Villa Blanca ist eine Eigenschaft von mehr als 50 000 m2.
Das Haus hat ca. 900 m2, auf drei Etagen, 1909 gebaut. Mehrmals restauriert wurde die letzte im Jahr 2015 statt.
Es wurde durch den Makler, Marcelino Coll, dann John Pich i Pon, Bürgermeister von Barcelona und Präsident der Generalitat de Catalunya verkauft gebaut. Pich i angelegte Grundstück mit Nicolas Forestier und Rubió Pon Tuduri i seinem Schüler.
Im Jahr 1940 der Großvater der heutigen Besitzer das Anwesen von der Witwe des Pich.
Zusätzlich zu den oben genannten Gärten gibt Umgebung Tennis, Racquetball, Basketballkorb, Schwimmbad 17 x 7 Meter, Parkplatz für 15 Autos.
Gedreht wurden mehrere Filme (rote Lichter, Handpianist, Barcelona Ciutat Neutral, Felipe und Letizia usw. sowie Werbung).
Das Anwesen verfügt über einen Bereich für die Pferde für Dressur und für Spur.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful family holiday at Villa Blanca! Our group of 18 felt perfectly at home with plenty of space for everyone. The villa offered something for all ages—tennis for those who wanted to stay active, a lovely pool for swimming and relaxing, and beautiful gardens to enjoy throughout the day. The outdoor areas were especially perfect for shared dinners and fun evenings together. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommended for large family gatherings!

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped - everything we needed was available. Every bedroom had a dedicated bathroom, most of which were ensuite.Carina was very helpful and addressed any minor issues that we had very quickly. She also suggested a chef who we used on a couple of occasions who was also fantastic.The only thing that would have improved the stay would have been to either have more than one key or to have a key safe where the key could be left safely when everyone left the villa for different places.

Fabulous Experience

The mansion was even better than the pictures portray. Besides the many updated bedrooms and bathrooms, we discovered a chapel and elevator. The grounds are magnificent. The owners are very friendly and and responded immediately to my pre-trip acquisition of a chef, gifts for our guests, and other neessities.

I have rented over 25 houses over the years with 10 to 16 adults, and Villa Blanca is one of the best. The public rooms are old world stunning, bedrooms large and airy, and the grounds vast and beautifully maintaned. The owner, Carina, is a delight to deal with. We would love to rent the property again.

Amazing Villa

The Villa was absolutely amazing. We visited with 27 people and one child. We had a lot of fun with basketball, tennis, the pool and the sea. In the evening we cooked together and sat outside long into the night talking and listening to music. Everything was perfect and Carina took good care of us.

We stayed at Villa Blanca with a group of 16 friends for a milestone birthday, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The property is even more stunning than the photos - spacious, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. The villa strikes a perfect balance between historic charm and modern updates, with thoughtfully restored details and elegant furnishings. The grounds are breathtaking, full of vibrant flowers, manicured landscaping and even gorgeous horses that made the setting feel truly magical. We spent every day lounging in the massive pool, which was a highlight and much larger than it appears in pictures.Our host Carina was lovely - responsive, helpful, and communicative before and during our stay. We especially loved her sharing the history of the property and pointing out the special furniture and art throughout the Villa. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking for a large group, and we loved the private dinners we booked with Chef Isabel and Chef Cristina, some of Carina’s recommended chefs. The bedrooms all stay fairly cool with A/C, which was essential during a July heat wave and made the stay incredibly comfortable for a large group.Villa Blanca is truly special - a serene, luxurious retreat with everything you need for a relaxing, unforgettable stay.

Spain Gang Family Celebration

We spent a week at Villa Blanca with 19 family members to celebrate a milestone birthday. The Villa and the grounds were just beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed for an extraordinary family adventure. Carina and Pedro were extremely responsive and helpful. We spent several evenings enjoying the Villa for family dinners, we invited a Flamenco teacher to teach us to dance and we did yoga on the veranda overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect place to enjoy each other and yi discover some of the manic of Spain at the same time. I hope we have an opportunity to stay again! Thank you!

Perfect friends getaway

22 adults & children celebrating a birthday. Amazing property. Plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable beds & crisp bedding. Beautiful views of the Coast & huge gardens to relax in. Supermarket nearby & about a 20 minute walk to coast & lots of seaside restaurants to choose from. The owner Christina was caring & quick to answer any questions. Had an excellent boat trip & wine trip organised & catering 2 nights which everyone enjoyed. 25 minute walk to train station & about 50 minutes into Barcelona. Hope to revisit one day

A Dream Vacation

We stayed at Villa Blanca for 2 weeks in July. The first week was with our children and grandchildren, 25 people altogether. The second week was with my 3 sisters, their spouses and children, 15 people. Both weeks were fabulous and memorable. Our groups like exploring new places as well as sports, pool time and games. The villa is great for both. The access to Costa Brava beaches and to Barcelona allowed for easy exploring and daytrips. Guests swam (the pool is perfect - big, clean, good temperature, sparkling water), played tennis, pickle ball, boule, and more. Carina was always accessible and helpful. Her catering recommendation - Cristina - and activity planner - Borja - were great. Flamenco dancers at the house on our last night were amazing and and a perfect way to end a trip of a lifetime. Can't wait to return.

It is hard to put into words how incredible our stay at Villa Blanca was. My husband and I decided to have our small, intimate wedding ceremony there with 25 of our closest friends and family. We stayed at the Villa for four days and truly had the time of our lives. The property is truly immaculate. Each room is charming, beautiful and comfortable. There are unique features everywhere! The gardens and pool were an absolute delight. We were able to walk down to the beach and enjoy some local bars and restaurants as well. For our wedding, we used several vendors that Carina recommended and they were all exceptional. We had several meals catered by Cris, whose food was delicious. We also had a wine tasting hosted by Jordí. Our guests absolutely loved this. We also had our dance party hosted by DJ Josep who has done many weddings at Villa Blanca before. All of these people helped make our experience unforgettable. Carina was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything (literally, everything!) we could have possibly needed. Our guests can’t stop talking about how incredible our trip was. We will never forget our amazing stay at Villa Blanca, and we hope to return one day!

An amazing Mediterranean Holiday!!!

We are a group of 19 active friends ages 18-72, including one in a motorized wheelchair, who travel internationally each summer. Our preferred lodging accommodations are large villas, castles, or estates and Villa Blanca is one of the finest we have experienced. Pablo, Carina, and their son Christian were exceptional in accommodating our special needs and in sharing the rich history of the property and the region. Pablo is a renowned collector of rare books and we spent a delightful evening examining centuries old originals while enjoying marvelous local wines. From the time we initially contacted Pablo though our last evening, we were made to feel more like visiting family than rental property clients. While there we enjoyed breakfast each morning and four evening meals prepared by Christina, the chef serving Villa Blanca. One of the meals was a cooking school where we learned to prepare paella and accompanying dishes. She is fantastic. Other meals we enjoyed at the many restaurants along the beach, easily walkable from the villa and most accessible from the esplanade. In addition, we were able to order food and drinks online for delivery to the villa from the local supermarket, AlCampo. This was especially handy for having basic provisions onsite when we arrived. Local transportation was available via local taxis for the immediate area and the local train station was about 1km away. Barcelona via the train is about 45 minutes. For accessible transportation we used AccessibleSpainTravel.com, which was excellent. Daniel organized independent and accessible mini-bus travel for our group for trips into Barcelona, Montserrat, and from/to the airport. (During our holiday we also spent several days in Madrid and Daniel organized travel there as well.) Pablo assisted with the accessible bookings on the Spain Railway (RENFE) for our travel between Madrid and Barcelona which should be organized as early as possible. Spain offered great value for the costs especially when compared to other European destinations. All in all it was a delightful experience, thank to the wonderful friends we made in organizing our travels. As Pablo remarked, "It is often through commerce that great friendships originate."

Das Anwesen spricht für sich. Fantastische Villa mit historischer Vergangenheit. Super Lage an der Costa Maresme. Barcelona, das Meer, die Berge.... die perfekte Lage. Großer Pool, vielseitige Sportmöglichkeiten (Tennis, Tischtennis, Pickleball...).Die gesamte Abwicklung war Hervorragend. Wir würden unseren Urlaub gerne jederzeit wieder hier verbringen wollen. Tolle Villa mit tollen Vermietern

Wir hatten nit 17 Urlaubern ein unglaublich schöne Woche in einer fantastischen Villa auf einem tollen Grundstück. Die Vermieterin die direkt auf dem Grundstück wohnt steht einem jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen, Vielen Dank.

our second home

It's been our second stay already. Actually we can't say that the Villa Blanca is like our second home, as we rather feel like princes and princesses in a fairly tale here. This house is a dream. The rooms are all very nice and individually furnished with lots of love for small details. Almost all of them have a bathroom ensuite. The pool is huge and very clean. The lovely garden that surrounds the villa is very well taken care of and the tennis court has been renovated recently. The owners, Carina and Pablo are very warm and lovely people who fix, renovate and invest steadily to keep the standard high and fulfill the wishes and suggestions of their guests. We can't wait to come back !

Great times at Villa Blanca

The whole family (20 pax) stayed at the Villa for a week and had a fantastic time. Carina was a lovely host and whatever trouble occured (the elevator stopped working several times) she was there to get it fixed asap. The house is old and many furniture are vintage, so there are a lot of rules, but to us that was just a quirk that was a part of the experience and not a problem at all. Just a part of choosing a unique house with a lot of history and personality.

Fabulous and relaxing vacation

Villa Blanca truly is incredible, and it was the perfect home base for a relaxing vacation with my large group of family+friends. The property itself has so much character and beauty and was also very clean and well-maintained. Perfect location that is an easy walk to the uncrowded beach (sandy with clear turquoise water - I could see fish swimming around my feet!) and grocery store. Carina was a pleasure to work with and her recommendations for a private chef (Cris), yoga instructor (Laura), tours /excursions (Borja), and babysitters were spot on.

Amazing stay

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and everything was absolutely brilliant. The house and grounds are absolutely stunning and are even more beautiful than the listing suggests. The hosts are so kind and helpful and were very easy to communicate with in the run up to and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered all of our questions quickly. The surrounding area is also beautiful and it’s only a short walk to the supermarkets and the beach. We really recommend a stay here and hope to be back again ourselves. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The house was amazing and the service was 5++++stars . Our leadership team stayed here for 1 week. The host was amazing and super helpful. She was able to go shopping for us, help with restaurant reservation, organized Covid testing onsite, car services from and to the airport... We were really really happy with everything.
