Komplett renoviert 1930 Bungalow innerhalb der Schleife in den Höhen. Ruhige Wohnstraße, gegenüber von einer typischen Bar in Cottage Grove. Kleiner umzäunter Garten. Viele Parkplätze. Alle brandneuen Geräte und Möbel. King Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen TV und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und Hintertür zum Innenhof eingezäunt. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Nur 2 Blocks von 1-10 Zugang. Fünf Meilen in die Innenstadt und sechs Meilen nach Galleria.

Very clean and comfortable place. Right across the street from a nice bar/grill with a pretty inviting patio area . I really didn’t hear any noise from the bar so the house is apparently well insulated too.I’d stay there again for sure!

Great location

Bungalow is perfect for a stay in the Houston Heights area. Place is as advertised and has everything you need. Hunter was a great host and provided restaurant recommendations in the area.

Felt like home

Cute cottage with everything you need!

This cute cottage was very comfy and had everything we needed--all the little details. And the bar across the street was so fun. We had a great Houston visit. There is some noise from the bar at night and occasional trains, but with white noise--not an issue.

Awesome house in a great location

Beautifully remodeled, absolutely loved it. Stayed with spouse and pet while in town for work. The house had everything we needed and a perfect location to work downtown.

Great location and the home was very clean. We stay with VRBO very often and this home was cleaner and better maintained them most. The property manager answer all questions promptly. Would stay again.

Just Great!

This is the second property with Hunter that we stay at and like the other is exactly as described. Communication with Hunter was easy and he always responded promptly. Beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed. The bar in front was a plus in case we didn't want to go far for food or drinks, though location makes it accessible to so many options. Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Would definitely stay again.

Good all around

Good location if trying to stay near central Houston. Traffic in Houston can be brutal, so I am a strong believer in staying as close to where I am working while in town.Bar/restaurant across the street was great convenience, there is dedicated off street parking, and the layout is very accommodating for more than one traveler. Just be mindful this area has train tracks not far from it, and though the trains keep the horn off you can still hear it rumble by if you are an extremely light sleeper. I had no issues as I am a heavy sleeper

Quick trip. Great rental. Has everything you need plus some. Bar across the street has great food and service. Great location, nice neighborhood, easy access to the interstate and getting around. Great communication with Hunter. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

This Place Was Great

I was in town at my company's headquarters for training and not only was this home conveniently located it was so cozy and perfect to come home to everyday. Granted the bar/grill across the street was pretty loud some nights because of holiday festivities and parties, I still shut the bedroom door and slept like a baby every night with no problems. They had everything I needed, and it was spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've encountered in a rental home, and honestly I almost hated to leave. I enjoyed it thoroughly

Perfect neighborhood bungalow in The Heights

If the info on the listing about the neighborhood bar across the street sounds ominous, set your worries aside. The bungalow is charming and its really handy to walk across the street for a drink or a snack. Great people watching from the front porch and a nice little kitchen too. I cant wait for us to come back!

Nicely Designed Cottage

Entire cottage designed nicely. King bed VERY comfortable and nice quality linens. Cute back patio with string lights. Enjoyed the people watching from the front porch. Loved all the activity in the neighborhood. DTS bar steps across the street. Elevated bar food and you don’t need to get in your car or Houston traffic. Will stay here again!

Good stay

The place was clean, comfortable, and accurate to the photos. The bar across the way was easy for a quick drink and food. The flip side is if you’re a light sleeper and there’s a big sports event broadcasted. Would recommend if you’re a deep sleeper.
