Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player ausgestattet. Master und 2. Zimmer befinden sich auf der oberen Ebene und teilen sich ein (1) Badezimmer. Das dritte Zimmer im geräumigen Untergeschoss verfügt über ein komplettes Badezimmer und einen Fernseher mit VHS- und DVD-Playern, ein perfektes Zimmer für Kinder. Waschküche komplett ausgestattet. Ruhige, waldreiche Gegend in entspannenden Deck genießen. Das Hotel liegt an der Mountain Road, ungefähr auf halber Strecke (ca. 8-10 Minuten) zwischen dem Dorf und dem Skigebiet (Spruce & Mt Mansfield). Eric was a wonderful renter and we truly enjoyed hosting them at our Stowe condo. Communication was clear and timely from booking through checkout. They treated the condo with great care, followed house rules, and left the place clean and well organized. We would happily host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts.

We love the Fox Hill Condo area! Central to both town and skiing. This unit met our needs perfectly - was clean with everything we needed included. Great owner communication as well. Recommended!!

Perfect

The condo was an amazing place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty all about me. I'm returning very soon with my children, this is the only place I'll stay when visiting Stowe. I recommend it for anyone looking for a private retreat or a fun place for the family.

Great Fall getaway

We had a great weekend in this condo! It was very clean, had comfortable beds and was equipped with everything we needed. Awesome places to eat, lots of good exercise, great shopping and even a movie. We fit it all in. Eduardo's place was warm and inviting, easy to book and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect and cozy

This rental was great for a quick ski trip for my family. The unit was cozy, warm and just the right size for the 4 of us. Eduardo was always there to answer our questions during the booking process. The unit is also very affordable for being only 10 minutes from the mountain. If we do a Stowe trip next year, we will definitely stay here again!

A Comfortable condo

We spent 3 nights at the unit biking in the area and very much enjoyed ourselves. The location is excellent, just up the hill from a couple of fun restaurants/bars. The unit was comfortable for 5 adults, and the back deck was nice to hang out on and have a beer after a day's ride. The unit provides good value for the rental rate. I enjoyed it very much.

Nice, but not great

Comfortable enough in main living/dining room area. A bit "old & tired" however, and the carpets definitely need replacing. Also, double beds don't cut it for adult couples -- need queens at least!

Very surprise to hear this, due to the fact that the condo is well maintained and kept up to date. Moreover, the condo is equipped with 2 queen beds (in different rooms) so I don't understand why you did not use them. Of course, my place is humble but I can ensure you that fulfill all family needs.

We will not be back again

The property was not clean and we could not use the lower level because of the damp and musty smell. This place needs a major overhaul (still stuck in the 70's) which is not reflected in the on line photos. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

Your review is a big surprise to me because you never told me of any problem with the condo, when we talked over the phone. For your information the condo is thoroughly cleaned after all stays. Moreover, other renters have complimented about the excellent cleaning. As for the condo description, it is as described in the site photos and description, if you have the need of luxury it is better for you to book a 5 stars hotel. Stowe is about nature and the simple things of life. Enjoy life as it is! All material things are second.

Very Comfortable

My husband and I really liked this condo, it's the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped the stove, fridge and dishwasher look almost brand new and worked very well. The weber bbq is in very good shape. The washer and dryer work very well. The over all feel of the condo is comfortable and cozy. If you like it quiet quiet is what you'll get. There is a gas wood stove in the living room which we didn't use because there were no instructions on how to use it. The upstairs bedrooms are a good size and the basement bedroom was very comfortable. We didn't use the pool at all but we did take a look at it, it's a good size and very clean. We really liked it here and will most likely rent this unit again in the future.

Warning for Future Renters

For future renters, be aware that during the winter the road leading to the property is treacherous before it is plowed. Additionally, the host provided confusing instructions about the property and did not include all of the rules that resulted in charges for us afterwards. For example, DON'T use any additional towels from the closets because the host tried to charge us for using extra towels... Fine property, but make sure to take photos of any damage you see beforehand because you will be held accountable for it once you check out.

The guest did some minor damages to the condo and never reported them, so a claim was issued with the insurance company (that is the reason to have insurance), so we never charge the guest for the damages. This situation caused a dramatic reaction by the guest, for such a minor issue. As for the towels, towels were provided to the all guests to be used during their stay, but it was explained to the guest that it is not allowed to used all towels stored in all closets in the condo, which are over 20-25 towels and to clarified that we did not charge them any extra fee for the additional laundry. Some times you can not please everyone, such is life. Hope the best to the guest!

Great stay in Stowe for the holidays

The Fox Run condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and one toddler to stay for a Christmas ski vacation. The location is an easy drive to the resort and to all that the town of Stowe has to offer. Eduardo was a great host, and helped us out when the town lost power due to the wind storm. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Setting

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful setting. Condo can use some updates and outlets in upstairs bathroom, as well as at least one mirror in queen room upstairs. Made it a little challenging for 4 women to get ready.

Nice Location

It was comfortable but wed had to go buy toilet paper. The was no extra in the house. We had 7 adults and it would have been more comfortable for 6 unless some were children.

Fall Stay in Vermont

Overall the property was good. It needs a facelift as it is slightly worn. There were some cleaning issues that were not to my standards but the owner was very responsive.
