Newly renovated and recently refreshed 3 bedroom townhouse with community pool and tennis courts right out the back door. We have bunk beds in the den so we can sleep 6 or 7 comfortably In addition we can bring in a queen size blow up mattress

Kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs. There is a covered back patio with electric grill and you are steps from one of 4 pools in the villa. Bedrooms have TV's, cable and WIFI. There is a 2 car garage as well as parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. The area is very lush and quiet with walking paths. We are also located next to the Arizona Canal Trail where you can go for a scenic bike ride or jog. Minutes away from Scottsdale Fashion Square and several restaurants and bars. Close to all things Spring Training, Camelback Mountain, Old Scottsdale Trolley service and so much more!

Location location location

I absolutely loved the location of this property! Close to Old town, central to Phoenix, Tempe, North Scottsdale, freeway, grocery stores etc! The canal walking path was the best part! Walked to Old Town multiple times as well as heading the other direction. So convenient amd pretty! Property felt extremely safe, pool was nice and neighbors were friendly! Only recommendations would be to update towels and bedding.

A wonderful stay

This was our first time renting at this location (45+ nights) and I must say we really hit the jackpot. This townhome was spacious, clean, and close to so many things in Scottsdale. We walked the canal (which is only a few steps away) to Old Town where we would shop and eat. We were close to golf courses, restaurants, shopping. In regards to the townhouse I cannot think of any negatives. The kitchen was nicely stocked with anything I needed to prepare our meals, there were plenty of towels, and such also. The furniture (I am speaking beds) were clean and comfy. The townhouse was nicely decorated and I was told that more is to come. The townhouse is also located in a community with multiple pools, (some heated) and a tennis court that has a pickle ball area too. The community itself is clean and quiet. J was our to go person while we were in a Scottsdale and he made sure that if I had any questions they were answered immediately. Thank you J. We had such a good time that we rented it again for next year. I encourage anyone looking for a really nice VRBO in the Scottsdale area to consider this townhome.

EXCELLENT STAY!

Excellent location and well appointed. We were there with 2 other couples and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The dining room was excellent...we sat around the table and played Catch Phrases, beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean (my thing), and the cupboards were stalked with essentials. I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Great Space and Grounds

House is well set up for our family of 5. Everything you need as a base in Scottsdale. Easy access to the tennis courts and pool, both just steps from the back patio. Great lawn area for playing catch and nice paths for wandering. Thanks!

Lovely, quiet villa completely outfitted for a stay.

Spacious, comfortable and all set up for an extended stay. Comfortable furniture and beds, great bathrooms (love the shower head in the master bath), plenty of linens, lots of accoutrements in the kitchen. It was a great home away from home. Highly recommend.
