Self-catering is genuinely easy here, with a full-size dishwasher taking care of cleanup after every meal.

• Kitchen: Full kitchen running off the dining area with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and full-size dishwasher, plus a door to the garden.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed with wardrobe storage.

• Bedroom 3: Two single beds.

• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower over and a heated towel rail, plus a separate shower room.

• Outdoor space: Private garden with outdoor furniture, accessed directly from both the lounge/dining room and the kitchen.

Headington is a leafy suburb just east of Oxford with green space at every turn and a good run of local pubs close by. Buses run into the city centre and around Headington from the Green Road Roundabout stop, a 3-minute walk away, and much of the area is walkable. Nearby you`ll find:

Good to Know Before You Book
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Entry is self check-in via a key safe on the shed wall directly opposite the front door; full instructions will be sent on the morning of arrival, and keys should be returned to the safe whenever you leave and again at check-out. Parking is on the street only, with restrictions from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and free parking at weekends; spaces are not guaranteed. Pets should be pre-approved before booking and included on the booking. Quiet hours run between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for the neighbours, and the property is non-smoking throughout.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
