Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Herzen des Grand Lake. Die Vorderseite des Grundstücks ist der Stadt zugewandt, während die Rückseite zum Grand Lake zeigt. Eines von nur einer Handvoll Hotels in Grand Lake, das das Beste von beidem bietet. Nur 5 Minuten vom Eingang des Rocky Mountain National Park entfernt.

Das Anwesen wurde im Jahr 2017 gekauft und komplett renoviert. Es ist 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und 1080 qm. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett, während der Gast zwei volle Betten hat. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist voll ausziehbar. Der Platz schläft bequem 6. Das Anwesen ist auch mit WIFI und Kabel-TV ausgestattet. Es hat eine voll funktionsfähige Küche mit allen Geschirr und Besteck für diejenigen, die lieber kochen möchten. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Gaskamin. In der Unterkunft befindet sich auch eine Sauna. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich in der Unterkunft. Bestimmte Arten von Paketen können bei der Ankunft ebenfalls auf Anfrage angefertigt werden.

Die Seen sind sehr sauber und das Angeln und Bootfahren sind fantastisch. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Sandstrand zum Schwimmen und einen öffentlichen Steg, der tagsüber genutzt werden kann. Paddle-Boarding, Volleyball, Kajakfahren, Bootfahren, Einkaufen und Wandern sind alle innerhalb von 1 Minute von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wenn Sie den Winter bevorzugen, erreichen Sie die Unterkunft innerhalb von 1 Minute zum Eisfischen und Schneemobilfahren. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie in 45 Minuten das Skigebiet Winter Park.

The location and views of the lake are excellent. The fit and finish of the bedrooms and bathrooms was poor. The overall impression was that the bedrooms and bathrooms were not as clean as they could be. The master bath was contacted to a storage room that was gross. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the condo

BEAUTIFUL SOLITUDE

This condo is ideally located on Grand Lake and next to Rocky Mountain National Park.We enjoyed the beautiful view, the peace, the solitude, a visit to RMNP, and the quiet yet vibrant town of Grand Lake, including a fine performance by the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater (2 blocks from the condo). The condo was wonderful - everything as advertised. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing view of the lake! Nicely appointed condo with everything you need. Walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping. We were there primarily to hike and fish, it didn’t disappoint! You will love this place and the owner was very responsive. If you get a chance check out the Repertory Theatre, it was great.

This property has it all! Fantastic views and ideal location. We were able to walk everywhere in 5 minutes. It was delightful to have coffee on the deck with panoramic views of the lake. Quiet and perfect!

Best Location in town

We absolutely loved the property, the views were spectacular and the location is the best. Recommendations are to bring a blow dryer, property doesn’t have one. Definitely cute, clean, safe, and comfy. Would 100% return.

Beautiful spot in Grand Lake

Perfect location and a lovely little condo. TV wasn't working while we were there, but who needs a TV in a beautiful spot like this. Close to town but still peacefull & quiet.The kids loved the cuddle buddie blankets and we all loved the view and hummingbirds on the deck. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Lake & Mountain View!!!

Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the deck was incredible! Other then exploring RMNP, our mornings and evenings on the deck were our favorite. Grand Lake is such a cute town! Hope to visit again one day!

Perfect spot at Grand Lake

Couldn’t have had a better stay. Beautiful place right on the water. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the birds soar over the lake. The views from the dinner table were perfect as well. We even got to see a rainbow one evening. Shane was a responsive host. We’d certainly choose to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Great amenities and a more beautiful view than expected!! Some things to note, there was a missing coffee maker so recommend bringing a French press if you have it. Additionally, if you’re cooking for a crowd, the fire alarm is sensitive and the exhaust fan isn’t that effective so if you’re cooking a lot at once just be mindful of heat/exhaust. That aside, if we do go back would 10/10 book this place again :) A wonderful time in an even more wonderfully maintained Vrbo.

We loved the great location close to downtown and on the waterfront. So easy to walk the waterfront and downtown for shopping, restaurants and ice cream! The remodeling and upgrades made for a enjoyable stay. Shane was quick to respond to a message and very helpful. We would definitely return!

It was great, great location nice views awesome weather could not have been better. The only negative was when the neighbors got there and where upstairs above us. Real noisy had kids running and jumping on the floor. Outside of that it was great. Although we dont have anything to compare this stay to. First vacation in 30 years..

Incredible view, wonderful location

My family stayed here for a September wedding in Granby. The view from inside the condo and on the balcony was just beautiful. We felt the condo was well equipped. We were able to make some frozen foods one night. Plenty of room for our whole family to eat. Being able to do laundry is a big perk for our family. Even my mother in law was impressed with how modern and pretty the inside of the condo was. Very close to entering RMNP. We saw a huge black bear just below the balcony so be aware after dark! We would definitely return next time we are in Grand Lake. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great Lakefront Rental

We found this property last minute while on a road trip through Colorado. Booking was extremely easy as well as the check in process. The amazing view of the lake and the location right in town were the highlights of our stay! The space is bright, clean, and comfortable. Parking was easy. Really had everything you need for a nice getaway on the lake or to RMNP.

Greetings. My name is Shane Graham. My wife, Melissa, and I purchased this property in 2017 with the intent to use it as a second home and share it with our guest. We have been in Denver area residents for over 30 years. I work at a Human Tissue Bank and Melissa is a Hairstylist . We have two beautiful girls named Emma and Haylee that are 5 and 7. I primarily handle the rental related activities for the condo, but Melissa's invaluable assistance and insights really help to make everything run smoothly. I am a people person and I really enjoy the interaction with our guests. We feel that it is a privilege and a blessing to be able share our condo with others who wish to enjoy all the lake area has to offer. We really enjoy being at the lake whether it is for relaxation or to perform tasks to enhance our guests' visits. We are always looking for ways to improve the lake visit experience for our guests. We really mean it when we say that we want to do all we can to assist our guests to ensure that their visit to the lake is relaxing and enjoyable.

Melissa and I actually started looking at rental properties in 2015 for Grand Lake. For several reasons, we decided to wait on the right one and finally it came. We are very pleased with our choice of buying this property. The view of the lake is what we wanted. The property was renovated as soon as we bought it. This location has so much to offer from shopping, to dining, to outdoor activities. Melissa and I really enjoy hiking the trails in the nearby state parks. While we prefer to relax on the balcony and cook on the grill, there are many restaurants available. There are many activities available for both adults and children.

Our guests describe the view from our balcony. Some folks mention the many boats that they see, others describe the relaxing feeling of the calm of the morning, and others enjoy the view as they have drinks following a nice meal shared with friends on the balcony. I like it when guests share their thoughts about that first time they walk into the condo and realize that the condo and the view are even better than what they have seen in the photos or the video.
