property from all attractions and the beach. The community was quiet and safe. When we did need to speak with the owner of the property, she was prompt with her responses, courteous, and cared about our questions. There are plenty cooking utensils, pots and pans, and some pantry items to ensure you have everything you need to make small/simple meals from the house. There's a grocery store just down the street which we also found was convenient. The only thing you should be aware of if you choose this property is that all bedrooms are located upstairs, while this may not be an issue for some, my father has knee problems and I was hoping at least one bedroom was downstairs. He made due and we were fine but i just wanted to make mention. All rooms had a TV and cable which is a great commodity for vacation rentals, we really appreciated that. Overall, this was a fabulous place to stay and if we were ever back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Lovely Beach Townhouse

Lovely home. Welcoming host! It was a short drive to the beach, and the garage was nice. The mattresses are SUPER comfy. We all had a restful time. I will say the stairs are a bit steep for young, young children but as long as you are watching and supervising it's not a hinderance.

Jerry and Pam were great guests. They left the house spotless. We had great communication before and during the stay.

Great property

We were very pleased with property. All the needed amenities, perfect location and comfortable! The owner was great with communications, no issues, just some questions. Highly recommend!

This property is in the heart of Myrtle Beach less than a mile from the beach in an entrance of golf course. Very easy in and out of the Myrtlewood Villas. This home is very close to Broadway at the Beach where the fun, shops, restaurants and the clubs are. It's perfect location close to everything. This house is brand new construction and tasty decorated. The beautiful green scenery from the golf course makes it very relaxing if you enjoy outdoor walks.
