Sie werden staunen, was Sie bei Tradewinds entdecken! Der Innen- / Außenpool ist perfekt für jeden Anlass und der zuckerweiße Sand des Golfs liegt Ihnen zu Füßen. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz, der von wunderschönen Palmen umgeben ist, und mehrere Aufzüge, um Zeit und Mühe zu sparen. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang oder eine Fahrt zu allem! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vieles mehr stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Wir können es kaum erwarten, bis Sie dieses Inselparadies entdecken und das perfekte Ziel für viele Jahre finden.

Nichts ist mit den ungehinderten Ansichten dieses Geräts vergleichbar! In der 5. Etage haben Sie vom Balkon aus kilometerlange Ausblicke. Sie finden diese Wohnung sauber, komfortabel und geräumig. Die Einrichtung und das Dekor sind gut gepflegt. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung einer herrlichen Mahlzeit benötigen. Entspannen Sie sich im Schlafzimmer auf Ihrem Kingsize-Bett, während Sie fernsehen. Das Gästezimmer ist sehr komfortabel mit einem eigenen Doppelbett. Brauche mehr Platz? Vergessen Sie nicht die Schlafcouch! Im Wohnzimmer können Sie gleichzeitig fernsehen und die Wellen sehen.

Not the cleanest or updated unit, but it was okay. Needs some TLC, paint and a carpet cleaning or replacement. Only had a slow 5 cup coffee pot. Also, needs a new range. One burner didn't work. No huge complaints, though. No bad odors. But, I would opt for a more updated unit next time.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The condo had several cleanliness and maintenance issues that made it uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe.The pillows were soiled, the mattress springs could be felt through the bed, and many of the furnishings and surfaces were visibly stained. The entire condo had a strong musty, moldy odor, and the refrigerator smelled sour as well. The hammock was broken and unusable.The biggest safety concern was that the patio door did not have a working lock, which made us feel very uneasy throughout our stay. The couch is broken and I cut my leg on it. By the time we checked out, everyone in our group had sore throats and runny noses, and we couldn’t help but wonder if the poor air quality or moldy smell contributed to it.Overall, this property was not as advertised, and we would not stay here again. We hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a much better experience.

The condo is in need of updating. The carpet in both bedrooms is old and extremely worn and Dirty. We had little kids with us and didn’t want them crawling on the dirty, smelly carpet. You also need to drive 15 miles round trip to pick up the keys and check in. Outdated management company. There wasn’t a frying pan or pot holders so also had to call the mgt company and they went and bought some.

Family beach trip

We had a great time. Would definitely stay here again. It’s conveniently located to most everything. The pool is great especially for the little ones when they get tired of the sand. We loved our stay here. Only thing I would say is that the beds need to be updated. The mattresses are pretty uncomfortable.

Great Location

The property was beautiful. The pool was extremely nice. Not crowded this time of year. The only complaint is that the WiFi was spotty. We could not stream anything and kept losing connection.

Fall Break

Last minute get a way for Fall break. Love the views from balcony. Condo is older needs to be updated, up date the furniture and bathrooms for sure. Master bed was comfy but guest bedroom needs a new mattress. But overall we had a good week.

Affordable Spot

We only stayed for one night. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Good location, nice pool. But…..the check in is stupid. Because we were only staying a night we wanted to make the most of the day, but the room wasn’t ready until 4:00, and we had to drive offsite to get our key, and drive back to this office 20 mins away to drop off on the way home. I’ll make sure to look for the rental name when booking next time. It was a hassle.

Underwhelmed

Our family of 6 spent a whole week in this condo. It was supposed to sleep 6, however, the couch pull out mattress was so uncomfortable, not even my smallest child could sleep on it. He is 7 and ended up sleeping in the living room chair the whole week. My oldest son tried to make do with the couch cushions. The two bedroom mattresses were fairly comfortable. We also had some issues with the shower but the property management company quickly fixed those. The condo was supposed to have a beach umbrella, vital to being there during the summer, but it was missing. We purchased one and left it in the closet for the next guest. This condo would be fine for 4 people. Overall the condo was a bit of a letdown but served its purpose for the week.

Just okay at best

Pros: great location, condo was clean, easy booking and check in procedures. And had reasonable price. Cons: unit is pretty dated….the cabinets are very old and in the guest bathroom they’re pretty much deteriorating at the bottom, toilets suck (called maintenance the morning after check in about them not flushing well with only urine and a small amount of TP in them. Maintenance didn’t call us back until the next evening and it seemed to be better by then but still wasn’t great but we weren’t at the condo for them to come and didn’t feel comfortable with them coming with our stuff in there), TV’s didn’t work at all…..one didn’t have a power cord at all (master bedroom TV) and couldn’t get the living room TV to connect to cable, couldn’t get it he link to the internet to work and had horrible service in the condo, there’s only one couch in the living room that seats 3 people comfortably and we had 4 people so we all couldn’t even comfortably lounge around in the living room, guest bedroom mattress is very hard and sheets are like paper. I know why the price is what it was but I wouldn’t stay there again…..spend more and stay somewhere else. Also, the creepy door right outside of the unit is just weird and creepy!

Check in was not on site at location. We had to drive 15mins to pick up and drop keys. This was the first problem because we didn't have a car. They were not willing to bring the keys or pick them up. The building itself was well maintained and clean. However, the place we stayed in was not clean, black mold in master closet, dirt under cabinets, carpet was grimy and furniture was dirty and stained, TV in master did not have a remote, the bed in master still had ripped up plastic from when it was purchased.They did provide a nice assortment of old beach chairs and toys if you picked through the mess in the closet to find what you were looking for.The building directly across from us was under construction and unfortunately they are refurbishing the railings so grinding metal noise from 830A to 430P. This made the balcony unusable and was loud enough to hear in the livong room and kitchen. The rental company offered to move us after several phone calls to them but did not have anything nearby. Essentialy the response was 'it is that season'. I would expect that they would know what is happening at the properties they represent and let guests know before you show up so you can make other arrangements if it is a problem for you. It appears that this construction has been going on for a while. I talked to the manager of the rental company about all this and was told they may offer a reduced rate after checkout.

Better than I had anticipated

Rental process very easy Condo had everything we needed and was very clean Hopefully we can come down in the future and enjoy again!

Property was quiet and most of property was ok, was a little disappointed that there was a TV in master bedroom , but it had no power cord? Overall, was a good stay.

Great stay despite the weather circumstances

The condo could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t bad at all. Will definitely be booking again, hopefully with better weather next time. Great price, location and property management!!
