Dieses schöne Haus am Strand von Oscoda befindet sich am Zuckerstrand des Lake Huron mit 60 Fuß Front. Der wunderschöne Lake Huron Beach und die wunderschönen Sonnenaufgänge bieten Familien einen ruhigen Rückzugsort. Entspannen Sie sich im Schatten unter unserer überdachten Terrasse oder sonnen Sie sich am Strand!

Das Strandhaus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer mit Gas Kamin, Mudroom mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, 2 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer (# 1 Master mit Königin; # 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Zwillingen; # 3 Schlafzimmer mit voller / Doppelkoje; plus eine ausziehbare Couch).

Gehen Sie eine von drei großen Glasschiebetüren auf eine expansive schöne teilweise überdachte Komposit-Terrasse. Von dort aus betreten Sie den Zuckersandstrand und wandern dann in das schöne, seichte, klare Wasser des Lake Huron. Das Deck ist auch mit einer Außendusche ausgestattet.

Die Straßenseite des Hauses hat eine große Rasenfläche, so dass es viel Platz für Gartenspiele gibt und neben der Auffahrt befindet sich ein Basketballkorb.

Die Lage ist 2 Meilen südlich von Oscoda, die einen eigenen öffentlichen Park (einschließlich Spielplatz und Strand), Restaurants, Eisdielen, Bowling, Putt-Putt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Kino hat. Etwa 9 Meilen südlich ist East Tawas mit einer großen Arena, einer Vielzahl von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr! Das Haus ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt von Kanufahren, Golfen, Einkaufen, Radwege, Beeren pflücken und zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Holzfällerdenkmal, Eagle's Nest Aussichtspunkte, Iargo Springs, Canoer's Memorial, Tawas Point Leuchtturm und andere).

Ausstattung: Feuerstelle am Strand mit Stühlen, Außendusche, Volleyball, Basketball, Gasgrill und Gartenmöbel.

Familienzimmer: Wifi TV & Wireless Internet.

Küche: Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd / Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Keurig Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen, Gläser, Besteck und vieles mehr.

Wäschetrockner. Die Schlafzimmer Böden, Geräte, Möbel und expansive Composite-Deck und Überhang sind alle neu ab dem Jahr 2015. Alles ist frisch, sauber und bereit zu genießen!

Great Family Getaway

Perfect Family Getaway

We LOVED this house and the beautiful beachfront property. Our kids had the best time - meals and games on the beautiful back deck, swimming and playing in the sand, fun trips to putt putt and downtown Tawas, s’mores at night. I could go on and on. I’d be remiss not to mention the AMAZING neighbors next door who were so kind in offering suggestions on where to go and what to do and my kids adored their kids/grandkids. We really hope to be back next year!

Wonderful beach house

This vacation home is clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved watching the amazing sunrises from the master bedroom and the wonderful covered deck. Perfect Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our time at this house. The location was perfect. My kids spent hours running up and down the beach and building sand castles. We made so many amazing memories here including our baby crawling for the first time. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. Fabulous private lakefront home

My family of 8 had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The water was crystal clear, the sandy area, although smaller than it normally is, was perfect for my daughters to play in, the outdoor covered dining table with incredible views was used nightly and the open floor plan worked well for our family of 8. The Perfect Waterfront Getaway

We had an absolutely amazing time at this lake house! The views were incredible, the house was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped! There was nothing that we needed that was not available to us. Close to grocery stores and a few sites of Oscoda. There is nothing more relaxing than listening to the waves as the background to a bonfire!! Property owner is extremely responsive, and a pleasure to work with! We will definitely rent this home again in the future!

Friends weekend

Four old friends got together here for a long weekend. I love to cook so we spent most of the time in the house cooking, eating, and laughing. :). We did try to go out for dinner one night and the selection of restaurants here is quite limited. The home is beautiful and the waterfront view and outdoor space is spectacular! Six of our family enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful home right on Lake Huron. The first time in 2022. The deck is wonderful ! We had all our dinners there! The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared all meals . It was hard to leave such a beautiful setting. We enjoyed lots of beach time, kayaking, swimming. Weather was mostly sunny which allowed us to be outside most of the time. The only con was lack of drawer space in the bedrooms! That won’t keep us from booking though. A great enjoyable and restful week! We hope to return next year!

Amazing house!!

We had the best weekend at this property! The house is beautiful and was very clean! One surprise was that there is access to the water, so you can swim. I thought it was directly on the water with a rock wall, but you have an amazing beach, just adds more to the experience! Also, the deck is beautiful (and huge), our whole family basically lived on it the whole weekend. The house is stocked with essentials so it makes for an easy stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and she was very responsive to questions and helpful information. We had the perfect weekend & will be back!

Family vacation

We had a very enjoyable time at this beautiful beach house. Even with the high water level there was lots of beach for the kiddos to play. The water in front is quite shallow for a ways out which was also nice for the littles. Beth left us a nice little welcome gift on the table (Thank you for that :o)) and checked in mid week to make sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of wood by the front door to make a fire on the beach and just a note to replenish what we used. The beach house is situated between Oscoda and Tawas so we went into both towns during the week. We look forward to returning to this exceptional property.

Beautiful place! Would love to come back!

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary trip and it was wonderful! The view is amazing along with the deck. The home had all kitchen items we needed to make meals. The communication and responsiveness of Beth was top notch. When going to rent any sort of property the type of communication received is what I hope for every time! Thank you for being so thoughtful and welcoming. A few cons- the floors looked like they could use a good steam mopping/mopping and the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortably firm although we do understand the comfort level of a mattress is different for everyone. With that being said, these few minor cons would not stop my wife and I from coming back again. In fact we would love to come back sometime!

The view on the deck is wonderful!

We had an issue that occurred but it was taken care of. I gave 4 stars but would have been a 5 star if that issue would have not happened. Pros - kitchen is well stocked and nicely organized. Plenty of bath towels which was great. The best is the view from living room and deck. The deck is wonderful for all weather since it is partially covered. Cons - the pillows need to be replaced. In the master bedroom there is nowhere to hang clothing or furniture to place suitcases. Some hooks by the front door would be helpful to hang sweatshirts, etc. Overall this is a great place to stay and we have booked for next year already! That says it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely property with our family. The grandchildren loved playing in the sand right next to the deck. A plus for families with young children are the rocks separating the home from the water, it worked well telling the children that they could not go beyond the rocks to the water without an adult. The view is just as pictured in the listing, the expansive deck is fabulous! The property has been updated with hardwoods and tile, a must for a house on the lake. The owner, Beth was very helpful in all respects with quick communication. The only negative was that there is absolutely no way to hang up clothing in the master; no closet, no hooks, nothing. Beth was advised of this inconvenience which is highly unusual for a vacation rental in this price range.

Beautiful Lake Huron

Property is beautiful. Lake Huron is clear as glass. Home was clean, secure and had a new kitchen which was really nice. Living room and common areas were spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately when we arrived there was no wifi, and Verizon service was very spotty, so we had to drive north into town to call the Property manager who responded right away. I had to spend the next afternoon waiting for the internet service provider to arrive then fix the problem. This was a major inconvenience and cut into our vacation time significantly. All 5 beds are uncomfortable. They are clearly old, loud and very firm from overuse. There was a thin mattress pad on the master it made no difference. None of us were able to sleep. We ended our trip 2 days early because of this. A listing that states luxury should have sufficient beds.

Amazing view!

We really enjoyed our relaxing week at this property. Due to the large glass windows across the back of the property, you could always see the water from the main living areas and the master bedroom. It almost looked as if we were floating! The property was very clean and and clearly updated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. It had a nice open set-up and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The area was quiet and peaceful. The owner was easy to get in touch with and even left us a welcome basket. We would not hesitate to rent this again! The only cons for us were that the master bed mattress was a little uncomfortable, and you had to replace any proprane that was used in the grill, so we just chose not to use it because this seemed like it would be a pain. The TV was a little small, but this didn't bother us as at all because we hadn't planned on watching any - didn't need to with that amazing view outside! But these were not big things! After I posted some pictures of our trip on Facebook, I had severals friends get in touch with me wanting the information about this rental!

Great family stay!

Beautiful home amd fantastic location. Clean as a whistle! We enjoyed walking on the beach and easy access to town. Kitchen and home are fully stocked. Lake Huron is beautiful and sparkling clear, we had our own polar plunge!! Great stay and we would rent again.

Our family of five lives in mid-Michigan, and we thoroughly enjoy living and playing in this great State throughout each of its four seasons. We ski in the winter, and in the hot summer months, relaxing at a beach and playing in the beautiful waters is a must. We had always wanted to rent or stay at a place where you can open the door and walk right onto the beach. It still seems like a dream that we now are owners of such a beautiful place! It is simply our favorite getaway, and we are so happy to share it with others! Also, in the autumn, the nearby attractions are sensational. The colors are in abundance and our favorite place to view them is along the River Road Scenic Byway by the Au Sable River. Simply breathtaking!

We fell in love with this beach house when we first saw it and are absolutely thrilled to be its owners. As soon as you step foot within, the outside is calling your name. The multiple large sliding glass doors beckon you outside onto the expansive composite deck. From there, you walk onto the beautiful sugar sand beach, with the clear and sparkling Lake Huron waters just steps away. The beach house itself was remodeled in 2014-2015, and is fresh, clean, and beautifully decorated. The composite deck is partially covered so you can still enjoy the beautiful outdoors while taking a break from the sun's rays. Listen to the waves, relax, or play in this piece of Pure Michigan paradise! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The beach house is located directly on Lake Huron and has phenomenal sunrise views. Enjoy the serenity of this gorgeous home and beach from inside, on the expansive partially covered deck, or directly on the sand itself. You can dine outside under the covered deck and clean off the day in our outside shower. While the inside of the home is absolutely beautiful, truly the outside living area is the gem of this property.
