The home offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides privacy and includes a spacious deck with a gas grill—perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.
Additional conveniences include complimentary high-speed wireless internet and streaming/smart TVs. Bed linens, bath towels, and a starter kit of toiletries are provided, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a cleansing bar. A Keurig coffee maker is also included.
Please note the washer and dryer are located in the detached finished garage just off the back deck. Per Isle of Palms regulations, the garage is not permitted for guest occupancy and is for laundry and storage only.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $250 pet fee. Guests are kindly asked to clean up after pets prior to departure. No smoking is permitted.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PARKING IS PERMITTED ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF THIS HOME. THE POLICE WILL ISSUE A CITATION FOR ANY CAR NOT PARKED IN A DRIVEWAY. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS BUT DRIVEWAY ONLY.
