Fantastic house with a great location!

I am so pleased with this beach house! The owner has done a fantastic job with the size, updatedness, providing everything needed, and thoughtful touches. The location is 2 blocks from the boardwalk, which is a 6 minute walk. Wish I could move in!

This was a great property for our vacation. The location is close to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away that it wasn’t busy or noisy. The home was spacious and very clean and stocked with everything we needed for cooking, living, visiting the beach,, etc. We loved it, thank you!

Excellent Summer Getaway!

My wife and I stayed at this spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated beach house for Memorial Day Weekend. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, yet close to town with restaurants and antique shops. Highly recommended. Will be back again next year!

Beautiful newly renovated space

The property was just as described and a great location for a family vacation. The amenities surpassed our expectations and we were very comfortable as well as very close to the beach. The owner has thought of everything that you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. Included in the rental were beach chairs, Sand toys and a beach buggy that we weren’t expecting.

End of Summer Family Getaway

Property was even better than the photos! Loved the games and toys - perfect for the three kids. Enjoyed the location - again, perfect for the kids and an easy walk to the beach. Outdoor shower was fantastic as our kids like to bury each other. The adults enjoyed too. Particularly dining alfresco. Hope we can make it a longer stay next summer.

Another wonderful Point Pleasant vacation had by all.

This is our third year with Michelle’s beach house. It is just perfect! The house is beautifully decorated. It has everything you could possibly need. There is nothing I would change. It feels like home when you are there.

Incredible vacation.

The house was beautiful. Everything you could possible need they provided. It was perfect location. A 5 minute walk to the beach. This was the first time my family and I rented a house together and we sure picked a winner. Michelle was so helpful to make our vacation a wonderful one. Everything about this house deserves more than 5 stars. This was our first Jersey shore vacation but certainly not our last.

Relaxing summer beach getaway.

We loved having the big open space with the couches, kitchen island and large table. The bedrooms were comfortable and the laundry room was convenient. The upstairs patio with roomy table and the nice lounge chairs was a fun outdoor spot to relax. Thank you for your home and the beach badges!

Wonderful week

This house was absolutely perfect. Exactly what we needed for a week at the beach. We came into a house that was super clean, quick walk to the beach/boardwalk, and we loved using a door code and not worrying about a key. Owners were great and responsive to any questions I had. It didn’t bother us at all having downstairs neighbors, they were friendly and we didn’t hear them at all. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better house.

The property was well maintained and very well organized. Beautiful spacious deck. Felt some disappointment about the strict rules of the town though. Specifically that the beach " closes" at 7 pm.

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful Rental Property

Such a wonderful place! We had everything we needed and more. Just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants made our stay so relaxing! The place was so clean and we felt safe being there during these trying times. Michelle is a wonderful owner and even went out of her way to return something we had forgotten. We had a wonderful time!

Ideal location

All of my concerns about possible noise from Jenkinsons were for naught. The location is perfect, close to the beach but away from the "crowd." The fact that the house is set back from the road also adds to the appeal. A 1/2 bath (toilet) would have added to our 6-person experience but we learned to adjust. Clean, bright, surrounded by well-appointed (and well-pooled) properties. I would definitely book again.

I am born and raised in NJ. I have spent my summers at Point Pleasant Beach since I was a young child. I have so many fond childhood & family memories. My memories includes going to the beach, boardwalk, riding the rides and going to the arcades. We would go fishing off the inlet. I love to go to the beach or take a walk on the boardwalk and take in the salt air.

My parents and grandparents both had a house in Point Pleasant beach. It has always meant so much to be to be able to go there in the summer. I am happy I now can share this memory with my children and we are still making new memories every year. I hope you will love my beach house as much as we do and it will be a tradition that you will share with you family each year.

I love my location, my house sits nestled in the back part of the property away from the street. It is close to the beach, boardwalk attractions and a short walk into town. I love sitting our on the deck, whether it's sun bathing, dining with my family , or just reading a book in a lounge chair.
