Beautiful home with a mountain feel. Well stocked kitchen for cooking every type of meal. Communicated with the host once and she responded immediately, lovely conversation. Beds are comfortable, house was immaculate, firewood was available but was too warm to use the fireplace. Would absolutely book again. We were able to visit Gunnison NP, million dollar highway, town of Ouray. Great location. Roads up the mountain are very well maintained, made it all the way up in 2WD. We heard elk bugling every day, and saw fox, deer, and elk from the back porch.

The cabin exceeded our expectations. It is very well stocked and had everything we needed. The cabin was the perfect size for our group. The front and back porches were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the views and watching for the wildlife that would often pass through the property.

Favorite Mountain Getaway

We love staying here! Its a great getaway to go fishing, sit around the fire, rent some Razors and enjoy some food from Arrowhead Mountain Lodge. We can't wait to go back next summer!

Great stay in the mountains

This is a lovely cabin to stay at for a vacation in the mountains. The cabin is spacious and we felt that we had plenty of room for our family. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Love this place!

This is our third time staying here, we come every summer! We love the peace and quiet and the accessible activities that are close by. We always enjoy some dinner at the Arrowhead Lodge and enjoy fishing in the pond. The size is perfect and comfortable for ohr family.

The place was Very nice, but as older couples, the clawfoot tubs were hard to get in and out of. Was furnished Very well!!

Loved spending Christmas here

We had a great time at the cabin over the Christmas break. Enjoyed all the snow and trails that we went on with our snowmobiles. Cabin was perfect for our family who wanted the experience of snowmobiling into a cabin. Everything was perfect. Thanks for the great stay!

Remote and Convenient

The property was well maintained and very well stocked, better than many less remote VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Layout of the house was good for two families of 4 with 4 adults and 4 young children. Location is amazing, though connectivity services worked very well. We used as basecamp for adventures in area, but the neighborhood could easily have filled the time.

Fantastic cabin in an amazing location

All the amenities you would want or need (the second full bathroom is really nice to have). Large comfortable living area and fully stocked kitchen. The back patio is spacious and provides a great place to relax. Feels very secluded and private.

Peaceful

A little off the beaten track which was just what I was looking for! The cabin was clean, well stocked and very comfortable and inviting. The locals are great people! Make sure to visit Arrowhead Mountain Lodge just two miles away for great food, drinks and entertainment. Loved seeing the wildlife everyday! Thanks for a great stay!

Fall getaway

Beautiful home tucked into the mountains. The location is perfect for going sight seeing in a broad range of southwestern Colorado. I would recommend having food with you when you arrive, the closest grocery store is 30-45 minutes away.
