Diese moderne 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Einheit ist wie keine andere in Seachase! Das Hauptschlafzimmer auf der 5. Etage verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, Zugang zum Balkon und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne, einer begehbaren Dusche und einem Doppelwaschtisch. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett, zwei Etagenbetten und einen Flachbild-TV. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Doppelbett und zwei Etagenbetten mit einem Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad.
Diese Unterkunft verfügt über einen offenen Wohnbereich, einen Balkon mit Zugang zum Wohn- und Essbereich sowie einen Flachbild-TV und einen Blu-Ray-Player im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geräten aus Edelstahl, einem Eiswürfelbereiter und einer großen Frühstücksbar ausgestattet. Diese Einheit hat auch eine Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Condo was fantastic! Nicely decorated, appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very clean. Just enough supplies (dish and hand soap, laundry pods, trash bags, TP) for our 3 night stay. Steps from the beach. Pools and hot tub were great. Beach was beautiful white powder sand, not crowded. Chairs and umbrellas available on beach to rent. Lots of good restaurants close by. Only difficulty was the hot water heater ran out if more than 1 person showered at once. And elevators were acting oddly one day, but seemed to have been fixed by the next day.

Nice place for Families

This was a great place for families. Condos pools were always clean. Check in at the guard shack went smoothly and the people working there very nice and accommodating. Condo itself was nice, could have been cleaned some what better. Toilet in guest room was not clean and the floors made the little ones feet black. The ceiling fans could not be adjusted, even by touch , as the note said on the fans. All in all it is a good place to stay.

Great Location!

Great location! Close to everything! Super clean with plenty of room. My only complaint would be the hot water. We weren’t even able to get through 2 showers before our water would turn cold. I contacted the management company and they said they were working on it. I would absolutely stay here again and refer it to anyone I know going to Orange Beach. I would just want to make sure the hot water issue was resolved first. We had the most amazing time! It really is a great condo!

Love staying at Sea Chase

Stay was great. Delayed checkin over an hour. We sat outside the room with all our stuff for well over an hour. Security was lacking. None of the fobs worked at any of the gates. All gates were unlocked. Otherwise the place was great. No access to the outside storage which means you have to bring your sandy beach stuff in the condo. Sand and water were pretty awesome. Great location around grocery stores and restaurants. Everything you need is a minute away.

Beautiful view. Unfortunately a/c problems from day 2 until departure. Had to keep drapes shut during day to keep temp from rising. Cable company had to send technician to get 3 of 4 TVs working. One dish towel in kitchen. 6 washcloths for 7 beds? Love seachase. Will look for different unit next visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This was there perfect condo for my family. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plenty of beds for each kid (2, 13, 15), their grandfather, and my husband and I. The fact that the kids had their own bathroom and the adults didn't have to share with them was great. Plenty of room within the condo to move around. Furniture and beds were comfortable. It was clean. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils/pans/coffee maker. They even had an electric griddle and a slow cooker. Loved the separate ice maker! The balcony sitting area overlooking the ocean was a nice, relaxing area to just take in all in and sit back. The condo amenities were great. My kids enjoyed the pools and the spray ground area. The gym offered everything one would need for a vacation workout. The location was ideal and close to everything. The beach was exactly all that we wanted. The sand, the water, the waves was everything for both family fun on the beach and to just relax. Perfect time was had. Would definitely stay again if back in Orange Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely wonderful customer service from Liquid Life, always prompt and courteous with questions! Condo was so well decorated, plenty of space, prime location, and condo campus itself was amazing. Our only complaint was electric/internet/tv/plugs. We had TERRIBLE internet the entire stay whether we were on the wifi or not. This also affected loading of apps on tv. Multiple times during our stay we had to reboot the TVs and sometimes that still didn’t work. Multiple plugs did not work in bathrooms and bedrooms making it hard to plug in and use our personal chargers, sound machines or night lights for kiddos, and hairdryers, etc. Multiple light fixtures in the kitchen also flickered constantly (track lighting in kitchen, chandelier in dining). My husband figured out it had something to do with whether or not a light switch was turned on or not in the kid bedroom but it wasn’t consistent. Our best suggestion is to have a complete reworking of electrical and then have detailed instructions on how to use everything :) I gave a four on overall satisfaction for the electrical problems, but otherwise would be a 5. Otherwise we LOVED the condo and hope to be back next year!! Thank you for a great week.

Could have been amazing, but frustrations with management killed it

I waited more than a week to review this property because I wanted to take some time to calm down after spending so much money for this vacation. I still regret booking this property, especially with this management group. After taking some time, here is my input. Pros: well decorated ice machine was very handy for a beach vacation main beds comfortable- we didn't use bunks. Cons: Internet so slow, we had to use our cell service. One beach gate card- this was a HUGE problem and resulted in most of our frustration. We constantly had to have our phones out for calls/texts to meet our kids or eachother at the gates so we could get on and off the beach. There was no relaxing on loungers, taking naps, spending much time in the water because of this one SO EASY TO FIX ISSUE!! There should be no less than two key cards for a condo that sleeps this many people. Outlets in stove area of kitchen didn't work Lamp in livingroom didn't work Unit felt dirty upon arrival Curtains don't cover windows in common areas- no walking out of bedroom without being fully dressed bc everyone out walking the beach or at the pool could see right in. No coffee filters provided- description said to bring them, however they didn't specify which type. I brought my normal cone filters only to find out the morning after a long day of travel that I couldn't make coffee until I went to the grocery store. Fix the description on VRBO or just provide a few filters that fit your coffee machine! They aren't expensive!

Favorite condo at SeaChase

We have stayed in 4 different condos at SeaChase and this one was by far our favorite. The property was very clean and well kept. The communication with the property group was outstanding. We had one issue with the TV in the master bedroom not connecting to the DISH and they had someone out same day. We loved our stay and will absolutely book this condo or others with Liquid Life again!
