Our stay was great. We love the Briggs area as we have stayed there multiple times.

Our overall impression of the property was great. Plenty of room for our party and felt very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Communication with the host was fine for a couple of days but then he fell off the radar. He was to come by the house to unclog a bathtub (standing water when showering) and never came through and no communication. We also communicated that the kitchen sink was leaking and no response. Could not use the dishwasher all week. He also needs to update the welcome letter with the current password for the Wi-Fi another reason we needed to reach out. Needless to say we had a few hiccups but made the best of it!

Met our needs perfectly

We had some issues that Bill addressed promptly (some he wasn't aware of). We were able to get around easily to various places (the local theater, a winery, Newport) and were near a grocery store to stock up for our meals.

Comfortable stay in Sunny Beach Community

Clean, comfortable and accessible access to nearby sunny beaches. Close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. Then there is always close access to the piers for reasonably priced lobsters!

Great location and ideal for family vacation

Tastefully decorated home, close to many beaches. AC works very well. You will need to bring your own beach towels and there were no dishes towels available but we bought some at the dollar store. Overall a comfortable stay!

So much fun!!!

The property was so pretty and very clean. It is in the perfect location. You can get just about anywhere in under ten minutes. There are countless good restaurants, beaches, and activities close by. I stayed with six of my friends for a long weekend and we had a great time. There was plenty of room for seven of us. The property manager was also extremely helpful. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure to keep us informed on what to do in terms of checking in and out. This was our first time booking a trip and he made it very simple. I would define you come back!!

Large and comfortable house - near to beaches

This house worked well for our stay - and was quite comfortable. The owner lives nearby and was very responsive regarding some kitchen, AC (downstairs) and supply issues needed. Overall - a good stay and the area is central to local beaches and shopping/dining. Some Pro's and Con's to help in your understanding: PRO - Large and well laid out bedrooms/ bathrooms and 2 separate living areas (upstairs and down). Nice quiet area for walking/biking. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Kitchen is new/ modern - could use some better cutting knives, wine opener, etc. .ample cabinets for storage. WIFI was excellent - we had 6 people using it and it was fast and stable. CON - Downstairs patio area is small and not close to kitchen. Outside shower has no door and no floor base - so awkward to really use. Downstairs HVAC an issue -- Owner claims that it will be fixed and was very helpful regarding a "work around" which made it more comfortable. Would recommend - a nice house and a responsive owner.

Great house, great location

This house is great. The 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, and 2 living spaces on two separate floors make this house live larger than the square footage. Beds are comfy. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen has plenty of plates and silverware for a large group. Just an all around comfortable house! The neighborhood is convenient to everything. We ran or took walks most days right in the neighborhood as it is safe and very little traffic! We would definitely rent this house again.

Great beach getaway

This was the perfect house for our vacation. It accommodated our big group nicely with multiple rooms and a big kitchen and living room area. Everything was relatively close with a 5-15 minute drive.

Impractical layout

Most of the living space including the kitchen and dinning room is upstairs. You have to carry grocery’s suitcases And other items up two flights of stairs. The air conditioning for the downstairs living space was not adjustable resulting in extremely cool temperatures. When we arrived at the house there were no written instructions on the air conditioning systems, garbage disposal, and a poorly stocked kitchen . Would not recommend this rental !

Amazing stay

This house was perfect! We were a group of 2 families (4adults and 5 kids), staying in RI to visit Narragansett beach. The house was clean and Bill was very quick to answer any questions. The price, size of house, location, and set up was perfect. We will definitely be going back!!!! Thank you for a great stay! Kids did not want to leave!!!

Nice vacation home in Narragansett

Our family stayed at the home and was impressed with the cleanliness and overall layout of the home. Nice location that was close to the ocean, restaurants, shops, etc. Our son lives in Providence so it was very convenient location for our family get together. We would certainly stay there again.

The property is brand new (built in 2017)and is fully furnished with new, tasteful appointments. Bright, open floor plan with large windows that allow lots of natural light to flow through. House has central air, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and tile bathrooms. WIFI/cable included. The house is in Briggs Farm which is a very nice, well kept neighborhood. Great for families and close to everything.
