Dieses 1752 Quadratmeter große Haus verfügt über einen privaten, eingezäunten Hof mit 2 alten Obstbäumen (Zitronenbaum und Grapefruit). Jetzt gibt es einen Orangenbaum, eine Feuerstelle und eine überdachte Terrasse zum Grillen.

Das Haus verfügt über 2bds / 2baths, mit Kingsize-Bett im Master und Queen-Size im 2. Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen privaten Ausgang zur Terrasse, ein Hauptbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher, den Sie bequem von Ihrem Bett aus genießen können.

Das 2. geräumige Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Kleiderschrank und das 2. Badezimmer befindet sich direkt nebenan.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste, einen 65-Zoll-Fernseher mit Netflix, Hulu und HBO sowie ein Steuerkabel. Das Haus ist mit Panorama-WLAN ausgestattet.

House ist auch mit Amazon Alexa ausgestattet. Sie können nach ihren Rezepten fragen, Timer einstellen, Musik bezahlen und vieles mehr!

Der geräumige Speisesaal direkt neben der Küche ist der perfekte Ort, um Freunde zum Abendessen zu treffen. Wir haben diese Immobilie im Dezember 2017 gekauft.

Kochen Sie in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit allen neuen Geräten und Komfort von zu Hause oder auf dem Außengrill. Sie können gemütlich an der erweiterten Theke sitzen und Ihre Mahlzeiten genießen oder eine Dinner-Party für 8 Personen am Esstisch veranstalten.

Westbrook Village ist eine Gemeinde mit über 40 Golfplätzen, zwei Championship-Golfplätzen und zwei Sportzentren mit olympischen Schwimmbädern, Tennisplätzen, Fitnesscentern, einer Bibliothek und Restaurants. Sichere Parkplätze für Wohnmobile sind verfügbar.

Nur 5 Minuten vom 101 Loop, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Peoria Sports Complex - Spring Training Site für die Seattle Mariners und die San Diego Padres entfernt. Awesome Place to Stay!

Great stay in the West Valley

We loved this home, very spacious, newly renovated and super clean. No issues with anything while we were there and a great outdoor space to relax in the morning or evening. Near lots of good restaurants. I highly recommend this home.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home is beautiful, recently updated, and beautifully decorated. It is also clean as can be! We enjoyed the fruit tree in the backyard and the hummingbirds. Also loved to sit by the fire table in the evenings! Tricia was very helpful and great to rent from! I would not hesitate to stay there again! We highly recommend this home!

Our 2 week visit

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great. The house is very clean and up to date. Plenty of amenities provided. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the backyard and the grapefruit tree was full of fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.

The Perfect Spot!

A very attractive, comfortable and peaceful home. Everything we could possibly need, very clean an organized. We really enjoyed fresh grapefruit breakfast from the backyard tree as well as home-made lemonade, from the lemon tree. Easy access to golf, pool and gym. Wonderful, and hope to return next year!

Awesome!

We were visiting our son and his family and this place fit the bill perfectly. Trish made sure we had everything we needed and was more than helpful. Even checked on us by phone a few times to make sure everything was ok. It was! We stayed at their Topeka Dr home last year and this one is just as nice if not better. We would highly recommend! Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tricia and Eric’s home. The home was exceptional clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials plus many extras. They are very thoughtful of their guests. They had wine, chocolate and a basket full of miscellaneous toiletries for us. We had a question after arrival and Tricia responded quickly to our text. This is a home we would definitely use again and recommend to all.

All the comforts of home!

Trish & Eric did a wonderful job with this offering. We were only the 2nd people staying there, so everything was spotless and new. They really did think of everything when furnishing the essentials. The only things on my wish list would be a tv in the 2nd bedroom, and maybe a lighter weight blanket. The comforters are plush and look nice but heavy to sleep under. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

Fantastic!!!

Trish and Eric have a spectacular rental property here at Quail Ridge! I have rented vacation properties many times in the past especially in the Phoenix area, but by far this has been the best one that my family has stayed at. The property is well stocked for your cooking needs and very spacious on the inside. The back yard/patio area was an added bonus as there is enough seating for an entire family, a gas grill and fire pit which I sat outside by every night of my stay. This property is also pet-friendly as my dogs had plenty of room to tire themselves out. Highly recommend this rental property and would love to stay here again! Kudos to Trish & Eric. Amazing Stay

Out of all the VRBO rentals I have stayed at, this one was by far the best! From the moment I walked into the home, I felt welcome, and valued as a guest. The house smelled wonderful, Alexa was playing music… Then, I noticed all the extras the host left for me, such as a bottle of wine, chocolates, soaps, a great variety of spices… basically everything I needed! The grapefruit tree in the oasis of a backyard was an extra treat; the smell of citrus, the countless birds and butterflies that visited during the day (many hummingbirds!). I had a delicious grapefruit almost every morning with breakfast. The communication with the host was excellent! I 100% recommended this home, had a lovely stay. Thank you Trish!

Lovely, comfortable home with great amenities

The house had some improvements since the photos were taken with lovely plantation shutters. The kitchen, bath and laundry were fully supplied so no need to rush out for the basics. Communication with the owner was easy over text and quick responses. The use of the community recreation facilities requires a bit of administrative work, a small cost for ID cards, but well worth it. A great pet friendly rental.

Comfortable

Perfect place for my parents and me to stay while visiting family. We were able to relax in the evenings after busy days. We bought and made breakfast every day and sometimes went to the table outside if it wasn’t too hot. (August visit) I would stay here every visit if it is available.

Originally from Vancouver Canada we moved to Arizona in 2005, we loved it so much we decided to never leave! We are avid travelers, when we are not traveling we live only 5 minutes from this property. We have 3 cats (much to my husbands dismay), and love pets. We knew that if we had a property it must be pet friendly as we appreciate that your animals are family not just a pet. Recently acquired my Realtor license as well (Tricia)

We looked for years for the perfect vacation rental, when we found Westbrook Village we knew we found it. The neighbors are amazing, friendly and so very helpful. The amenities are amazing, 2 heated pools, hot tubs, library, gym pool tables, tennis courts and 2 restaurants on site!
