Das Beach House in 453 Fair Oaks ist ein Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern in der Küstengemeinde Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Dieses neu renovierte Haus bietet Platz für sieben Personen mit zwei Queensize-Betten, einem übergroßen Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie einem ausziehbaren Queensize-Schlafsofa und einem ausziehbaren Twin-Schlafsofa. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung. Das Beach House ist weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuß von einem der beiden Außenpools und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Gemeinde verfügt über zwei Außenpools, einen Wasserspritzpark für Kinder, einen Innenpool, Tennis- und Pickleballplätze, einen Kinderspielplatz, eine Bibliothek und eine Bocciabahn. Die Gemeinde sponsert regelmäßig Veranstaltungen im Gemeindezentrum. Das Oceanside Village bietet Parkmöglichkeiten am Strand für alle Bewohner und Mieter. In der Nähe befinden sich der schöne Grand Strand, Golf, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Minigolf sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Der Flughafen Myrtle Beach liegt nur 7, 4 Meilen vom Haus entfernt. Dies ist ein warmes Familienhaus, von dem aus Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten des Grand Strand und des Oceanside Village genießen können. Great place to stay and accommodating owners

The property is perfect for a family vacation. House was very clean, all necessary amenities, in a nice community and the owners were a pleasure to work with, always willing to answer any questions or help with anything needed. Great stay

This was a wonderful little home to stay for the week. It is very close to the pool and playground which was great for the little ones. House was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The beach was a quick golf cart ride away. We definitely recommend and the owner was wonderful to speak with as well.

We loved the place!

From the start, the owners were so very helpful! It was our first time staying in Oceanside Village and will not be our last. We enjoyed the pool area often, the layout was great! The house itself was very nice. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. It was a very welcoming place to stay for the week. We would stay here again! Enjoyed our time here!!

Great place to stay

We LOVED staying at this beach house and OceanSide Village is a wonderful place to stay. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen. It had everything needed to make meals for my grandchildren. The appliances looked new. Great location, close to the outdoor pool and a short walk to the beach and indoor pool. The owner is great with communication. I hope we can stay there again.

Our first visit to Myrtle Beach. My grandson's baseball team was playing ball for the week at the Cal Ripkin Experience. Happy we found this gem of a property. Beautiful home away from home

The owner and neighbors were wonderful and so very nice. This is the perfect spot for a family get away. It is close to everything and still so peaceful. The security guard was not the nicest and harassed us some over things that we were not even away of. But the overall stay and owner were great. There is an extra charge to use the gym and to get a second key card to enter with golf carts. Highly suggest renting golf carts, really made going to the beach so easy and free to park.

The property is awesome. Very clean and comfortable Everything you could possibly need is there. The kitchen is well equipped with numerous kitchen appliances and utensils. Eileen was an amazing host and responded immediately to questions. We are calling the property our home away from home and have already booked for next year. For summer renters, the pool is right down the street, but not so close as to be noisy. Don’t hesitate to book the property. You won’t be sorry.

Great Vacation and Property Owners

The owners were great to work with and answered all of our pre arrival questions. Our packet of information was very helpful. The home was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had anything needed to prepare a full meal to snacks. The home exceeded all of our expectations. The sunroom was the popular spot for my husband, the granddaughters (age 10 and 6) and myself. It was within walking distance to the outdoor pool/water park area. The small details made a huge difference for our family. The outdoor shower area to rinse off from the beach, to the sitting area in the carport, to the tray to put our beach shoes on outside the door, to the covered seats at the bar and table so the fabric was protected and clean for each visitor were appreciated. It was a relaxing and memorable vacation and I highly recommend these owners and their home.

Excellent Property

I rely heavily in reviews before I secure a place to stay. These reviews did not disappoint! We are a large family and we needed a place to accommodate us and the owner was more than willing to work with us! The home was clean, NO BUGS which is huge for me, and we had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves and our privacy. My youngest done decoded he wanted to sleep in the "carolina room" and at first I was worried it would be too hot, but at night time, he enjoyed looking outside and enjoying the view as he fell asleep to a nice cool room. The owner was so helpful and very responsive to every question we had! The location was very close to the pool which allowed this mom to enjoy a few minutes of downtime while the kids were getting ready for their night out. The beach is not far, but we rented 2 golf carts and the drivers of our teenagers really enjoyed the freedom to ride around and meet new people. I would highly recommend this property and the owner if you're looking for a place to stay!

Absolutely loved this location!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here the community is amazing very close to the pool. The property manager was very helpful and very prompt with any questions we had. The only thing that would of helped was more towels. We were a family of 7 and there weren’t many towels between showers and the pool we had to do multiple washing loads to have fresh towels during our 1 week stay but other then that we would definitely go back we loved it there!

The Serra Family has owned this beach house for many years. Our family was drawn to the area by the mild winters, beach access and golf. Now retired, we are making it available to vacationers in the summer months and snowbirds in the winter months. We have spent many hours renovating our home and hope our guests enjoy the family friendly atmosphere it offers.

This has been a much loved family home for many years. We are now able to make it available to vacationers. We love the beach and all the recreation amenities that the Oceanside Village community has to offer. We also enjoy the proximity to golf, hundreds of restaurants, outlet shopping, Myrtle Beach Airport, etc. We hope our guests will enjoy this home and their vacations.

Located a two minute walk to the outdoor pools and play areas. Our beach house is 5 minutes to the oceanfront parking by car and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
