Dieses geräumige, gemütliche Ferienhaus bietet bequem Platz für 15 Personen

- Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 und 2 haben beide ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Schrank

- Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 verfügt über ein Doppelstockbett und 2 Einzelbetten sowie einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

- Loft verfügt über 1 Queensize-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten

- Das Badezimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und im Erdgeschoss und ist mit Handtüchern für 15 Personen ausgestattet

- Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie von Kleingeräten benötigen - wie Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Reiskocher, Toaster, Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck zum Backen, damit Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen

Niece’s Birthday

We stayed at the house for our niece's 21st birthday and to check out the winter games. The house was plenty big and comfortable for our group of 10 even with 6 girls getting ready at the same time. The location was great with the buses picking up at the hotel. We were even close enough that we walked back from the bars one night.

Relaxing Okobji Weekend

Nice clean home, plenty of room for the nine of us. Everything we needed for a fun weekend getaway with family. Spacious backyard/ commons area with pool just steps away. Owner, Amanda was great to work with! Had an issue with code to enter home, but she responded immediately. Would definitely rent from her again.

Okoboji family reunion

Amanda’s cabin was a great landing place for our group of 10. Plenty of beds for everyone and close to all of the fun Okoboji things to that we wanted to do. Plus a pool in the backyard that the kids loved! Amanda was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions!

Great location for a family reunion

We loved the location with all of the resort amenities, especially the pool only steps from the back patio, and proximity to all that Arnolds Park and Okoboji have to offer. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc. The owner provided detailed information and was quick to answer the few remaining questions we had. Our only minor suggestion would be to place an additional small table, shelf, or bench in the downstairs bedrooms to place miscellaneous personal items (devices, etc).

Great location! Very clean!

Our family and friends enjoyed this condo-type house for our stay in Okiboji. It was very clean and outfitted well. The location and I chided waterpark passes were great! Pool is literally in the backyard. We had 11 people with mostly teens and adults. It was a little cramped for a group our size but would be perfect for a smaller group or a group with more young kids!

This property met all of our needs for 6 adults and 2 children, and could have easily accommodated more children. This was probably the best supplied property we have stayed in as far as consumable items. Amanda was quick to respond to any issues or requests.

Such a cute cabin fit us comfortably with extra room still we drove 4 hr to visit my grandma and surprise her for her 80th birthday and had such an amazing visit the water park was so fun also my 4 year old loved it and so did my 54 year old dad lol we will definitely be back again!

Great property!

Really nothing at all to complain about here. The host communicated very well and was responsive to my inquiries. Price is good. Lake/riverfront is all within walking distance. Nicely maintained. Clean. Plenty of space in the backyard (shared) for playing catch, yard games, football, whiffle ball. The property has plenty of space and is properly advertised for the number of people that can stay there. We had two large families stay here that fit comfortably. Well stocked supplies. We had a very good time at our family vacation 2023. The size, # of beds and location was very good. Especially being so close to the outdoor pool. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness when we checked in. Might be something the owner would want to address with their housekeeping people. Overall I would reccomend this cabin for your Okoboji getaway.

Family reunion

We rented this plus one other house in the same development to accommodate our group of 19. In this house we were able to sleep 4 adults and 8 kids very comfortably. The 4 married adults split the two bedrooms and the 4 boys and 4 girls were split between the loft and 3rd bedroom upstairs. We used the waterpark passes a few times - only drawback was that the waterpark closes at 8 so plan accordingly. We also enjoyed the green space for yard games, walked over to the small pond behind the other rental property for some small fishing and played lots and lots of card games by the table. There was also a gravel lot for us to store our boat. Great accommodations and set up for family fun!

I grew up vacationing in Okoboji and am excited to be able to offer other families the chance to do the same when they stay at my cabin! I permanently reside in Omaha, NE. I am a realtor licensed in Nebraska & Iowa.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I chose this home because of the location and the amenities. From my cabin, you can walk a few steps to the outdoor pool, or a couple of blocks to the lake, Bridge's Bay, Bracco's (a lakeside bar and restaurant), or The Waterfront - the resort's newest restaurant and bar. This cabin is located less than 1.5miles from the Central Emporium and other downtown Arnold's Park shops and restaurants. Arnold's Park Amusement Park is less than 2 miles away as well!
