Dieses wunderschön renovierte Haus, eingebettet in ein kleines Paradies, ist nur einen Steinwurf vom Lido Beach entfernt. Ein frischer und freundlicher Ort zum Entspannen, Entspannen und genießen Sie Ihre private, reife, ĂŒppige Umgebung. Dieses charmante Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Parkettböden, Kranzleisten und Deckenventilatoren. Die voll ausgestattete KĂŒche wurde mit KirschschrĂ€nken, EdelstahlgerĂ€ten und Granit-Arbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Die Mikrowelle ist ebenfalls ein Konvektionsofen. Alle Wohnzimmermöbel wurden kĂŒrzlich gekauft, einschließlich des 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernsehers. Kabel-TV und WLAN stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Außentemperatur ist normalerweise perfekt, aber nur fĂŒr den Fall, das Haus ist mit Central A / C & Heat ausgestattet. This is a great house, well equipped, updated and very clean. The location of this house will be hard to beat, close to beach, dinning and shopping. it's literally 9 minutes or less to everything local, and groceries are on 10 minute drive. The house has great light and a great pool!We had wonderful communication with owner and property manager and they are very proactive to assist.We will definitely stay again.

We loved everything about the vacation home. We spent a great deal of time in the private heated swimming pool. The location and privacy, could not be beat. We rented a car but hardly used it for anything other than airport transportation. Claudia was there to help us with new batteries for the TV remote. Excellent Vacation home!

Paradise. Peaceful. Immaculate inside and out. Your home exceeded any place in any of the places we have stayed in the states and outside the country. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and pavilion that has food and drinks. We ordered food from the store and we felt no need to go anywhere else. As far as the pool it was the softest water ever in a pool. The pool area is private and tropical. We spent most of the day by the pool. And did I mention the privacy? If there was anyone living in the cottage or anywhere else we did not notice. Tropical paradise as soon as you enter the gate.

Absolutely loved our stay! House is cozy and decorated so nicely. So many thoughtfully designed details. Pool was amazing. Only a block or two from the beach. Beach chairs & towels provided. Thoughtfully Done, Peaceful, Private!We absolutely loved our stay at this private oasis property! From start to finish, everything was just as described — and even better. The host clearly puts a lot of care and intention into creating a warm, welcoming experience. Every detail felt well thought out, and it truly shows.  The house was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture and beds were cozy, and the entire home felt like a peaceful retreat. We especially loved how quiet and private the setting was — the beautiful landscaping, and relaxing pool area made it feel like our own little oasis.We appreciated having clear instructions, a full description in the listing, and great communication, and a space that felt both high-quality and full of heart. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for getaway.  Parking no problem, fast Internet. Claudia and Lori make a super team. The host was kind, responsive, and clearly cares deeply about guest experience. It’s clear they’ve put years of work and love into this space. Quality hosts, quality property! Oh and the beach is super close, St Armand’s also, both walkable from the house. Just a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Total false advertising!

When we booked this place the ad said ENTIRE HOUSE.When we arrived we discovered it was a duplex and we were sharing the driveway, yard, and laundry room. Our truck was too long for the parking spot assigned to us and hung out into the road by 2 feet. We called immediately to find out what happened to the “entire house” rental. The property manager informed us that the ad stated IT WAS A DUPLEX. We pulled up the ad we used to book the place and at the very top it said ENTIRE HOUSE! Nothing about it being a duplex! Needless to say we were not happy at all. My husband gets ONE vacation a year and needs to recharge and chill. This was not going to happen here! We tried to find another place immediately, but nothing was available. We came into town for a family members high school graduation and it was the first night we were there. It was 40 minutes from this house so we did not get home that first night until 11:20 PM so we had to stay there. We told the property manager we would be out early the next morning and would need a refund. After several texts and phone calls she agreed to refund our money. When the refund came through she charged us a RIDICULOUS amount for ONE NIGHT! We only slept there, and left early the next morning. We expected to have to pay for one night, but she stuck it to us! Never have we dealt with such LIARS! Beware if you think you are renting out the entire house and I would NEVER trust anything these people say! Vacation was absolutely ruined!!

This is the 6x10 bathroom we were given to use when we thought we were getting a master bathroom in the master bedroom. The shower door barely misses the toilet. A few of the towels were stained a dirty black.

Private Paradise

Everything was ready for us to enjoy our vacation! Easy check in, parking, clean, well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Easy walk to the beach, St. Armands circle and to catch the free Trolly to downtown Sarasota. The pool was amazing!!! Heated, private and surrounded by beautiful palms and tropical plants. Perfect private paradise! We will be back!!!

Fantastic time, beach within walking distance and St Armands (a little sad that quite a few businesses have not yet reopened following the hurricanes). My husband and I spent a week here and it was best experience we could have asked for. The property manager was so attentive and always making sure we had what we needed. A charming little property, that is absolutely perfect for a couple. Spotlessly clean, very well maintained and with everything you need. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The garden and pool area is a superb retreat, providing plenty of sun and shade throughout the whole day.

Lori has been a long-time visitor to Florida for getaways from the Washington DC cold. She's spent most of her time in the Sarasota area and just fell in love with Lido Beach and it’s eclectic shopping and fantastic restaurants in St. Armand’s Circle. Enjoying the type of vacation where you don’t need to always find parking, Lori found this home nestled amongst rich, private vegetation, with the ability to walk to both the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. She also loves traveling and getting to know the people from all over the world.
Claudia who is your Chief Hospitality Manager, is a local to Sarasota. She is an incredible property manager and a powerhouse of information for local cuisine and things to do in the area. Her number one priority is you! You will be pleased with her care and concern for your comfort.
Clearly we both love this part of Florida! We especially love hosting families and friends who enjoy such a hip, urban neighborhood like Lido. We enjoy the local restaurants and we love that we can walk just about anywhere we need to go. We absolutely love the house. It's often referred to as a "private little Garden of Eden" by our guests and we agree. We love hosting people in our guesthouse, and look forward to meeting travelers & helping them feel as comfortable and at home as possible while in Florida.

Beautiful St. Armands Circle, with its collection of restaurants & pubs, daiquiri decks, ice cream parlors, boutiques and specialty shops is a short 5 minute walk from the home.
The Lido Pavilion, located on the beach is 50 yards from the front door. Grant Drive is one of the quietest streets on Lido Key allowing you to bask in the simple pleasures of island life. At both ends of Lido Key there are Parks that you can bike or walk through, enjoying special 'look-outs' to the beautiful Mangroves surrounding that portion of Lido Key. Kayak rentals are available to get up close and personal with the natural shore lines surrounding Sarasota bay.
Mote Marine, a beautiful Aquarium where you can explore the many beautiful sea animals that live in the Gulf of Mexico is located just off the north end of the key.
Over the Ringling Bridge to mainland Sarasota you can take advantage of many wonderful experiences and a rich cultural community. From the Ringling Museum, to the ballet, opera or concerts at the Van Wezel, to gorgeous downtown Sarasota with its picturesque bay-front. With street names like Lemon, Orange, Pineapple, and Coconut it is a very tropical setting. Downtown Sarasota also boasts a beautiful movie theater, library, plenty of shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

The POOL! Private and relaxing! Pool heater! This home is wonderfully private, lots of lush surroundings provide privacy and a fantastic tropical paradise. There is an extra indoor bathroom sink with mirror for the ease of two people getting ready at the same time which always seems to be a problem when you're on vacation. Why waste time waiting for a sink when you can be on the beach or relaxing by the pool! There is also an extra outdoor shower!!
