Unsere Ferienhäuser sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt auf 3 Hektar, umgeben von für immer wildem Staatsland. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN, Kabel, Feuerstellen und Grills. Günstig gelegen zwischen Saranac Lake und Lake Placid. Kommen Sie und sehen Sie, warum unsere Gäste Jahr für Jahr wiederkommen! Geöffnet von Juni bis September. Sorry, keine Haustiere.

Der Raum:
Cottage Nr. 2 verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es verfügt über ein großes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und ein großes Bett im Schlafzimmer. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschkabine.

Wir sind ein Familienunternehmen, das stolz auf unser Eigentum ist. Wir halten unsere Kabinen sauber und gepflegt. Wir wohnen auf dem Grundstück und werden hier sein, um Ihre Fragen zu beantworten. Wir sind nur 5 Minuten in beide Richtungen vom Lake Placid und Saranac See entfernt. Wir sind direkt an der Autobahn 86, aber unser Eigentum ist ruhig und friedlich.

Gastzugang:
Wir haben kostenloses Wifi im ganzen Haus verteilt. Unsere Gäste sagen, dass die Geschwindigkeit und die Signalstärke unabhängig von Ihrem Aufenthaltsort sehr gut sind. Es gibt gemeinschaftliche Gasgrills, Adirondack-Stühle, Picknicktische, Feuerstellen und Hufeisen, die unsere Gäste kostenlos nutzen können. Auf dem Grundstück verkaufen wir auch Brennholz. Das Parken ist reichlich und kostenlos. Eine Tankstelle mit Lebensmitteln, Sandwiches, Bier, Eis usw. ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Morenos Cottages wurden von Tessie und Tony Moreno, meiner Tante und meinem Onkel, 1923 gegründet. Onkel Tony baute dieses Anwesen im Laufe der Jahre von Hand und Tante Tessie führte das Geschäft mit Disziplin und harter Arbeit. David und Joyce Anteau sowie David Anteau Jr. sind sehr stolz auf unser Familienerbe hier. Wir werden ständig aktualisiert und umgestaltet, um den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste so angenehm und entspannend wie möglich zu gestalten.

Great cottage!

If you're looking for a retreat between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake, this is the perfect place. The owner was great to work with and suggested several local restaurant options. It is clean and affordable; you can't go wrong.

Fantastic Adirondack Stay

Moreno’s was a wonderful stay, our cabin was very clean and well kept with every amenity we could have asked for. Everything was clean, well maintained. This nice Adirondack location is perfectly place right between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid.

Liked the location, close to Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. Cabin was cozy and warm with snow shoeing trails nearby. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Didn’t like the bathroom faucet, had to hold handle in order to get water, needs updating. Felt kitchen was lacking a few amenities that all other places have provided (toaster, salt and pepper).

Cabin get away

Nice little cabin just off the main road. I don't like being in town, so this was perfect. My only issue was the propane grill. It was so rusted we couldnt use it.

Michael thanks for coming. We're sorry you were inconvenience by that grill. However, it wasn't supposed to be even offered.. We discovered after you left that somebody had found that Grill in a junk pile behind our shed and dragged it the 200 yards over there, when we were cleaning nobody noticed it. We have charcoal grills for every single cabin! It's too bad that you didn't mention it, we would have let you know right away that there are several that you could have enjoyed. We regret your inconvenience and that it cost us one star out of five as well. The one common theme we share with all of our customers is : please tell us if you need something! Barb, while we are sorry for your experience that a mouse had traversed this cabin in the woods, we strongly disagree that our cabins are "not clean" and 2 -star rated as a result. You made no attempt to contact us for any assistance, to show us your concern, or give us the opportunity to address your needs. This seems unfair, given, our complete willingness to help our customers at any time. It is regrettable that you felt the need to damage our small business ireparably and forever, rather than just reach out upon arrival for assistnace. I guess that is the "new normal" in the "internet review" age!

Weekend in Adirondacks

We came for the weekend to kayak and hike. The cabin was a great central location to Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. Perfect and close to high peak region and to explore the towns. There is a grocery store right down the road if you need anything and gas station on the corner. The cabin was nice and clean, and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom as we were double booked due to a system error. They took care of it right away. The cabin has everything we needed and a nice fire pit outback. There are also trails right at the end of the road to hike. Great stay!

Wonderful ADK cottage!

Had a great stay at Moreno’s cottages for IM Lake Placid ‘22! If you’re looking for an authentic Adirondack Cottage stay, this is a great place to stay. An easy 8 minute drive to Lake Placid, as well as the fire hall where the shuttle picks up and drops off, it is a great location. There’s a great convenience store within walking distance and the grocery is 5 minutes away. It’s quiet, but has everything you would need. There’s a great outdoors area with a grill, fire pit and a picnic table. The Wi-Fi was great as well. I would HIGHLY recommend for IM weekend, or any other visit to the area!

Tiny Cottage

You could tell when entering the cabin it had been well cleaned. It was small! The cabin had great hot water but the bathroom was tiny. The pretty, huge and high double bed is encased by 3 walls. It was dangerous to get up in the night particularly for the inside person. The cabin's kitchen is poorly equipped. What was there looked like it came from a thrift store. The internet connection was fabulous so it was better than camping. The cabin is not the VRBO quality we had experienced before. I guess you get what you pay for. Helen Davenport

Nice Fall Getaway

Moreno's cottage #2 was just as advertised. It was centrally located, small but very clean. The owner was easy to reach for any questions or assistance. This cottage had everything we needed. A nice stay for a beautiful fall visit to the Saranac- Lake Placid area.

My fishing trip to Saranac

When we arrived at the cabins with boat in tow was concerned about the driveway not having room to park trailer and truck but with a small field on one end of the cabins I was able to park the boat there. Contacted the owners to let them know and had no complaints from other campers
