Offener Grundriss mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Dachboden & 2 Bäder. 5 Bäder; voll ausgestattete Küche (bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Essen mit ;-). Queen-Bett im Master-Suite, Queen-Bett im Erdgeschoss Schlafzimmer, 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Etagenbett und zwei Futon im Dachboden; schläft 9. BESONDERER HINWEIS: Unsere Schotterstraße ist nicht gepflügt. In der Nebensaison (Mitte November bis Mitte März) kann die Navigation je nach Schneefall schwierig oder unmöglich sein, auch mit Allradantrieb und einem Fahrzeug mit hohem Freiraum. Wenn der Schnee schmilzt, entsteht auch sehr rutschiger Schlamm. Bei der Planung dieser Jahreszeit ist es wichtig, die Wetterbedingungen zu kennen! Da die Wetterbedingungen manchmal unvorhersehbar sind, erlauben wir KEINE Stornierungen / Erstattungen bis zum Tag Ihrer Reise, WÄHREND DER NEBENSAISON aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen.

Absolutely Perfect for a Peaceful Family Vacation!

This vacation home is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with no shortage of outdoor activities! We spent a day exploring Zion National park and another day hiking the amazing trails close by. We were given so much wonderful information from our hosts and it was amazing! I cannot say enough about this wonderful home and the owners!

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time staying at Tim's property! Loved the seclusion and the beauty! Spending our evenings on the porch was so nice and when it's clear out, the stars are amazing! The house was super clean and has every amenity you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Just a few small things

Cabin was just as described. Very clean.I would only cite a few things.There was not a box of tissues in the entire house.There is not a comfy couch for everyone to watch DVDS or TV.The road is dirt and when it rains it is so muddy.Definitely, we could not have made it in and out without 4 wheel drive.

Guests chose to book our cabin knowing full well that our roads are unpaved. Additionally, we ALSO let them know ahead of time that temporary road work in our neighborhood has made road conditions a little rougher than normal. This is outside our control, and was communicated ahead of time. Regarding the furniture, we have chosen seating pieces that are smaller so as not to impede the flow of foot traffic, yet still quite comfortable. We are working to design a few custom pieces that will combine comfort with size requirements for the future. We generally have a very positive experience with our guests, but unfortunately this group left red wine spilled all over the counter and dripping into the drawers and cabinets, as well as spills left to stain the deck. Not a very positive experience, unfortunately.

Great property with close access to Zion & Bryce

Everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to answer questions and made check-in and check-out very easy. The house was very clean and you can walk to some trails in Zion from the house. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house on the East side of Zion

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! It was clean, very well maintained and well stocked. Tim & Jenn are great hosts, easy to communicate with and thoughtful. The house is a little bit of drive to get into the main portion of Zion so plan accordingly(!) but the house setting is quiet and very peaceful.

Incredible Property

My friends and I had an incredible cabin experience just feet from Zion National Park!!! The cabin was fully stocked with essentials and it was obvious that the owners took very good care of the property. I'd like to add that the owners are very knowledgeable of the area and updated us on much needed Zion Park information. would definitely stay here again!!!

Family getaway Zion National Park

Jenn & Tim were awesome to work with. There home is in the prefect location to explore Zion, yet stay in a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle. They were able to quickly answer any questions that came up before or during our stay. We've stayed in multiple VRBO's and this one by far was the best experience all around! If you're thinking about exploring Zion with your family, you must stay Here!

Beautiful luxurious and quiet place

Wonderful house, in perfect condition - see pictures. Very quiet area, but still close to Zion with hiking options starting right from the front door. The hosts are great and they do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, I would say. Full 5 stars.

Beautiful and Peaceful Retreat

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin. The cabin is a short drive to Zion's Observation Point trail, which is a 7 mile hike to some of the most breathtaking views overlooking the canyon. It's a 45 minute drive to the visitor center and the views driving there are just as amazing. Throughout the entire process Tim and Jenn were gracious hosts. You cannot go wrong booking this!

Amazing family secluded cabin!

If you are looking for a secluded family getaway cabin this is the place for you! The cabin is tucked away in the wilderness, but yet close enough to Zion National Park. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The owners were great with communications before and during our stay. The cabin has every amenity that you can imagine. We will definitely rent this cabin again when we return to Zion!

Outstanding Time

Absolutely amazing time exploring Zion and Southern Utah. This property was by far the best property we have stayed in, all the luxuries of home. Great secluded location away from the crowds, yet just a 10 minute drive to the East entrance of Zion and perfect for day trips we took to Bryce Canyon and to Lake Powell.

Wonderful hosts!

Tim and Jenn were amazing hosts! They were so responsive to all our questions. Their home had every amenity you could ask for. We loved the wrap around porch to enjoy the solitude and beauty. We loved being able to hike directly from the house - and what gorgeous hikes they were!

We LOVE Zion! We have been exploring this area for over 20 years now, and consider ourselves very fortunate to be able to split our time between here and WA state. When we built a home here, we designed it with our ideal adventure base in mind. Since hiking and exploring are some of our passions, we chose a location where we could get to the trails without having to wait for crowded entrance lines or shuttles. It gives us joy to be able to share a place that we love with others!

Short drive to a multitude of resort amenities like horseback riding, climbing wall, zip-line, Jeep tours, rappelling, resort-style pools & hot tubs, 4 wheelers, guided tours, basketball, restaurant, etc., five minutes away.
