Diese am Golf gelegene Wohnanlage befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Diese Einheit befindet sich im ersten Stock und hat direkten Zugang zum Strand und zum Strandpool. Alles was Sie tun müssen, ist die Glasschiebetür zu verlassen. Das erhöhte Fundament bietet freie Sicht auf den Golf!

Great spot for families

We absolutely loved this property. It fit our family of our 4 children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren just great. The fantastic private beach and beautiful pool are right off the patio. It was beautifully decorated and had a great eating space, covered patio, and great family room. We would definitely come again!

The condo was immaculate and definitely the nicest one in the entire building. It felt like a luxury apartment. We enjoyed the convenience of the first floor access to the pool and beach. This was our third time in Destin but first time staying at Villa Coyabo. Our friends came with us and it was their first time in Destin and were blown away by the views from our kitchen and living room. We will be back

Family Beach Trip

This condo was absolutely the nicest one we’ve stayed in along Destin’s beaches. It is perfectly set up for large families/groups with ample space, beds, and bathrooms. Being on the ground level was so much fun and made beach access all the easier. It was recently updated and everything was new and clean. All the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location, weak wifi

The place had been recently renovated and was very nice. The location was perfect being steps from the pool and beach. The only issue was the wifi was only available on one side of the condo. Everything else was great.

Love it!

It was our 3rd year staying at villa coyaba and 2nd time in this condo. Loved ground level convenience. Huge pool. Kids rode the bikes around day and night. We will be back!

Amazing place and wonderful place to stay!!!

We have been traveling to Destin for years. This is our favorite place!!! Beautiful condominium with everything you will ever need. Even an ice machine (Bonus!!) Place is very spacious and updated. The access to the beach and the pool was amazing. The property is immaculate Parking was great and very easy access to the elevator and our unit. We loved the size of the patio too!!! Close access to all of our favorite grocery stores and restaurants.

3rd time at Villa Coyaba. Love the location. Stayed in 3 different units over the last 4 yrs. This one just had a few minor problems. Door handle, dishwasher and clothes washer. They unsuccessfully tried to fix, but I’m sure they’ll get it right for the next people. Great location though!!! AC worked great. Beds were clean.

Way better than we expected!

We were already excited about this booking but I have to say the pictures do not do it justice. We were amazed when we walked in to this spacious condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The building is smaller than those we have stayed in before so it never felt crowded. The pool had plenty of chairs available. There were bicycles available to use for guests, 2 chairs and and umbrella set up daily on the beach for us. The parking garage was never full (we had assigned spots for each condo). It was close to EVERYTHING! Overall my family had an amazing week and we are already looking to book again for next year!!

Perfect Location!

Located on quieter Scenic Hwy 98 unit on ground floor with huge shaded patio directly on the beach. Makes it so easy to get to & from the beach with all the things you need for a day of in the sand & water. We had a bit of an issue getting in touch with property management re internet & cell service. Sent email & got quick response with explanation that phones had been done & internet disrupted due to storm the morning before we arrived. Sent maintenance man over right away to make sure we weren’t having other issues. Upon getting in unit we found small kits of bath items & kitchen items as well as a great Destin hooded coverup in a neat insulated bag. Overall unit was very comfortable for our group of 9…variety of bedding was just right. Convenient to grocery stores & Destin Commons without being in the crush of high rises. Would definitely stay here again!

The listing was very accurate. The location was the best part. On the beach and away from the taller condo's... Therefore the beach was not overly packed. Inside the condo the rooms, furniture and appliances were as advertised. The washer/ dryer and ice maker all worked as expected and that made this condo better than expected. The check in process needs some work. We booked through VRBO and was expecting all communication to be through the app. However we did not get our entry into until after the check-in time. After about a 40 minute phone call it came to my attention that there is a separate email from a management company that needed a contract signed. No where on VRBO did it mention this. It was a short oversight after a short time we were in the condo. Thanks

Summer 2024

Our family party consisted of ages 3-65. The condo was clean. Our room had been newly remodeled and was very nice. Furniture all updated. Pool was great!!! The kitchen was well stocked. We had all beds filled with 12 people. Patio furniture was excellent and served well for us to eat lunch. With that said I have a few complaints just as reference for you. As we all felt a 5 should be given for the beautiful room. 1. The WiFi was terrible. But to your defense the WiFi in general was terrible in all of Destin. 2. The parking was hairy Monday thru Friday. We could not find a visitor space on Monday evening as traveling from Illinois three cars are needed as lots of luggage needed for all week. I called and spoke with Eric, manager. Talk about a nice fella. He was genuinely concerned and talked me off of a ledge as I had no idea where I was to park our car. Thanks again eric !!!!! All in all we had a terrific vacation. Also the fireworks were fantastic on the 4th of July…we will be returning next year!!!!

We have stayed at this property several years. Love the location and the building. The Condo is good but needs some upgrades. The floors were so dirty they need a good clean. Our socks were so dirty as soon as we put them on and walked on the tile. Also master bath toilet is linking from the tank. The other bath between the 2 bedrooms the toilet will not flush without plunger and the furniture in the living area has been there for years and a chair is broken from the bottom part. We love the building and the area so we just deal with the problems but for the price that is charged these things need addressed. I know it is hard to get things done but whoever is cleaning needs to clean the floor. We tired to used the electric sweeper but it would not pick up much at all. Also the rug that is in the living area is very dirty. It has also been there for along time. We really like the condo and hope that some upgrades and cleaning can be done so we can rent it again. A little wonky

First of all, I wanna start by saying, this place was awesome! There is very, very little to complain about. There’s just one little strange thing that I felt I should mention. The stairs that connect the beach, the pool, and the building, feel like they were designed by three different drunk engineers who didn’t communicate with each other. There are security gates everywhere with combination locks on them, which are difficult to navigate when you’re carrying all of your beach toys. And if you’re starting from the building, you go through a security gate, down a full set of stairs to the pool, then Through another security gate, then up a half a set of stairs to the shower/sand rinsing area, where you have to work your way through the crowd of people returning from the beach trying to rinse themselves off, then down a boardwalk with two sets of stairs to the sand. Or, the second way to go, from the building, walk all the way to the farthest edge og the property, through a security gate, down what appears to be a wheelchair ramp, then past the rinsing station to the boardwalk and stairs to the beach. The interesting thing about the ramp is that there is no ramp the rest of the way down to the sand. And, there is no ramp from the rinse off area down to the pool. So if the ramp is for a wheelchair it only gets you to the grilling area. From the garage is just as interesting. And, by the way, it is super nice that there is a parking garage under the building, in the shade! And with designated spots! So you never have to wander around looking for your space to park in. But if you park there, you have two choices to get to the beach from your car. You could take the elevator up to the first floor, go through the breezeway to the back patio area, and then follow one of the two methods I mentioned above to get to the beach. Or, there is a way to get around from the back corner of the garage through a security gate, into the pool area, which you then also follow one of the above mentioned pathways. It seems like it would’ve been fairly easy to put a path directly from the back corner of the garage to the beach. Bypassing all the rigmarole of the stairs and security gates and such. And if you’re in a wheelchair, or pulling a cart, you’re going to have to navigate some stairs at some point. And I have to tell you, this is all just very petty complaining about nothing. The place really is great. Just getting to and from the beach was a little wonky.

Perfect location.

This condo was the perfect size for our family and the location was great. There are a few things that need some repair/replacement. The most frustrating was the oven which takes forever to bake anything unless you use convection which will burn up your food! It really needs fixing immediately.

Family and friend vacation

We have never rented on the bottom floor but loved it ! Although the weather wasn’t great we had a great time and would definitely rent here again! We usually stay at the adagio in Santa Rosa and love that too but we loved the convenience of everything so close !

Great vacation stay

This was our 2nd stay here and did not disappoint! We love these condos and our family always enjoy our stay.

Do not rent from this owner

We never received any communication from this owner! When we arrived to check into the condo we had no door codes and no way to communicate. There is only a contact owner link on the vrbo website, not helpful. We had to book a different condo last minute. Horrible experience.

We work very close with our property manager to make our check-in & out process seamless but every once in a while the computer world slips, we so apologize this occurred with the start of your trip. We encourage all our renters to email a couple days before your scheduled check-in if a welcome letter has not been received.

Great property and views!

We also own property at Villa Coyaba. Needed extra space for family, and 103 was a lovely place to stay. First floor was convenient for an excited 4 year old to get to the pool and beach. Well appointed, comfortable, and all around pleasant.

Family vacation

Loved to location. The condo location access was great to the facilities and the beach. For the cost of this condo I feel like it could definitely use some updates; and those need to give it a more feel like home decor vs the average hotel decor. We love sitting outside and the patio furniture is not comfortable. We had a great time and loved the smaller resort where it wasn’t as crowded. We would definitely return. Thanks for the memories!!

Appliances and Beds

The unit was satisfactory except the appliances. They were old, they were missing numbers and settings, and were difficult to use. One burner was nonfunctional. The mattress in two bedrooms were lumpy and soft. The location was great, the pool was nice, and the beach access was close. There were lots of dishes.

Perfect 1st floor on the beach location!

It was a perfect place for our two families and kids who stayed here. It was right on the beach and easy access to pool. Grocery store 1 mile away. Restaurants in walking distance. The only thing we were disappointed in was the oven. From an earlier review we thought it would be fixed! Took forever to work. So don’t bother with it if you stay here. The floors were still dirty as well. But, it didn’t bother us. I would stay here again!!

We apologize for the oven inconvenience, if you use it on "convection" it heats up nicely. The tile floors were just professionally cleaned and polished and should be wet mopped after every rental. We will inquire that this is being taken care of. We appreciate repeat renters!

Fall Break

Overall we loved this unit. Roomy and convenient to the beach and pool. Loved the patio area. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of bath towels, etc. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the following: 1. Floors we’re filthy when we arrived. Had to call to get them cleaned. Everything else was in order. 2. Beds are terrible, no one could sleep. Mattresses and bed frames need replacing. 3. Dishwasher cleans well but racks fall off track and the whole thing falls forward when full. 4. Oven doesn’t work well. Temperatures are taped on and nothing cooks right. A cake that usually takes 28-33 min took nearly 45 min. Would most likely stay here again but hopefully these issues are addressed. Thank you!!
