"Banyan Beach" - Genießen Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge über dem Golf von den großzügigen Wrap-around-Decks auf beiden Ebenen dieses absolut schönen, neu renovierten Hauses am Kap San Blas.

Dieses geräumige Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern verfügt über wunderschöne Dompfosten und Balkendecken im Wohn- / Esszimmer und in der Mastersuite. Schöner Kamin aus Stein und Holzböden im Wohnzimmer. Schiebetüren im Wohnzimmer öffnen sich auf eine überdachte Terrasse mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen im Wohnzimmer. Das Lederfach umfasst zwei Liegestühle.

Küche, Bad, Flur und Waschküche haben neue Fliesenböden. Die Küche hat alle neuen Geräte und ist großzügig bestückt. Beide Hauptebenen-Schlafzimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten und zwei Zustellbetten. Die wunderschöne Master Suite im oberen Stockwerk verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Doppelwaschbecken und Schränke im Master-Bad. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit neuen Fernsehern mit DVDs und Fernbedienungen, Uhr / Radio und Telefon ausgestattet und haben Glasschiebetüren auf das Deck. Im zweiten Stock gibt es auch einen mit Keramikfliesen gefliesten Wäschebereich.

Etwas mehr als 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt, bietet dieses Haus ausreichend Parkplätze für Boot oder Jet-Ski und ist nicht weit entfernt von der öffentlichen Bootsanlegestelle des Nationalparks. Der Banyan Beach ist professionell angelegt und verfügt über eine heiße und kalte Dusche im Freien sowie einen Holzkohlegrill. Günstig in der Nähe von Lebensmittelgeschäften am Kap gelegen, aber nur 20 Minuten von weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Port St. entfernt. Joe oder 30 Minuten von Appalachicolas Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt.

Wonderful Beach House

Banyan Beach house is even better than the pictures. It is spacious and so well stocked with plenty of nice pans, dishware, coffee cups, flatware and cooking utensils along with both a keurig and a Mr. Coffee maker. There are extra blankets and pillows to select from choose from.

We enjoyed our stay at Banyan Beach House so much. The house is so spacious with decks all round. The swing on the deck is just heavenly. Location is a plus. A very, very short walk to the beach! Property management was excellent and super responsive. Home needs a lot of updates. Notes not to close bedroom doors, closet door fell off, during rain storm water was leaking from light above sink. Needs a deep clean. Dog poop on top deck and lots of stained carpet. Reasonably priced.

We were surprised to receive such a bad review from you concerning your stay considering the guests before you left 5 stars. We value all of our guest reviews. In all of our correspondence, including the rental agreement and entrance instructions, we ask that if anything needs our attention to please let us know immediately. We never heard that anything needed addressing. Unfortunately, some guests cause damage and then try to hide it. We have an excellent maintenance team that lives on the cape and could have addressed any of your needs including repairing the closet door. We did not put any notes in the property about not closing the bedroom doors. We have no idea what that means. I'm sorry that the previous guest did not clean up after their dog. In fact, they didn't even indicate that they were bringing a pet. If they had, housekeeping would have walked the decks to make sure that no accidents were left. Dog waste on the deck is unacceptable. If you had let us know, we could have sent someone to remove it for you, the same with the stains on the carpet. I do appreciate the information on the leak. I will have maintenance inspect the window in the kitchen for possible leaking. All we ask is that if something requires our attention, we are allowed to remedy the situation before leaving a bad review. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Family Gathering Place by the Sea

Our whole family enjoyed a long weekend in Cape San Blas. The house is exactly as depicted. The master bedroom and bath was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen had every thing needed. The only reason not 5 stars was that it is not ocean front. A new house under construction blocks the view of the Gulf But from the upper deck still got amazing views of the sunset. We were a little concerned that because pets are allowed there might have been pet odors but I have to say that if I had not read that pets were allowed we would never have even guessed there had ever been animals in the house. A very good choice for our family. Just a short easy walk to the beach and only about a block from a Trading Post that stocks groceries, tackle, and liquor. I can see us coming back some day. Thanks for taking the time to leave us such a nice and fair review of our property. We try very hard to make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. If they asked me, I wouldn't allow any new construction on the cape. But, I guess everyone wants to come and enjoy the area. The new house is located diagonally and about 100 feet from our property so it at least it doesn't block too much of the view. Thank you for staying with us and we are so glad you enjoyed your stay.

Not bad needs updating

Starting out Property manager had very good communication but when it came time to check in there was no update and we were stuck outside of the rental for almost 2 hours. The property manager would not answer his phone and customer service was no help whatsoever in fact they were awful it was so bad that we thought we were getting scammed because we've never used to be VRBO before. After multiple tries we finally got ahold of the property manager and we were able to get our key to get in. The stay at the beach house was nice but it needs a lot of updating and TLC it wasn't the cleanest so I spent most of the time sanitizing when we first arrived. We also felt uncomfortable being on the deck because there were a few banisters that weren't attached and it seemed like the deck would fall apart. As far as location it is in the best spot only a 3 minute walk from the beach. Other than that my family and I had a great time and there is a lot of room in this rental.

We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. As I stated on the phone, the directions and lock-box codes are set up to be sent automatically through the VRBO system. I apologize again for the glitch in the system as obviously they were not sent. However, according to my call history, the first phone call I received from you was at 5:17 p.m. I returned the at 5:20 p.m. to which I gave you the codes and apologized profusely for you not getting the information beforehand. I'm not sure what you mean about the deck. There are over 300 bannisters on the decking. And yes, they can occasionally become loose due to the wind. We check them before every new guest arrives. If you would have called or emailed, I could have had maintenance out there in 10 minutes to address the issue. We try very hard to make sure that everyone enjoys their stay at our property. Not sure if the large seashell put down the garbage disposal, or the towels ruined with what appears to be makeup is retaliation for not getting the lock box code ahead of time, but I will address those issues also.

Wonderful Beach Escape

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home is perfect for any family and has a ton of room. We loved the vaulted ceilings and open feel in the home. This home looks even better in person than in the pictures. It is well stocked and very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach and a general store, ice cream shop, and other amenities are very close by. We hope to return again one day soon!

Loved it

We loved everything about this house.. short walk to the beach.. close to bait shop . Enjoyed every minute of the whole trip. We definitely will be back!! Thanks Paul for everything

The property features two levels of wrap-around decks. This makes for a great opportunity for family to relax and spend time together. This is also one of the few dog friendly beaches on the Florida coast.
