White Potato Lake maßgeschneiderte Neubau im Jahr 2016 mit über 2000 Quadratmetern. Das Ferienhaus wurde entworfen, um Ihnen den größtmöglichen Komfort und Genuss für Ihren Urlaub zu bieten. Das Hotel liegt 50 Minuten nördlich von Green Bay und 20 Minuten von Crivitz. Erleben Sie Ihr eigenes Paradies an einer 160-Zoll-Küste mit einem privaten Steg, an dem Sie Ihr Boot parken, schwimmen oder angeln können.

Eines der größten Grundstücke am White Potato Lake. Eigentum ist 1. 29 Morgen mit direktem Zugang zu den ATV- und Schneemobilspuren.

Offenes Wohnzimmer mit Kathedralendecken und trapezförmigen Fenstern mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit hoher Auflösung im Wohnzimmer, Direktfernsehen mit Amazon Alexa und Nest Thermostat. Küche komplett mit allen Geräten aus Edelstahl, Kaffeekanne, Geschirr, Besteck, Kochgeschirr und Haushaltswaren. Kundenspezifische Schränke mit Corian-Arbeitsplatten mit Mittelinsel. Küche / Esszimmer bietet Platz für große Gruppen von mehr als 16 Personen bequem. LVP-Bodenbelag im gesamten Haus mit Fußbodenheizung. Bei Fußbodenheizung gibt es drei verschiedene Zonen. Sie können die Bodentemperatur in jeder Zone auf die gewünschte Komfortstufe einstellen. Zone 1 ist Hauptschlafzimmer und Hauptbad. Zone 2 ist Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Zone 3 ist Schlafzimmer 2/3 und zweites Vollbad.

Hauptschlafzimmer und Badezimmer: King-Size-Memory-Foam-Bett, HD-Fernseher, Nachttisch und Deckenventilator. Terrassentür führt zu einer großen Betonterrasse mit Blick auf den See. Schöne Größe Vollbad und Fußbodenheizung LVT.

Waschküche: Neue Dampfwaschmaschine und Trockner. Zentrales Vac Easy Clean Up System im gesamten Haus.

Schlafzimmer 2 & 3: Queen-Size-Bett und Etagenbett (voll unten, zwei oben) in jedem Schlafzimmer, Deckenventilator, Schrank und Nachttisch. Vollbad zwischen zwei Schlafzimmern mit Fußbodenheizung LVT.

Patio: Offene Terrasse mit Blick auf den See, um den Sonnenaufgang, den Sonnenuntergang und die spektakuläre Aussicht auf den See zu genießen. Patio-Set mit Weber Gas Grill.

White Potato Lake ist ein 1000 Acre (Very Large) großer Erholungssee. Perfekt für Wasserski, Tubing, Angeln oder eine Kreuzfahrt über den See, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein örtlicher Bootshändler, der Boote oder Pontons zum Mieten hat, die vom See liefern und abholen. Privater Steg am Haus zum Parken Ihres Wasserfahrzeugs. ATV / Schneemobil-Trails haben direkten Zugang von Lakehouse. Marinette County hat 14 große Wasserfälle nördlich des Lakehouse. In Laona, WI im Westen, gibt es einen historischen Dampfzug, mit dem Sie fahren können. Reiten, Jagen und Golfen sind in einem Umkreis von 48 km möglich. Es gibt ein Weingut in Crivitz, WI und ein Casino in Carter, WI.

Beautiful home with a great location!

My friends and I have been coming to White Potato Lake for year during the fish derby! This location was ideal and was the best we've ever stayed at! The house is beautiful and the big firepit next to the lake made for a couple of great days! Highly recommend!

Awesome family vacation

Your White potato lake property was a great match for vacation with extended family. The large yard had loads of room for playing bags that we brought with us and for tossing the football and the volleyball court was a hit. The women of the group were very happy with the kitchen. It had plenty of the appliances, spices, dishes, bowls, pots and pans needed to feed a crowd. We like to eat outside, and the weather was perfect to do that. My only suggestion might be to provide some melamine or other unbreakable bowls and plates, we did use paper plates a good deal of the time to prevent breakage of the glass dishes. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the small toiletries provided were a nice bonus. Communication with the host was prompt and informative. Overall, an awesome time was had by all ages. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Labor Day Family Fun

We had a great long weekend at this lake home. The home is a great size, has a nice open floor plan, and large yard for games, awesome fire pit and enjoyed the volleyball area too! Make sure to bring lots of firewood and s’mores…great set up around the fire. The pontoon shown in the online pictures is the owners personal boat that is on the dock with a jet ski. There is a pontoon available for rental but small motor and not as nice, but works for fishing or a cruise around the lake or to the bar/restaurant across the lake. Pictures need to be updated to show bedroom set up more accurately as well. The description of bedrooms is correct, but the pictures are wrong. There’s no bunk beds. The refrigerator did not work well during our stay. We were told to take items out and put in cooler. This did not help make it any cooler. There’s no ice machine in the freezer either just trays. Bring coolers and ice. Everything else about this rental was nice, clean, and updated. Enjoyed our time and lots of memories were made.

Excellent communication

The property was exceptionally clean inside. The care taker outside was outstanding and available for any questions. The only item to watch for is visits from geese and they leave droppings in the grass so wear shoes!!

Great layout for a family weekend at the lake. There are not life preservers/fishing poles, but other than that, the property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

Late Christmas Gathering

We loved our stay, we had our friendly Christmas party when everyone was able to join. It was a great place to stay and a large enough space to accommodate for everyone there. There was plenty of space where we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back if given the chance to do it again!

Lake front vacation fun

Overall nice stay on the lake. Great space to enjoy with family. Open flat lake side yard for outdoor activities. Enjoyed the large fire pit. Swimming was ok with some sand bottom areas. Water depth in front of dock is 3’ to 4’. Easy step ladder for getting in and out. Nice neighborhood for walking.

Beautiful accommodations

The accommodations were excellent (clean and kept up)..the yard (waterfront) had geese droppings but that is an issue on most lakes in Wisconsin. The caretaker Dennis is the best I have ever been associated with. The lake is shallow and has weeds and muck bottom. The size of the lake gives you safety when doing water sports.

Lovely lake and relaxing space

The outside space at this house is awesome for a group of friends looking to relax on the water, hang around the campfire, and to play volleyball and yard games on the grass. The lake is lovely! The inside of the house is spacious and clean. Our group likes to cook most of our meals, so we did find the kitchen lacking a bit (minimal bowls for mixing, a small pizza cutter, only 7 coffee cups). Jason the host was responsive and helpful. I'd definitely book this house again!

We had a very nice stay at this property. Enjoyed the home and the lake! The open concept worked great for our family stay. Had everything we needed. The nice amount of seating for meal times was very nice. Hope to be back next summer.

Nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a beautiful home well stocked! Very clean, spacious, and we loved all the seating that the bar and table allowed our large group of 15 to comfortably hang out. Lots of fun games that entertained all ages! Fire pit was awesome, and we had a blast playing Volleyball! It is definately a shallow and weedy lake so we didn't dare pull the kids on tubes, but we found our way to the sandbar which was close to the house, and enjoyed the nice sandy swimming there. We used the two available kayaks the home provided to kayak there as well! One disappointment was that it was advertised to sleep 16 but there are not enough beds for 16. Bedroom 1 and 2 fit 5 people per room (2 on queen bed, 2 on lower bunk full size, and 1 on twin size top bunk), and the master fits 2 plus there is a "futon" that I don't think is fair to count as I couldn't imagine even a child sleeping on it considering comfort and size. The living room sofa pulls out to accommodate 2. The other two must sleep on a provided air mattress. I feel it would have been more accurate to advertise the home to sleep 14 but allow 16 guests max. I also would like to point out that the dock will only allow room for one boat, as the listing did not depict that the owners have their own personal pontoon boat parked at one slip of the dock all summer. We had taken two boats not realizing this, so that was a bummer. Maybe that was an oversight on our part. Overall though, we really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home and would return!

Great Place, Prepare to be Nickel and Dime'd at Checkout

This is really a bummer because we planned to give a great review, and likely return. The place is very nice. It suited my family very well. We're also very conscientious renters. We left the place in far better and cleaner shape than most renters, I guarantee, but we're being nickel and dime'd for a few false claims; one bunk was missing a queen sheet when we arrived and we're now being charged, there is reference to a missing or broken (not defined) coffee pot, and unidentified damage to one of the fire pit chairs??? All for a perfectly rounded $200? Really stinks to end a nice vacation by getting squeezed for charges that are difficult to dispute. Maybe there is still time to rectify this and finish with the really positive review we planned.

Waterfront Get-Away with Family

"Grandma & Grandpa" wanted a vacation with their kids and grandkids and we booked this property, which was perfect for our families. Grandma and Grandpa stayed in the master and each of the 2 families had their own room for privacy. House was VERY clean and everything new and up-to-date. Towels and sheets provided, along with all basic kitchen needs and grill. I was glad that I brought our own beach towels, as they have some provided but perhaps not enough for a very large group like ours. We rented a Pontoon from Pops and and there was good dock space for us to park it while we were there. Great lake to cruise on a pontoon. Water was great for swimming for kids... a little sand with a lot of murk - but it's a lake so it's what we expected. The description the owner provides is quite accurate. We did bring coolers to keep beverages, as only one fridge fills up quickly with food. But the shaded patio area was a good place to keep the coolers and easy to go out to grab a drink. If you have a larger group, there are 8, nice adarondak chairs around the firepit, but we were glad we had brought bag chairs to more easily move around on the lawn and on the dock. We also brought some shade tents because there is only 1 tree on the property near the water that provides shade. We were glad to have the tents for extra shade for our big group. We went to "Brads" (on Google Maps it's Wouter's Bar & Grill) across the lake. Owner was very welcoming of us tourists when we went in for a drink on Tuesday night. When we returned the pontoon to Brad's boat landing on Wednseday they were setting up horseshoes and he invited us to stay and play. Had a nice outdoor bar that night too. I'd recommend this place and stay here again!

Great guys weekend!

The place was better than advertised! Plenty of space both inside and outside for hanging out. We really enjoyed the sand volleyball, fire pit, and space for yard games. Lake was really nice for cruising around had hoped for better fishing but the hot weather put a damper on that. Thanks Jason!

My wife and I currently reside in Green Bay about a hour from this Lake House. We absolutely love the lake and use it often as a way to unplug from the day to day grind associated with the city life. We do have a local neighbor that takes care of all the maintenance and lawn care needs for this property.

Brand new construction on a full recreation lake within a hour of Green Bay! My wife and I searched for properties for years before purchasing this house. The yard is over a acre which gives you plenty of space to entertain a large group. To our surprise even in the summer months the lake is so large you don't have overcrowding with boats. It's over 1000 acres. Very convenient set up with in floor heat throughout the entire house and no carpet!
