We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Loveland! The accommodations were absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, making it feel like a true home away from home.The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.The location was ideal for exploring the area - including Buc-Cee’s which was our main destination. We also loved the statue park - can’t recall the name.. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax at the end of the day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Loveland!

The Sweetheart City Inn is a comfortable, clean, spacious, well-tended and well-appointed basement apartment in a tidy owner-occupied home conveniently located between downtown Loveland and the famous Benson Sculpture Garden, where my husband was an exhibiting artist at the annual Sculpture in the Park Show. Annette and Cory were very responsive to our communication before and during our stay, as well as friendly, welcoming and accommodating — and totally respectful of our privacy. The written instructions for guests on VRBO, in the guest book upon arrival, and posted in the apartment were thoughtful, specific and useful, answering almost all of our questions and minimizing the need for a lot of back-and-forth. It truly was wonderful to have a home-away-from home feeling in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood where we could really settle in. Plentiful grocery stores nearby enabled us to save money by preparing meals in the convenient kitchen. The neighborhood south of Eisenhower Boulevard is shaded by beautiful large trees and features a lovely park. As a pedestrian, it was important to pay attention to bicyclists, who are legally allowed to ride on the sidewalk. As a dog owner, I needed to be mindful of skunks when taking out our dog out before bedtime. The leash requirement is there for good reasons! I enjoyed viewing native prairie plants on the hiking trails at Devil’s Backbone and in the gardens at the High Plains Environmental Center. All in all, we loved our stay.

Loveland visit

Spent 30 years in Fort Collins Loveland area. Went back to visit family. Great location, well kept, lots of supplies and goodies. Highly recommend. Would definitely return.

Loveland get away

It was clean and well stocked.The only issues are the tv in living room is small and the speaker sounded like it echoed.There was alot of creaking from the pipes making it hard to sleep.I wish the bathroom had a door not a curtain. Not very private. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Graduation trip

We had come to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, so we were looking for something simple and close to everything. This was exactly that! We met the owners upon arrival, and they were so gracious. Had to adjust parking spots because of our taller vehicle (easy fix). We didn’t need anything once we got inside. They had everything covered (toiletries) and made our life drastically easier. They recommended some amazing restaurants but respected our privacy as well. We were close to parks, and could walk to some of the restaurants if we wanted to. I was worried about noise being downstairs, but it was nothing. You might hear some movement, but it was as if we had our own house. We plan on taking more trips out to see family, and will definitely be staying here if it’s available.

Cute, homey place to stay. Easy to get to Fort Collins to visit my son at CSU. Loveland is also adorable and fun to visit with good restaurants and nice stores.

The ultimate cozy nest

Everything about Sweetheart City Inn is thoughtfully curated with the guests experience in mind. The efficiency kitchen is meticulously appointed with everything you could need. There are even multiple Options for how to brew your morning cup of coffee! As someone that travels with my French press and grinder, I was impressed! The grounds are well tended and lovely. It is a super easy location to get around from. Cory and Annette are gracious hosts. I highly encourage anyone looking to make Loveland their base camp for a mountain exploring stay to consider Sweetheart Coty Inn. I will be booking it for future trips. Thanks Cory & Annette! check-in, ease of use, private entrance and parking all wonderful. Beautiful garden area! apt was a little stuffy and ability to lower the thermostat would be a plus. I'm sure most folks dont arrive around midnight like I did but it was a little hard to find the correct place since you cant really see house numbers at night and I certainly didn't want to drive in behind the wrong house at that time of night! Sweetheart city inn

This is a good place to stay for 1-2 people. The host stays upstairs, but if you are out and about all day you don’t really need to interact. They are always available by phone if needed. The small kitchenette does the job for meals. The bed and couch are very soft, so not really any back support there. Besides that everything was nice.

We are world and domestic travelers and enjoy learning other cultures. We enjoy spending time with our adult children and our granddaughters . We spend our time hiking, traveling, gardening, attending music venues and festivals.

We are in a great neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Loveland and Benson Sculpture Gardens, centrally located in Northern Colorado and have easy access to Hwy 34 that heads into Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park. We are a 2 mile drive to Downtown Loveland, where there are several restaurants, breweries, movie theatre, boutiques, recreation center and art galleries. We are also a short drive to Fort Collins, CSU, Budweiser Event Center/The Ranch, Boulder, Greeley and Longmont. When we travel, we have things that are important to us.... safety, cleanliness and amenities, that is why we became hosts, so we could offer those things to our fellow travelers/guests.
