The appartment is very centrally located and yet quietly situated only a few metres from Wenceslas Square. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Prague's main train station to the appartment. The sights and restaurants can all be reached on foot or by tram.
The building in which the penthouse is located is historic and is actually being renovated. The courtyard and staircase are actually a construction site (06/23), but it will certainly be very nice when the work is finished. The lift is the smallest I have seen so far in my life. Only one person fits in it. But better narrow than walking up five floors with suitcases ;-)
The appartment is well furnished. The renovation was done a few years ago and some parts should be repaired. But all in all, a very good appartment. The air conditioning is urgently needed because the large glass surfaces let in a lot of sun and heat. The kitchen facilities offer everything you need to have a nice breakfast in the appartment. Fresh rolls, croissants and pain au chocolat are available 300 m away on Wenceslas Square in a French bakery (branch store).
We appreciate it when an appartment is centrally located. On a hot day, you can take a nice break in the appartment. And you don't have to stay on the way.
