ELEGANTER PGA-NICKLAUS-RÜCKZUG
Luxus 3000 Quadratmeter Haus mit Blick auf die spektakulären Fairways des 8. Loch des Nicklaus Private. Auf einem Eckgrundstück neben einem selten genutzten Gemeinschaftspool gelegen, fühlt sich dieses Haus wie ein privater Rückzugsort an. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Alle verfügen über Großbild-TVs und die beiden Gästezimmer bieten neue 58-Zoll-UHD / 4K-Geräte. Darüber hinaus verfügen alle Schlafzimmer über neue Matratzen mit luxuriösen Betten. Für größere Gruppen stehen außerdem ein Zustellbett und eine Queen-Size- / Luftmatratze zur Verfügung, die den Schlafkomfort auf 9 erhöht.
Dieses Haus ist ein Paradies für Entertainer. Genießen Sie die gut ausgestattete Gourmetküche (Instant Pot, Calphalon-Kochgeschirr, Mixer, Keurig) und speisen Sie im weitläufigen Hinterhof mit Aussicht auf Grüns und Fairways. Sie können auch den eleganten und offenen Speisesaal mit einer gut ausgestatteten Bar und einer separaten Wet Bar genießen.
Casa Merion ist unser zukünftiges Traum-Altersheim und die Ausstattung und Ausstattung spiegeln dies wider. 24-Zoll-Travertinböden, Granit-Arbeitsplatten in den Bädern und Küchen sind einige Beispiele. Zwei Geschirrspülmaschinen und 2 Weinkühlschränke, automatische Fensterläden, Glasduschen mit individuellem Kacheln sind andere. Mit einer Master-Suite mit zwei Büro-Nischen können Sie Bordkarten drucken oder geschäftliche Anforderungen einholen. Kostenloses Internet ist verfügbar.
Draußen ist die Terrasse gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Sie haben die Wahl, das Spa zu genießen, im Cocktail-Pool zu planschen, sich im Wohnzimmer im Freien zu entspannen oder um die Feuerstelle zu kuscheln und nachts die Sterne zu zählen. Einziehbare Markisen, die nach Norden und Osten gerichtet sind, bieten bei Bedarf ausreichend Schatten. Speisen im Freien sind reichlich vorhanden, mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 8 Personen zwischen dem Esstisch und einem Grillzentrum im Freien (das eine Rotisserie, Spüle / Entsorgung, einen Bierkühlschrank und Lichter für den Outdoor-Koch in Ihnen umfasst).
Wenn Sie Kinder oder einen jungen Erwachsenen haben, gibt es einen Schrank voller Brettspiele, Kartenspiele (einschließlich Pokerchips) und Puzzles. Außerdem haben wir eine "Poolbox" mit Nudeln, Schwimmern und Vorräten für den Cocktail Pool oder den Pool Gemeinschaftspool nebenan durch Ihr eigenes privates Tor.
Das öffentliche PGA West Public Club House ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang oder nutzen Sie die Fahrräder, die Sie zur Verfügung gestellt haben, um Golf zu spielen, die wunderschönen Berge und Grüns zu sehen, und besuchen Sie "Ernie´s", das voll ausgestattete Restaurant des Clubs, wo Sie abends Abendessen und Getränke genießen können.

No TV's worked. We missed 3 World Series games, College football and Sunday football. Host said its not our problem and you should call the cable service provider--Ridiculous. No remote for garage, no batteries in any remotes for shades, no lounge chairs in yard, many doors would not lock and felt very unsafe. Worst experience form any VRBO we have ever encountered.

Great Property

I highly recommend this property. We visited with 3 couples and there is plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the living area is huge. The outdoor space is great and we all enjoyed the pool even though it was very hot! The retractable awnings definitely help. The house is just as the pictures portray and we would definitely come back.

Family golf trip

This home is huge and is located on a tee box. It was nice and clean and had plenty of tvs for the family. We all enjoyed our stay. A couple of minor things in the house I fixed on my own. Also when we arrived the code for the key box was wrong but the person gave us the correct code within a minute. Would stay again.

Wonderful three week stay

The property was beautiful and everything was well stocked. We enjoyed the outside patio and hot tub and pool area the most. The pool was a little confusing when it came to heating so we never did get to use it but the weather was a little cooler than what it usually is for this time of the year so we just enjoyed spending time in the hot tub. The house was really nice and decorated so well. Enjoyed the master shower! Was so large and roomy. Like others had said,” you could have had a party in it!”. Would so definitely return to this property again! Thank you!

Christmas Break Get-Away

The home is very nice. We relaxed and "lounged" everyday. There is a large entry and Living room with fireplace and TV. The pen concept Family Room / Kitchen has large windows that provided great views of the "parade" of golfers on the 6th tee. We stayed in for dinners every night and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, pantry, dinnerware and bar appointments. The Master Suite is exceptional! The shower could host a party! The weather during our Winter stay was not cooperative to using the pool and spa, but a visit in warmer weather is a definite possibility. The outdoor firepit and heaters were perfect for cozy evenings with wine and cocktails.

We stayed at this house with another couple for 2 weeks. House is in need of major maintenance including plumbing,carpet,painting, etc. Major complaints:1)Management co. did not notify guard gate of our arrival and the entry key was not in the lockbox.2)All 4 propane tanks were empty so could not use the grill, firepit or patio heaters. Cushions on patio missing.Hot tub took 2 hours to heat up.*3)Kitchen icemaker was frozen solid. No water pressure in kitchen faucet. Foil, saran wrap,baggies Keurig cups were all missing.Oven light and ceiling light out.*4)Master shower was only scalding hot water with no cold.Ants found crawling on my toothbrush.Carpet was dirty and beyond repair.5)Second bedroom had no cold water faucet and toilet would not flush properly.6)Each closet only had one plastic hanger and 3 wire hangers. We had to buy more at store.7)Hot water in whole house will last only 10 minutes.*The instruction manual states gas grill was attached to natural gas(but has been capped off and replaced with a propane tank which was empty) and kitchen would have foil, saran wrap, baggies and Keurig cups but none was provided(we had to buy all this).Management sent a maintenance man to repair issues but he only fixed the icemaker and 1 lightbulb stating the owner had to approve all other requests which never occurred.Bottom line: Nobody should every rent this property until these issues have been corrected and understand that the mgmt co. will never help you!

Great staycation location

The property is beautiful. Awesome pool and spa overlooking the golf course. Lots of outdoor space makes it a comfortable getaway. We had a little trouble getting into the house due to an incorrect lock box code and we were left stranded for about 30 minutes. The house itself is clean and well kept but it is unpleasant seeing old food in the pantry left from past tenants. But overall, it was a great stay and would rent again. Thank you.

This was a bad experience for me and my family! the home was completely dirty and worn. we arrived here and left cause it was so bad. don’t let the pictures fool you like they did us. they need a lot of work into this place and need to hire better house cleaners!

Disappointing

We arrived to a house that was dirty. Hair in the shower, dead bugs everywhere and the air conditioner was set at 85 degrees. It took a full day to cool it down. My 80 year old parents were extremely uncomfortable. The lounge chairs were old and torn. Not one control had batteries that worked. Couldnt use the over hangs. The house itself was great and great location. Great pool and loved the beach cruisers. The owner should reconsider who cleans the home especially during a global pandemic.

Nice little getaway

Check in was easy and house was clean and ready to live in for the weekend. We had our 9 year old daughter and another couple with us. The house is spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. Pool and spa were clean and the location was quiet. We took a nice run around the golf course in the morning and stayed in the pool the rest of the day. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.

Beautiful property but needs some TLC and cleaning, update colors

House is really Beautiful and spacious with tall ceilings. We really liked the pool and jacuzzi and yard overlooking the golf course. The area is really quiet and peaceful. The pool heater and jacuzzi worked well. Kitchen was large and well stocked. We felt relaxed and there are a lot of amenities like the printer in the master office. Appreciated that maintenance left a Lysol spray can that we could use for further disinfecting. The bedroom mattresses were extremely comfortable and firm. The washer and dryer and supplies were great. AC worked well. Binder that provided instructions for the house was well done. Liked that there wasn’t a list of checkout instructions like at other vacation rentals. Things we didn’t like: maintenance needs to be better. There was a big hole in the cobblestones at the entrance. That could’ve been a tripping hazard.The pool wasn’t clean - maybe it needs a better filter or more frequent cleanings. There was always debris in the water. The guest bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well. Some stains were left on toilets and the hard water drops on the shower glass weren’t cleaned off at all - dirty glass. Also, The handles in the master bathroom shower felt like they might break off. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out of former guests’ food. In these times, it would be better to just completely empty out the fridge for safety and hygiene. The colors in the bedrooms, especially the master bedroom should be updated as they are kind of dark and give a heavy feeling to the place. The leather couch in the family room needs Leather conditioning as it has lots of scuffs. Will we stay again? Probably. But maintenance and cleaning really need to be improved to bring this house up to Luxury level. Would really like to see the colors updated as well. We still had a good relaxing stay, and felt quite at home here. I just hope the maintenance and cleaning issues are resolved.

Lord of the Fly House

Beautiful house and surroundings but there was a massive fly infestation inside the kitchen and in the pool surround in the house backyard. The fly issue was intense and made being in the pool terrible. Sitting at the poolside all of us were constantly swatting away flies. I still feel them crawling on my skin sometimes. I couldn't sit out and read, watching the kids swim became a chore and each morning we woke up competing to see who could kill the most flies. My emails went unanswered. When I called on the phone for help, someone came right away with a fly trap and two poison bombs. I'm not a fan of poison at all, but I understand this was an emergency situation. We had to sit outside in 106 F heat for two hours. This had such a major impact on our kids and the trip that if felt like the beauty of the place was completely tainted. Afterwards we had no contact from the property manager, no response to emails and calls were handled rudely. I was quite disappointed by this fly infestation and the response from Five Star Resort.

DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY - OVERPRICED. This is not a premier property.

Lots of problems with this property. Sent list of issues to property manager and felt that we were overcharged for an inferior property. Poorly maintained property and furniture in the home. Furniture in family room was old and patched with duct tape. Refrigerator was left with food in it and not cleaned from previous renters. Toilet paper holder would not stay on the wall. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Previous renters soap residue was left in the soap tray in the shower. Curtains had fallen off the window. Some curtains were barely hanging from the curtain rods. Screens on patio sliders were torn and “repaired” with painters (blue) tape. The patio entry was not clean. The pool was filthy when we arrived, but was cleaned on day 3 of our stay. Complained to property manager, and sent him a complete list of the issues we experienced. Property manager said he would “turn it over to Chuck”, who is the local guy. We never heard from Chuck. “5 Star Vacation Rentals” who manages this property is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. It has a B- rating from the BBB. We will not rent a property from “5 Star Vacation Rentals” or any property managed By their property manager. Way over priced. Asked Project Manager to make it right. Never heard back from him. We expect some refund of our fees paid. Obviously nobody has inspected this place prior to us renting it. Our expectations were not met and we should be compensated for listing all the issues with this property. We have rented from VRBO in this area before and our expectations we high, as we’ve had great properties in the past. This property does not deserve a “premier” rating. It’s tired and needs some TLC.

A 5-Star Stay!

This gorgeous property is better equipped than any others we have stayed at (dishes, dinnerware, stem-ware, non-perishable food items, utensils, kitchen appliances, and accessories). The bicycles mad available to us were almost brand new. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
