3 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer Golf-Front-Einheit, befindet sich im 29. Stock in der neuesten Entwicklung entlang der Golfküste. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad, darunter eine Whirlpool-Badewanne und eine große ebenerdige Dusche mit zwei Duschköpfen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queen-Size-Betten und ein eigenes Bad. Jedes Schlafzimmer und jeder Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen DVD-Player. Das vierte Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche.

Dieses Gerät ist ca. 1.958 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über WLAN-Internetzugang und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geräten aus Edelstahl, Granit und eine Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Great pool, lazy river and splash pad! Easy access to the beach! We had issues with our washer when we arrived. Sent a message to management and they switched out the broken one for a newer one. The mattresses could use an update, but overall no real complaints!

The property is nice but the room didn’t have a Keurig coffee pot and if you arrive or leave on the weekend, it can take one or two hours waiting on an elevator.

Great condo! Easy and convenient for check in and checkout. Appliances were great! The mattresses were not in the best condition. They probably need to be replaced. The bedding was nice white and new. The AC makes a loud pop when it turns on. The amenities at the facility were family friendly! Otherwise great condo! Thank you!!

Great to rent a condo with no electricity.

Arrived to find electricity would be turned off for 8 hours in 2 days. Contacted Liquid Life and was basically told it was not their problem. VERY unhappy renters. We left early before the power was cut. No reimbursement from Liquid Life.

Hi Ouida, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We believe that there is a little miscommunication we would like to clear up. Upon arrival you did see a sign from at the front desk that the complex would be doing work for two days during the hours of 12-4. Liquid Life was not aware of this work, so when you called our office we hung up the phone with you and called Phoenix West II for clarification. The complex, Phoenix West II let us know that they would be preforming routine checks that would only put the building out of power for less than 30 mins and it would not effect the elevators. We called you back and shared that information with you. Our team wanted to make sure they were giving clear direction for the work that was going to be preformed. Its our goal to take the best care of our guests. We try and communicate all information to guests as we receive it. We apologize, but do not see this grounds for a full refund. Too pricey!!!

Whirlpool tub out of order. Pocket doors kept falling off track. Queen beds terrible in double bed bedroom. Mattresses and springs squeaked awfully every time you moved. Made it very uncomfortable! Too pricey for the lack of quality!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described. However, master bath tub did not work. The bath tub knobs were removed. Also, the master bedroom only has a sliding door that was broken. We were there a week, made three calls to management but they did not repair during our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facilities were very nice. There was construction directly above our rooms for 4 days which was extremely loud and distruptive. We e-mailed liquid life to notify them but never received a reply. On our last day the tub jets malfunctioned and water was spilling out of the walls into the hall. Maintenace was in our room until 10:30 at night cutting a hole in the wall. For the amount of money that we spent to stay there, we were not happy with the multiple disruptions. We will not be staying there again.

The only complaint I have is that there isn’t anywhere in the kitchen to store food except the countertop. No pantry. If you go to check in between peak times (3-6) be prepared to wait in elevators.

Phoenix Review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A screen door was on the patio propped against the wall with the chairs holding it in place. First off I am not sure why a screen door was on the patio. The parking garage is a nightmare. It was very kid friendly with all the ammenities got kids. I have no desire to stay in a Phoenix again too commercial and very impersonal.

Hurricane Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean, but mattresses were squeaky, no blankets and only one kitchen towel. I won't rent it again.

Hi Donis, Thank you for the review. We take feedback very serious, the reason for no extra blankets in the condo is due to COVID precautions. Every linen is removed from the condo after each guests stay and washed in high heat to protect against any germs or virus getting passed between guests. We apologize for any inconveniences, but tried to explain that in the pre-arrival emails that were sent to you before arrival. We hope your family and home is safe from Hurricane Ida. Wonderful, Relaxing Experience

Loved the lazy river and my grandson loved the "twisty" slide. Best vacation rental experience ever!

Very nice condo...well equipped

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay in a beautiful condo. The only thing we'd improve on is the lighting in the rooms and in the dining room. Lights on the fans would help and more light from the dining room fixture. Otherwise the condo is beautiful. Furnished well and equipped well. Parking, however, is another matter all together!
