Seacrest in Gulf Shores liegt direkt am Strand entlang der wunderschönen Alabama Golfküste. Ihr privater Balkon bietet Blick auf das glitzernde Smaragdwasser in der ersten Reihe. Erstklassige Lage am malerischen West Beach. Nur eine kurze Fahrt zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu Fuß zu einem Supermarkt und Restaurant. Low-Mid-Density-Komplex direkt am Strand und in der Nähe der Stadt!

Seacrest 405 ist eine 1BR / 1BA Ferienwohnung im 4. Stock, die sich in der Mitte des Gebäudes befindet. Die Aufzüge (2) sind direkt vor der Eingangstür leicht zugänglich. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten in der Unterkunft gehören ein Pool am Golf und ein Whirlpool mit einer gepflasterten Poolterrasse. Toiletten am Pool verfügbar.

Diese direkte Golffront Wohnung ist komplett mit modernem Dekor gefliest. Aktualisierte Möbel im gesamten Gebäude, darunter zwei Seitenstühle und ein Capri-Sofa im Wohnzimmer, Barhocker, ein verbesserter Waschtisch im Badezimmer und ein Glasherd. Super clean

We had a great time. My only complaint is that we got there early and couldn't access the pool because the fobs are in the room and the room wasn't ready until 4. Same with check out, we stayed and laid on the beach but you can't get into the restroom to change or access the pool. Would be much better if there was a code and not a fob.

My family enjoyed our stay and the condo was a good size for our family. We loved that the beach was not crowded and we never had to wait on an elevator. We would stay here again.

Closet door in master hanging off, very noisy vent in master, screen door to balcony very difficult to open and shut, very slow tub drain. A little smaller than expected. Perfect location for our trip needs.

Beautiful view

The unit itself was very nice and we found it as advertised. No complaints whatsoever with our unit. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom were great. The furnishings are very nice. The building itself needs updating and cleaning. The pool is disgusting. If you are looking for a nice pool I would stay elsewhere. The bathrooms at the pool area are bad!

Great Location

There were no lines for the elevator. The beach wasn’t crowded. Shortest walk I’ve ever had to said beach. All local attractions/restaurants were 15 minutes or less from the condo. Everything was super convenient.

Great location, easy beach access

The property was as described. Easy walk to the beach with no stairs. It was easy to get a good spot on the beach at almost any time of day. Overall condition of the property was fine for the price. Highly recommend walking to Waves, Beach House, Island Ice Cream, and S&S Seafood.

Looked just like the pictures

Loved staying at Seacrest 405! Super easy access to beach and chair service if you want it. Our section of the beach seemed less crowded, which was wonderful! The AC works great! The kids said the beds were very comfortable. Ours was too. Amazing view! Looks exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay again!

Good stay! Great view!

This property was as advertised! Fantastic view! We ordered from the waitr app and got the most delicious fajitas delivered from Margarita Loco! It was AWESOME to enjoy a yummy dinner on the balcony. It’s a small unit but was plenty for us! The kitchen is the smallest part, so no gourmet meals, but plenty to do basic breakfast/lunch. Very easy to get to the beach. Pool is fine. We really enjoyed our stay for the price! We’d definitely stay again!

Great Vacation

Property was as advertised. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc.. Restroom was adequate with very strong water pressure. King size bed was very comfortable, but made for tight squeeze around edges. Sofa and chairs were comfortable. Large balcony had nice table and chairs and provided a great ocean view. Beach was very clean. Elevators were very fast. Seacrest was very family oriented.

Great vacation rental

Seacrest 405 was a great little condo. It was decorated nicely. It had a good view form the balcony and had easy access to the beach. Definitely will consider getting it again in the future. My only (minor) complaint were the pillows. They were terrible, bring your own if you stay there. PS. I saw a review that said it had a bad smell. There was no such bad smell when we were there.

Clean/Good Location

The condo checkin process was new to us. We went to a different location to get keys and instructions. Went smoothly. Location was good. Safe area. Condo was very clean. Low in extras. Nothing available like salt and pepper, etc. Not a deal breaker. Only issue was figuring out the tv. Called about this and they responded but it was difficult to follow instructions over the phone/text. Everything else was in working order. Would go back.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a quick getaway. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony was awesome with a beautiful view. There were a few cons. When we arrived the breaker for the microwave and that whole side was off. Thankfully my husband knew to check it and fixed it. Also be careful with the toilet. We brought our own toilet paper ( the good kind) the toilet overflowed first thing, so we had to go to Walmart and buy the thinnest paper we could find. It would be good to have a mop and bucket in the condo, we had to use all our towels to clean it up and then wash them. This is definitely nothing that would keep us from staying here again.

Not terrible…Needs a little TLC

The condo was obviously cleaned before we arrived. You could smell cleaner when we opened the door. The bathroom was mostly clean but the shower curtain had mildew inside. The air intake vent and living area vent were shabby and needed a good cleaning or replacement. The king mattress was weird. It was very hard and seemed like there was air in it. The unit was right off the elevator. Although the complex was mostly quiet you could hear everything in front of the elevator in the bedroom. The window could use some sound proofing. There is a tiny fan in the living area in an unusual spot. It put out great air circulation but was odd. One lamp was missing a knob in the living room and an outlet plate cover needed to be replaced. The outdoor outlet did not work at all. The HOA should consider updating the front doors. These are pretty rough. Also the rental management is a bit inconvenient. A keyless entry would be a great update. The toilet needs to be replaced. It is hard to flush and runs constantly if not watched. All that being said the view was beautiful and the beach was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor furniture was nice. WI-FI was stable. Fine for a short trip. It would be too tight for 6 adults, but fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.
