Das im Jahr 2017 renovierte Blue Oak Cottage ist charmant, aber mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer malerischen, von Bäumen gesäumten Straße, nur wenige Blocks von der Donnelly Street und der Innenstadt von Mount Dora entfernt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, 650 m² Wohnfläche mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, Essecke, große Waschmaschine und Trockner, Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad. Der Außenbereich umfasst eine 200 m² große abgeschirmte Veranda mit Möbeln und eine separate, gepflasterte Terrasse mit Adirondack-Stühlen und einem Holzkohlegrill. Ein Queensize-Bett und eine ausziehbare Couch bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Besitzer wohnt vor Ort, im Haupthaus.

- Ferienhaus Ausstattung--
Zur Ausstattung gehören eine zentrale Klimaanlage / Heizung, ein wasserloser Wasserkocher, Streaming-TV-Service und WLAN-Internetzugang im gesamten Gebäude. Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner kommen mit kostenlosen Waschmittel / Trockner Bettwäsche.

- Küche Ausstattung--
Renovierte Küche verfügt über Fliesenboden, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler), Mixer, Toaster, verschiedene Kochutensilien und eine Auswahl an kostenlosem Kaffee / Tee mit zugehörigen Ausstattungen.

- Badezimmerausstattung--
Das komplett neue Badezimmer verfügt über Fliesenböden, eine ebenerdige Dusche, Handtücher, einen Haartrockner und kostenlose Pflegeprodukte.

Sweet Cottage

Exceptional VRBO. It had everything you might need for a week stay. Close to virtually everything, one or two miles. Very quiet and clean with super air conditioning. Theresa and Todd are great hosts.

Perfection in Every Detail

Absolutely incredible stay! I have pretty high standards when it comes to vacation rentals, and this charming little cottage completely blew me away. It was immaculate, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything you could need, and then some. The extra touches throughout made it feel especially welcoming and truly above and beyond.The location was fantastic, just a short pleasant walk (under 10 minutes) to downtown with sidewalks almost the entire way. We also loved taking the provided bikes out for a relaxing ride on another day.This was the perfect getaway in every way. We can’t wait to come back!

Above and Beyond!

My husband and I stayed a few days for our anniversary. It was not only clean and inviting, but the owners created an atmosphere with so many unexpected details that it made our stay even more pleasant than we expected. Wonderful cottage

The cottage was adorable. It is extremely clean and well kept. Having a large shower instead of a tub is a huge plus. The owners have left everything you might need and more in the cottage. They are very easy to communicate with also. It is a perfect location close to downtown Mount Dora and the springs. I would highly recommend staying here. It is lovely.

Very clean and well stocked cottage

What a lovely stay at the cottage. Super clean and everything we needed and more! Tags on cabinets made it very easy to find things. Used the bikes, which were very well maintained, to ride downtown. We also walked as well which was only about half a mile away. Owners went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and no detail was missed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The Shower!

I had a perfect experience and I didn't want to leave! This is a great one-bedroom place with a very cool screened porch that I used daily. The owners have gone to so much trouble to make this place special and have thought of everything. The best part? The shower! It's a roomy walk-in with gallons of hot water and great water pressure. I can't say enough good things about this cottage. Check it out!

Todd and Teresa were awesome. We got into town early and the cottage was ready so they let us do an early check in. Cottage was immaculate. It had everything you could think of, plus a bottle of wine as part of the welcoming. They were available for any questions we had about the area and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Very impressed would definitely go back.

First time to Mount Dora

This was our first time to Mount Dora and we were just getting away for the weekend and looking for a place to stay. This unit is an amazing unit with a close proximity to downtown as well as several restaurants. The owners Todd & Teresa had the unit set up with everything you might need and even some that you didn't know that you need. The unit is clean, nice sized, well decorated, and very comfortable. From the unit it was and easy walk to anything in town so we pretty much parked our car and didn't use it until we left. If and when we go back to Mount Dora we would definitely go back here again if the unit is available.

Now back in Florida, we fell in love with the small-town charm of Mount Dora, with the amenities of Orlando not too far away.

Also known as "The Festival City", Mount Dora is a historic central Florida town located on the shores of Lake Dora -- and is home to antique stores, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, and some of the oldest and largest festivals in Florida every year. From Renningers Antique Center and Flea Market down to the small bakeries and coffee shops of downtown, my husband and I are in love with the Mount Dora!
