Direkt hinter den USA gelegen Cellular Center Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Parken ist ein großes Problem in der Stadt und Sie haben Ihren eigenen Platz.

Diese Wohnung ist stilvoll, minimalistisch, aber im modernen Stil der Jahrhundertmitte eingerichtet und versetzt Sie in eine Zeit, in der Schwarz-Weiß-Fotos die Mode waren und Asheville ein wenig bekanntes Juwel in den Bergen war. Alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten mit Blick auf die Vergangenheit.

Wahre Studio (390sq / ft) Liebesbude. Der perfekte Ort für einen Kurzurlaub in der Stadt. Dies ist Ihr Basislager für die Entdeckung der Stadt Asheville und der Umgebung. Wandern Sie im Blue Ridge oder in den Smoky Mountains, spielen Sie Golf, machen Sie eine Antiquitäten-Tour oder fahren Sie tagsüber auf dem Blue Ridge Parkway. Stellen Sie das Fahrzeug wieder ab und gehen Sie zum Abendessen in eines der fabelhaften Restaurants in der Innenstadt. Diese Wohnung ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub für Liebhaber.

Hinweis: Diese Unterkunft ist im modernen Stil der Mitte des Jahrhunderts (1950er bis 1960er Jahre) eingerichtet. Möbel aus dieser Zeit waren kleiner. Perfect, Cozy Spot

My husband and I stayed for a little anniversary weekend in Asheville. The location was perfect! We parked our car and did not have to move it for the duration of our trip as we were walking distance from everything downtown. The condo was easy to access and stocked with amenities to make us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little condo!

This place is a great little spot to stay with a super convenient location that's steps away from downtown. The included onsite parking makes experiencing downtown Asheville so easy! If you're looking for in-unit laundry or a place to do a lot of cooking I would suggest elsewhere, but if you're looking for a compact and cute residence with a great location I would 100% recommended staying here, my girlfriend and I certainly loved it!

Downtown gem!

Stayed for a little getaway to see Noah kahan at the Harrah Cherokee center and this spot was so perfect. We could walk everywhere for shopping and coffee and restaurants…. And we loved being able to leave our car in the included parking spot. The concert was literally right next door and the owner has added the most thoughtful touches to this little studio. Definitely would stay again.

Great place! Great location!

We were very impressed with the great location of this little apartment. It was a very quick and easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the farmer’s market downtown. It was a short car ride to the Biltmore. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The extra touches of providing coffee, cream and sugar was so nice! The apartment was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the apartment complex was quiet. We would love to stay again in the future. Excellent place!

Upon arrival we had all instructions on checking in and we very pleased with everything. Clean, supplies if needed, and location. The only negative is a very uncomfortable mattress, but other than that the place is wonderful.

Great location - went to a concert right next door at the Harrah’s auditorium, walked to get coffee in morning, walked to dinner and shopping!! Weekend Stay for Xmas Jam

Hosts were very accommodating. They permitted us an earlier check-in time. At the last minute we decided to fly instead of driving. The location was great and we walked most places. Only needed Ubers to get to and from the airport. The hosts had a lovely little gift basket in theie fridge, which was greatly appreciated. We used what we could and unfortunately couldn't take everything home with us as we were tight in packing space in our suitcase. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Exactly as Advertised

Everything was exactly as advertised. The apartment was efficient in every way. The owner has taken care to include anything that you may need without any extras. I did not have any communication with the owner during the stay but none was needed. Within walking distance to the majority of downtown. Anywhere else you can get to with Uber/Lyft for less than $10. We will certainly consider this apartment for future stays in Asheville. Thanks for the care and attention to detail.

I asked about the Wifi code and got no reply to that specific question. It's listed in the apartment, but not accurately. The bed, well.... for Starters I had to flip mattress upside down. The bath tub was extremely slippery with nothing to hold on to. I had to buy my own bath mat and put it down.

Cozy, Sweet, Retro Downtown Space...

This studio condo had everything one could want and then some! The décor was so fun with it's retro/mid century modern feel. Perfect for one or two people. Not only did the kitchen area have some basic starters for the morning, i.e. coffee, creamers, tea, hot chocolate etc., the bathroom medicine cabinet had all sorts of things to satisfy your basic hygiene needs and some over the counter medicinal needs. Ear plugs were also available. I will say that the building is in very close proximity to the highway, but you do NOT hear the noise in the unit. Maps, Things to do in Asheville brochures etc., were also neatly displayed on a shelf for one's perusal and use. The location is amazing! Lexington Avenue shops and restaurants are just across the street and to the east of the building. Broadway is just a block from there. Of course all venues are within walking distance. A parking space is included with this rental, VERY helpful. Kirk, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe and secure in the building and in that area of downtown. Go and enjoy yourself! Thanks Kirk!

Great Little Place in Asheville!

My husband and I came to Asheville to visit the Biltmore Estate. This was a great place to stay as it was a short ride to the estate and once we returned to the condo we were within walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from coffee/accessories to toiletries. Comfortable little place to stay.

My mother's family are Scots/Irish and have been in the US since the early 1800's. My wife and I live in downtown Asheville and Air BnB a small studio apartment #DTAshevilleHiddenGem. My family owns a farm 30 minutes west of Asheville and have owned it since 1820's. We also Air BnB a large #AppalachianFarmhouse on the property. Always happy to share western North Carolina's history as well as give advice on things to do and places to go.

So whether you prefer the sights and smells of Asheville's downtown scene or the great outdoors, you can have it all at DTAshevilleHiddenGem.
