Das La Luna ist eines der Apartments im Obergeschoss der Casa Ventana al Cielo. Es besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 1/2 Bäder in einem geräumigen 750 sq. Ft .. Es gibt einen großen offenen Wohnbereich mit Türen im Lanai-Stil, die zu einer privaten Terrasse führen. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Bucht, den Pool, die Gärten und den Dschungel und natürlich die unglaublichen Sonnenuntergänge! Das Gerät verfügt über eine große Master-Suite mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, Klimaanlage und Luxus-Bettwäsche sowie einen Safe. Es gibt eine Badewanne vor dem Meister mit einer riesigen Dusche mit Kiesboden. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank, einen Gasherd und einen Backofen sowie alle Töpfe, Pfannen und Utensilien, in denen Sie Ihren gesamten Urlaub zubereiten können (wer möchte das tun?).Wir haben auch ein ionisiertes Wasserfiltersystem installiert, das das Wasser im ganzen Haus trinkbar macht. Es gibt einen Esstisch im Wohnbereich sowie einen auf der Terrasse. Der komfortable Wohnbereich verfügt zusätzlich über ein WC. Unser Haus befindet sich auf der ruhigen Nordseite in der neu fertiggestellten Calle Coral, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Restaurants, Märkten und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ende unserer Straße entfernt. Sayulita hat alles was man für einen kurzen Spaziergang braucht, hier ist kein Auto nötig!
Wir haben 3 Jahreszeiten in Sayulita, aber das Wetter und der Sonnenschein sind fast immer da! Die Preise sind wie folgt: Hochsaison, November - April 155 USD pro Nacht, 1050 USD pro Woche. Zwischensaison, Oktober und Mai 140 $ Nacht, 930 $ Woche. Nebensaison, Juni - September 100 $ Nacht, 650 $ Woche. Urlaubspreise Weihnachten. Neujahr und Osterwoche, nur 1300 US-Dollar pro Woche. Amazing place and location

Great spot!

This is the perfect place to stay in Sayulita if you are looking to relax. It’s close enough to all the great spots in town to be convenient, but just removed enough to be quiet with solitude. Kerry, Ricky, and Antoineta were perfect hosts. Will be back!

We had a 5-star experience, hands down an amazing property, and communication before/throughout the stay. The location is stellar, the pool was amazing, and everything was perfect. I am still missing it immensely and am ready to return and stay at this property again. :)

Wonderful stay in Sayulita!

This is our second time returning to this rental. We enjoyed it so much the first time, we wanted to stay her again. The views are wonderful and the accommodations are have everything you would need. We love the location to walk into town but be far enough away to enjoy the quiet and tranquility. Also, close to the north beach which we enjoy. We will definitely be looking to stay at Kerry’s place again in our next trip!

Wonderful place to stay, incredible views! Wonderful to wake up in the morning with the view of the ocean and the town below. Antonieta, the property manager was awesome. She answered any question we had very quickly and was always there to help. We loved all the wildlife and the birds and the roosters nearby with all their incredible sounds that we heard in the morning and all during the day.

The property was nice and the view spectacular. It comes with a price though in climbing hills and stairs. The worst part was festival taking place that blasted super loud music from 7 to wee hours of the morning. It drove us indoors to hideout in the bedroom. So so

Hola, Yes, we are located at the top of a hill, hence the spectacular views. But sorry about the festival. The Mexican culture is very festive and when there is an event, festival, wedding, funeral etc. they like to celebrate all night. We too either join them, or retreat to inside our home with the windows and doors closed. Just a way of life here.

Ideally located and a great view

We spent 3 nights at Kerry and Rick's place and really enjoyed our stay. Kerry and Rick took great care of us. The house is located up on a pretty steep hill, which is a bit of work to get up to but the view more than makes up for it. The house is a quick walk into town but far enough that it isn't noisy. The house itself is really well arranged and the filtration system makes it so you can drink straight from the faucet which is really convenient. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The 2 upstairs units both open onto a patio that is divided by a wall that you can see through and a door that can open between the two. It would be a great place to come if you have 2 groups of 2 and you want to rent both top units or a larger group and get the whole house (including the 2 bedroom downstairs unit). We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, clean, good value for money

We loved our stay in Sayulita. The property was good. Had everything we could have wanted. Kitchen was well set up and had everything we could have wanted. It's not a 5 star accommodation but very comfortable. There was a lot of inclines getting there. Road construction was being done at the end of the drive, which no one can control, but made our taxi drop off the first day a little strenuous, since we had all our groceries, beer, water, etc. with us. The pool wasn't heated, so I didn't even go in and my husband did in very short dips. The bed was super comfortable for us. There is one and half baths, but there is an opening between the two, high on the wall, and there is no door on the ensuite off the bedroom, in other words, there is no privacy really in either bath. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Communication with Ricky and Kerry was excellent, and the whole transaction was handled seamlessly. Good value for money spent.

Truly a Window to Heaven

What an amazing place to stay. As much fun as we had in Sayulita, some of our best moments were just relaxing at the casa. From the start, our host Kerry was amazing. Very communicative and even gave a ton of info to help make sure our trip was a great one. Once we arrived, we were met by the property Manager, Antonieta, and she was very kind and informative! The place itself was VERY clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Whether waking up with a cup of coffee or watching the sunset with an adult soda, the views on the patio were breathtaking! The pool was very nice and great to enjoy. We spent a lot of time relaxing there as it was peaceful. The location is perfect. While we did rent a golf cart (and it was needed to get to friends on the North side of town), we could easily walk anywhere. You are not even two blocks from convenient stores and places to eat and drink. The town square isn't but a few minutes walk further! Some people may want to stay closer to or on the beach, but to be honest, being up the hill had so many more advantages. There was more of a breeze in the evenings and a LOT LESS bugs compared to our friends staying in a beach front house. I highly recommend staying at Ventana al Cielo when visiting Sayulita. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything Kerry and crew!

6 nights in Paradise

We were in Sayulita for the 3rd time for a wedding so knew this place would be a great choice for our stay and we were not disappointed. The space is a perfect stay for 2. My partner worked remotely several times throughout the trip and La Luna provided enough space for him to do so without me stepping on his toes! We spent many evenings on our private patio. The property manager was very friendly and easy to get in touch with. A golf cart isn't absolutely necessary, but because we knew we were staying for a while, Kerry and Ricky were able to connect us with a local company. The property has an equipped kitchen which allowed us to make breakfast every morning. Overall, our stay was great. Should we find ourselves in Sayulita for a 4th time we will consider La Luna again!

From start to finish, first rate. We were greeted at the door by Antonia who also checked in with us when we landed. She was great. We stayed in the La Luna space, which is on the second floor, closest to the water. Fantastic. It is furnished with everything you need. As if someone was living here. The space is very comfortable. Ricky and Terry were great hosts. It was wonderful having a sunset cocktail with them. Good restaurants just down the street, or a 10 minute walk into town. We will definately be staying again.

Awesome place!

Beautiful top floor apartment very close to downtown and the beach. The owners were very nice and made us feel right at home. The views are amazing and the pictures online don’t quite capture how gorgeous the place is. Highly recommended.

Aahh!

I had not expected Sayulita to be such a vibrant tourist spot. This location is perfect because you are above it all, yet everything is so close- just a few minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, daily shopping needs, the markets, clubs, and the tourist shops. Be aware, that being "above it all," means there is a climb up the hill and approximately 60 stairsteps to the apartment. But, it is worth it and I accomplished it daily even though I use a cane. The owners are very accommodating and want to do everything to make your stay a pleasant experience. The property manager and staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you have any needs, just let them know. This unit is one of three units in the building. If the other units are unrented, this would be a very romantic spot. As a single, I found it quite serene and relaxing. If either of the other units are occupied, the layout still allows for privacy but with ample common area and amenities to share. The entire property would also be excellent for friend or family reunion.

Been coming to Sayulita about 20 years, never thought we would be so lucky to own a place in this charming pueblo, but here we are offering it to you as well. Ricky is retired from the tech world and currently plays golf, remodels homes and practices Haidong Gumdo, (Korean Sword Art) Kerry is a Martial Arts instructor (Haidong Gumdo and Tae Kwan Do) and is a potter and Property Manager. We reside in McKinney TX with our 3 dogs in a 1870's home.
