Genießen Sie diese schöne erste Etage 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung, die 8-10 schläft und ist gut geeignet für zwei Familien, um den Urlaub zusammen zu genießen!

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Wand aus Glasschiebetüren, die auf die abgeschirmte Veranda öffnen. Nach einem Tag voller Sonne und Spaß ist es ein großartiger Ort, um einen Cocktail zu genießen! Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem Komfort von zu Hause. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett. Das nächste Zimmer hat ein komplettes Bett mit Bad auf der anderen Seite der Halle. Das letzte Schlafzimmer hat Etagenbetten und ein Tagesbett mit Ausziehbett. Zusätzliche Schlafplätze finden Sie auf dem brandneuen Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Wir sind eine rauch- und haustierfreie Wohnung, aber Ultra-Kind freundlich mit vielen Spielen, Büchern und DVDs. Es gibt sogar einen Hochstuhl, Pack-n-Play und, Buggy für Kinderwagen. sind direkt über den See von einem tollen Spielplatz und einen kurzen Spaziergang zu einem der vielen Pools.

Perfect spot

This space was the perfect size and so convenient for our family. Enough space to sleep comfortably, lounge, cook; we enjoyed the porch, love being in Sea Colony and we would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay

This was our first visit to sea colony and won’t be our last! The community itself was wonderful with activities for the whole family. The transport via bus or trolley around the community was excellent and easy to navigate. The property itself was perfect for our needs and as described.

Family stay at Sea Colony

The unit is as shown in the pictures. There was plenty of space and room for at least 7 people to sleep. The living area was comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cleaning supplies, condiments, and equipment. It was a bit dark as a result of the location, but we were out much of the time.

Wonderful condo and great host

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The screened in porch had enough seating so our family could spend time there in the evenings. I believe they have a brand new sofa that was not pictured. Our host was quick to respond to our needs/questions. We would love to rent this condo again, in the future.

The house is newly updated and clean. The host, Amy, was incredibly responsive. Location is wonderful. She really didn’t miss a detail in making her guests feel comfortable.

Quiet getaway

We had a delightful stay here. The location is very convenient to the trolley and bus stop. The house was clean, quiet, and well stocked (kitchen supplies, games, books, beach chairs, etc). Amy was very communicative and the check in/out process was easy. We'd definitely stay again! Next time we'd bring our own pillows and a beach umbrella as we couldn't locate that, but those were very minor and otherwise it was fantastic!

Wonderful family vacation

This property is perfect for a family vacation. My sister and I planned this trip so our mom could spend time with the grandkids (18 months, 6 and 11) and this condo was just right! We loved the screened porch and proximity to the bus/tram stop and short walk to a pool and playground. If you plan to do a lot of cooking/baking, you may want to bring your favorite pan or utensil. The available kitchen supplies were standard and worked fine for us, but we could have used a larger frying pan and perhaps a cake pan for Rice Krispie treats or brownies, especially since we had a full house to feed. That did not impact our stay or enjoyment of the space. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all that Sea Colony has to offer! Amy’s communication was fantastic and prompt. Our one small issue with the lockbox was addressed quickly and Amy even extended the time of checkout to make up for the short delay on check-in which was appreciated when having small kids to pack up! We would love to go back to this location again!

A sad rental unit

This is a sad rental unit. We have been Sea Colony owners for 20 years and recently sold our unit. I have been in many units and unfortunately, this unit is probably the worst one I have seen. The unit shows little updating since 1990s. The furniture and bedding is tired, the walls need painting and the lighting is dim, especially in the dining room and primary bathroom. The mattress in the primary bedroom has dips in it; You do not need king sheets as this queen mattress is not that deep. The deck has several rusted metal chairs and two rockers in need of painting. The deck out from the dining room has much debris on it. The kitchen is minimally furnished. All in all a very depressing rental that does not represent the other lovely, updated condos available for rent in Sea Colony. Luckily the weather was stellar and we did not need to spend much time in the unit. On the positive, the owner was very responsive when responding to questions.

Great stay

Nestled in the tennis community at Sea Colony, the property is amidst beautiful surroundings and the screened in outside area was great for mornings and evenings spent chatting outside. Close to local transport stops and sea colony amenities, would definitely return for future visits.

Great Place!

Hostess was always available with any questions leading up to our stay. We did not need to contact her during the stay at all. Location was good. Kids DVDs and board games were clutch after the three kids had long days at the ocean. Would definitely stay again in the future!

The property was perfect for my family. Clean, well-maintained first floor condo in a woodsy private part of Sea Colony that had everything we needed. The condo had a wonderful location and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The owner was excellent with communication and was very accommodating. Additionally, the condo had a very private location while still being close to everything. Overall a great time!

Nice for small families

Property was true to the listing. The location was a little further from the tram stops but loved the little nook we were in, gave a better sense of privacy. Especially this specific property, backs up to a nice privacy fence so no one is around when you’re on the outside porch. Lovely neighborhood. Nice for small families with kids. We had 5-6 adults at times and 1 toddler so it fit us nicely but the room with bunks is better suited for kids.

Relaxing, wonderful property

This three bedroom 2 bathroom unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also clean and exactly as advertised. This unit was close enough to the tram system to walk to both green and yellow lines, actually a short walk to a pool as well. I would book this again with no hesitations.

Good enough

We stayed here with our family for a week. The property was very clean and included beach toys, board games, and most of the kitchen supplies we needed. We love Sea Colony, and overall it was fine for a beach stay. A few things could use improvement: -My wife and I both found the mattress in the master very uncomfortable. -The living room and dining room are rather dark. More lighting there would have been appreciated. -The drawers dressers in two of the three bedrooms would either fall out if opened more than a few inches or were so stiff they were an ordeal to open. Those could be fixed with proper drawer sliders. Overall, it was "good enough" for our week at the beach though.
