** Update zum Bau des Beach Clubs: Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Beach Club in WaterColor jetzt mit Abschluss von Phase 1 eröffnet ist! Der Hauptpool und das Oberdeck wurden komplett renoviert. Der Hauptpool und die Rita Bar bieten jetzt zusätzliche Lounge- und Sitzbereiche. Obwohl begrenzt, sind auch Speisen zum Mitnehmen erhältlich. Phase 2 wird voraussichtlich im Herbst dieses Jahres abgeschlossen sein und zwei weitere Pools umfassen. Bis dahin bleibt der Beach Club jedoch montags geschlossen, damit die Bauarbeiten sicher und ungehindert fortgesetzt werden können.

A Perfect Week

The house location was amazing - we were able to access all Watercolor facilities with ease and getting to the store and into town was a short bike or golf cart ride. The neighborhood was quiet and the house layout was perfect. The carriage house was a great addition too! A perfect fit for our family!

We chose this house for the space and amenities. Unfortunately the outdoor fire pit didn’t work which was a huge want with the weather, no pool lights for the heated pool we paid extra for, toaster didn’t work and bikes with derailed chains. I get things happen, I have a rental home too. But you can tell when items have been sitting up and not used all winter, this was the case here. Prep your house after winter and get things ready for the summer before you rent it.

Wonderful house

167 Dandelion Street is even lovelier than the photos. Having the Carriage House is a real plus to accommodate adults and two toddlers. Some of the electronics were not working, which is the only reason I did not give a 5.0 overall rating.

Nice home, good location, needs maintenance

The property has a great location. The home is very beautifully decorated. It does however need some maintenance. All outdoor outlets did not work so we could not charge our golf cart. Very few indoor outlets worked. Lots of dead lightbulbs on the exterior of the home. The hot water is very very minimal.

Family friendly

The property was very nice. Beds were incredibly comfy. The pool was a bit on the small side but good for cooling off. It was quite dirty, however. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the natural vegetation around the house.

Perfect in every way

Location of home is right were you want it. Short walk to everywhere. Apt over the garage was ideal for three 18 year olds. Furnishings and amenity's are 1st class--Wolf Stove, Sub-zero, etc. Master suite is large. Pool area is just enough. Tons of porch space to sit in a screened area. Could not have been better

Can’t wait for next Spring Break!

We loved the overall experience of Just Dandy! Would recommend detailed instructions for surround sound equipment. Great location and house. Our kids enjoyed the oversized hot tub (pool). Wish we would have had more time to enjoy all of the outdoor/screened in spaces. Carriage house was a great escape for our teens! Access to Camp Watercolor and the Beach Club a great bonus. Camp Watercolor is more ideal for younger families. Direct access to the beach from the Beach Club was fantastic. Bikes were taken full advantage of, only wish there was one more for the house...5 was an odd number for our 6 kids to enjoy. Can’t wait for next Spring Break!

Great location!

Cozy and spacious at same time. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, especially with the situation right now. Could use better audio/visual instructions. So many remotes LOL. No complaints other wise.

January 2020 Stay

A fantastic location and house for a family getaway. We had three generations celebrating a milestone birthday, and everyone from age 8 months to 75 had a blast. We all enjoyed biking, the beach, and our spirited pickle ball competitions! The house was a great home base for big family meals and nights playing cards and relaxing in the pool. We can't wait for our next excuse to return!

What a fantastic place! In a few days, we walked on the beach, biked to Grayton State Park, played pickleball and bocceball, enjoyed the hot tub, perused the beautiful neighborhoods in Water Color and Seaside, created some wonderful memories with family and friends. We’ll be back!

This beautiful vacation home is a perfect retreat! So spacious, quiet, with privacy from the main road, yet close to everything! It was an easy walk to the shops, tennis courts, Seaside beach, and a grocery store. We had access to the sublime heated pool, bikes, and all the amenities of Watercolor. The house has a professional and roomy kitchen, everything was spotless, and the beds and furniture very comfortable. This was a large space, easily accommodating our group of six. Thank you for a lovely holiday- This is definitely a 5 star vacation spot!

Great Spot for Family Get Away

My sister and I rented the property so our families and our parents could celebrate Thanksgiving together. The house has comfortable living spaces both inside and out, and accommodated our families very well. We hope to come again!

March 2018 Stay

For Spring Break, we travelled to Watercolor for the first time and loved it. The home, with new owners, was simply amazing and accommodated our party of 7 more than comfortably. The house has top notch amenities and lots of places to hang out. Upper and lower screened porches, pool, fire pit, upstairs den, separate carriage house with its own kitchen. Beautifully decorated and very well maintained - like new. Great location as well within easy walking distance to beach, adjacent to tennis club and backs up to reserve and lake. 360 Blue was very responsive (air for bike tires, replaced propane tank, etc.). Beach club was also a great place to hang out. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.
