Mein Platz ist in der NĂ€he von Oxford und Norwich, NY. Sie werden meinen Platz lieben, weil Country an seinem schönsten Teich, Bach, 20 Morgen Naturpfaden und spektakulĂ€ren Ausblicken aus jedem Fenster lebt. Nagelneue schöne kundenspezifische KĂŒche mit EdelstahlgerĂ€t. Spa wie Badezimmer. Es gibt auch ein kleines HĂ€uschen am Teich, in dem 3 Personen schlafen können. Toller Ort, um Schuhe anzuziehen und sich wirklich zu entspannen. Mein Platz ist auch gut fĂŒr Paare, Alleinreisende, GeschĂ€ftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere)

Dies ist eine private Wohnung in unserem Haus. Wir leben auf der oberen Ebene, wir sind hier, wenn Sie etwas brauchen, aber wir respektieren auch Ihre PrivatsphĂ€re. Sie haben einen eigenen Eingang und einen SchlĂŒssel, den Sie nach Belieben mitnehmen können.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde von Frank gebaut, auch alle SchrĂ€nke in der KĂŒche und im Bad sowie alle Möbel.
Es gibt eine kleine Kabine 144 sq. Ft. Mit Etagenbetten auf der Unterseite ist ein Doppel und oben ein Zwilling. Wenn jemand so etwas wĂ€hlt, kann er im wĂ€rmeren Monat in der HĂŒtte schlafen, es liegt direkt am Teich.
Wir haben 20 Hektar schöne Wanderwege, die zum Bach und zur Schlucht hinunter fĂŒhren.

This is a very nice property with excellent hosts. Frank and Anne were very accommodating. They were there to greet us when we arrived and were very easy to talk to. They also live on site, so they are easy to contact if you were to need anything It is located out in the country, so it was very quiet and peaceful, but close enough to Norwich for us to visit family and friends. The apartment had everything (and more) that we needed during our stay, and was very well furnished. There is a nice view of the pond, and it was very relaxing sitting on the porch or near the pond in the morning while having coffee.

Relaxing country getaway

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a night to get out of the city and enjoy the country, this is such a beautiful property and location! You can’t help but feel serene when you’re sitting at the pond watching the sun rise or set. The apartment itself was very clean and very homey and the owners were super welcoming and helpful when it came to any questions we had. 100% would recommend and would stay again!

I was only here one night while running an errand upstate, but it was just perfect. The place is super clean, beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and in a picturesque location. The bed was also super comfy. Our hosts were as kind and helpful as could be. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

Oasis in the Country

Anne and Frank were wonderful hosts. The apartment is exactly as you see in the photos. They did a real nice job designing and decorating the space. It is open and spacious, clean, and decorated nicely. Our hosts were ready to greet us as we rolled in, and they took the time to orient us to the space. Plenty of creature comfort amenities, if you needed them (soaps, shampoos, conditioner, coffee, tea, etc). They even have firewood for you to use in their firepit. We took advantage of a beautiful summer evening to hike, do some birdwatching, and enjoy the rabbits, chipmunks, and their resident duck (Donald; who is one of the largest, friendliest ducks I have ever seen). I highly recommend staying here and have already referred friends to stay here. I plan to stay again when I am back in the area later this month.

Norwich Visit

Frank and Anne were wonderful and accommodating. The property location is in the country in a very peaceful setting and would be awesome during warm weather season. The location is in a rural setting but convenient to restaurants and shopping. The rental is very nice and well appointed with whatever you might need during your stay.

Cozy, Snowy wonderland

We were thrilled to have a snowy weekend visiting family in the area. Staying in such a cozy, well appointed home was such a treat. We felt spoiled by the hospitality, including oatmeal and coffee to warm up for the day. Just wish we had another day to break out our snowshoes on the trails. A piece of heaven!

This place is amazing!! Beautifully decorated - inside and out. The view of the hills and pond made relaxing very easy. The accommodations had everything one would need for a VRBO. Anne and Frank were extremely hospitable and checked in often. Coming from the big city, this is exactly what we needed to relax. Highly recommended!

Outstanding

We were greeted by the kind and helpful host, who gave us a short orientation. Pride of ownership shows here. Breeze Meadow is immaculate, comfortable, spacious and beautiful. The decor is tasteful and thoughtful. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you might need, and more. All the furnishings are high-quality. Everything works as it should. The large property provides opportunities for hiking on trails, sitting by a campfire, relaxing by a pond to watch sunrise or sunset, or just enjoying spectacular views. I would give this place more than five stars if I could.
